"I grew up learning close contact fighting." Laura shrugged. "If you are sneaky and know how to fight is is fairly easy."
"It was no problem." She said, offering a small smile. "He is a friend and I was there. I am sure you would have done the same for him."

"My heats are kind of bad so I always take an extra day anyway." She said, nodding. Laura relaxed a bit more, glad Natasha hadn't asked if she needed help with it.
"My heat starts tomorrow." She said. "I will not be leaving my house for a few days during that time."

Laura smiled softly, bringing her bottle to her lips and taking another drink. “You will not need to fallow me for a few days.”

Laura nodded and made a soft sound. “You can tell me to get off if you like. I do not mind.” She could tell that Natasha’s relaxed state was forced, yet she didn’t know how.

"Yes, it would be nice." She said, closing her eyes again and gently laying against Natasha’s shoulder.

"Being ill makes more sense." Laura said with a light smile. "I do not make a habit of trusting people. I do not even trust my only remaining family." She shrugged, settling more into the couch and closing her eyes. "The last time I trusted someone they left with out a word."

"Oh. I see." Laura said, nodded slowly. "I do not normally like others in my space, but you…." She paused, looking for the right word. "Feel different?"

"It appears that you do not mind being in others personal space. Is that true or is it just with me that you do not mind?" Laura asked, tucking some of her hair behind her ear, tilting her head a bit.

"I am not sure how to talk about it because there is a chance I could be wrong." She said, looking over Natasha’s expression.

Laura squeaked at the raspberry, though she would deny it if asked, and looked up at Natasha. "Yes, certain types of distractions are good." She nodded, getting a little nervous. The last time she was this close to someone was Peggy, and that hadn't ended well. Laura liked being close to Natasha, it made her feel something she hadn't felt before.
Laura blushed lightly, taking another drink. “No you may not.” She said, leaning back on her couch. “I will make sure not to let it happen again.”

"That is possible. I did bot even notice the couple. I was distracted by something." She said, taking another drink, not answering her question.
