Moons? No, Blooms!

Ok I had an idea for how the Dark Forest tells time.

@wills-woodland-warriors Fleathistle has a garden, right? What if he has one special flower that's the kind that only blooms once every [blank], and that's how they can tell the passage of time?

So he keeps watch of this flower and when it opens, he spreads the message that a new bloom has begun.

Many cats have started referring to the passage of time as "blooms" rather than "moons." and also say "a [flower name]-bloom has passed."

The usage of moons never entirely fades however, as new residences always bring it back, since it's the only time they know.

With limited bloomings, I can so far only find flowers that open once a year, but preferably this one would last at most six moons, so they can keep track of kit and apprentice growth.

A flower that gets brought up a lot in search is that attached to a cacti, so maybe he has to travel to the torrid to check in, depending on what flower exactly we land on

Hello? hi everybody, sorry for vanishing for like. a month. time is weird.

um, yeah. Still don't know if I'll be active but um, I might have accidentally joined the Danganronpa fandom. yeah i. don't know how.

and unforntally, my mcyt hyperfixation has gone away, replaced with the above. and so now i am just kinda. wandering bc I don't really know what to post anymore because my following is built on mcyt and I can't find the energy to keep up with that rn.

So instead, you'll probably hear more about Pokemon, Newsies, the random shit I get up too, and potentially some Danganronpa stuff if I don't feel like it'll make me get hate.

#idk. just wanted to update people #also i'm like 75% sure there's some more mental illness going on wich isn't helping #but i have pokemon and danganronpa which have both combined to give me chaos and funky ocs #also Allister from pkm!sword is the best character ever i will not take complaints ^-^

i enjoy shamelessly normalizing medications. i enjoy saying things like “give me a couple of hours, my meds haven’t kicked in yet” and “sorry, my meds have worn off and im not feeling great” in normal conversations regardless of the company. ive never met a single person who talks about their medications, and i enjoy just dropping comments that make it seem normal.

Genuine question: How do you know whether you’re aro or just… haven’t ever fallen in love? Like, it’s not that you don’t want to or aren’t interested, you just… haven’t? Like, I would be thrilled to fall in love with someone, but it’s never happened, and at this point (age 39) I’m okay with being single because… it’s either become okay with it or wallow in despair. 🤷‍♀️

I just learned yesterday that Pikachu, my favorite Pokemon, was originally designed not by Ken Sugimori (he only finalized the design), but by a female graphic designer named Atsuko Nishida. 

Also after googling her, I found out that she’s also designed Sylveon–another favorite PKMN of mine. She’s also illustrated some very pretty Pokemon cards!!

Thank you Ms. Nishida! :-) May you get more credit and love for your contribution to the Pokemon franchise.
