Never a dull moment with Caroline Forbes, Natasha slightly 𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐄𝐃 at the laughter even though she knew her words themselves were tongue in cheek. Natasha couldn’t help but roll her own 𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋𝐃 hues at the comment made by mysterious names, of course she was mysterious; it was part of the job. It was WHO she was, someone under the covers, hidden away from the world, no one knew who she was properly. Natasha grunted at the 𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐒 before she laughed herself, picking it up and tossing it right back at Caroline with a 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄 feature on her face; a smile from the Black Widow. “Fine, I guess I can deal with us going out.” There was a huff to her words before she stood up and allowed herself to walk closer to her friend. “As long as I can play dumb for a night, and keep 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐄 identities hidden, I am up for a night of fun.”

Sleeping in the Captain’s Quarters, on an actual pirate ship! How cool! That must make Hope the coolest kid in town. It certainly did in Lou’s eyes.

For those who didn’t believe her father 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐘 loved her, the way she walked around the Roger should show that she 𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 owned the ship, with her fathers most absolute blessing. She could see the gazes of awe in Lou Ellen’s face and Hope could only inwardly 𝐒𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐄, she didn’t typically make a big deal of the Jolly Roger. But it was nice to finally show it off. “Follow me and watch your head, it’s a little bit of a duck to get into the room, it eases inside I promise.”

For Hope to begin 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 understanding her own magic, for trying to master the skills of witchcraft and find her own place in the world, out from 𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇 her parents fingertips, from the knowledge of her grandparents being the soul purpose of 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐄 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 when it came to Storybrooke, Hope had to focus. Maybe that was why she always went to her Aunt Regina, she had survived more than anyone had, had experienced all kinds of magic and maybe it was exactly what she 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐃 when it came to being a witch. To learn how to manipulate the specks of magic she had within herself, that and when her magic further 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐏𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 the others she bound to; in this case the magic of the Evil Queen, she had to be careful. She struggled, she always did, squinting her eyes shut, scrunching up her button nose and holding her Aunt’s hands. Their magic 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐃, flowing through each other as her head ducked, breathing in deep as she began to picture the growth of an energy ball in front of her. Sparking orange and purple, their magic intertwined. “Is it working?”

depression tips™

shower. not a bath, a shower. use water as hot or cold as u like. u dont even need to wash. just get in under the water and let it run over you for a while. sit on the floor if you gotta.

moisturize everything. use whatever lotion u like. unscented? dollar store lotion? fancy ass 48 hour lotion that makes u smell like a field of wildflowers? use whatever you want, and use it all over. 

put on clean, comfortable clothes. 

put on ur favorite underwear. cute black lacy panties? those ridiculous boxers u bought last christmas with candy cane hearts on the butt? put em on.

drink cold water. use ice. if u want, add some mint or lemon for an extra boost.

clean something. doesn’t have to be anything big. organize one drawer of ur desk. wash five dirty dishes. do a load of laundry. scrub the bathroom sink. 

blast music. listen to something upbeat and dancey and loud, something that’s got lots of energy. sing to it, dance to it, even if you suck at both.

make food. don’t just grab a granola bar to munch. take the time and make food. even if it’s ramen. add something special to it, like a hard boiled egg or some veggies. prepare food, it tastes way better, and you’ll feel like you accomplished something. 

make something. write a short story or a poem, draw a picture, color a picture, fold origami, crochet or knit, sculpt something out of clay, anything artistic. even if you don’t think you’re good at it.

go outside. take a walk. sit in the grass. look at the clouds. smell flowers. put your hands in the dirt and feel the soil against your skin.

call someone. call a loved one, a friend, a family member, call a chat service if you have no one else to call. talk to a stranger on the street. have a conversation and listen to someone’s voice. if you can’t, text or email or whatever, just have some social interaction with another person. even if you don’t say much, listen to them.

cuddle your pets if you have them/can cuddle them. take pictures of them. talk to them. tell them how u feel, about your favorite movie, a new game coming out.

Look, I may not know what it is 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄, but you always have me, and the squad, everyone is going to support you and be here. As much or as little as you want and, or need.”

     He led her onto his great, mighty ship. Ignoring the mix of grumbles and titters from the crew. Those who thought she was being shown the Roger only so that their Captain could bed her were the ones tittering. The others were the ones who knew better. A princess on the ship? A terrible idea, really. And yet. “That entirely depends. Why don’t you lead the way?” He offered with a cheeky smirk. “You give the tour as if it’s yours. It isn’t. But try anyway.”

She was curious as to 𝐇𝐎𝐖 she was supposed to lead him around his very 𝐎𝐖𝐍 ship? The logic behind it was ghastly and completely 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 if she didn’t have the brains, it was a test, one she wouldn’t 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒 and surprisingly, Emma didn’t really care as much as the Captain probably thought she should. Unhooking her arm, the princess walked and started pointing out 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒 as if they were her own, labelling them off like she had read it all from a book before a blush 𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐒 her cheeks. “How’d I do, Captain Hook?”

“hol’ up, what was the hold up?”  a weak excuse for a play on words, but jake was a little snappier at the 99 after 2 coffees, not in his unwind before bed time.  he paused the DVR, waiting for his fiancé to join him on the couch.

“oooof course it was.”  she was one of the few people that could elicit both overwhelming pride and and annoyance all at once in jake. he unpaused, not before taking amy’s hand in his own and squeezing it gently.  

“Just a random gang of young thugs trying to 𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃 they are cooler than they actually are,” it was pretty typical behaviour in Brooklyn, “except the fact they were holding ten hostages in a department store. It’s all 𝐂𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 now,” she laughed as her boots got pulled off and placed back into their dust free sealed box that laid stacked in the cupboard. 

Sitting on the couch she rested her head on Jake’s shoulder with a 𝐃𝐄𝐄𝐏 sigh. Rolling her eyes, she pecked Jake’s cheek as she held onto his hand, as much as she was 𝐔𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 nighty percent of the time, she was relaxed when she was with him. Just the pair of the, 𝐀𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐄 in their own place. “You don’t have to 𝐏𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄 on my account.”
