I just wanted to thank @ghosttotheparty for letting me use their fic âSay My Name and Say It Twice (Cotton Candy Skies)â as inspiration for my latest fic âdarling, you donât have to hold it, you donât have to be afraid.â His fic is my favorite VDS fic and one of my all-time favorite fics, so being able to write and post a work inspired by it was so much fun and Iâm so happy that they agreed to this!! Please go read âSay My Name and Say It Twice (Cotton Candy Skies)â if you haven't already, it deserves so much love!!Â
On another note, I used some videos of live ballet performances to help guide me with this story, so those along with ghosttothepartyâs fic will be linked in this post!! <33

I think it's funny how a man lit himself on fire and screamed "free Palestine" until his last fucking breath and some of you are still complaining about how you just CAN'T give up your sweet, sweet fukin McDonalds and Starbucks. Grow the fuck up, you don't NEED fast food or overpriced coffee.

how could i fall when i am lifted by every word you say to me?
âHey, Luca,â he said, a smile gracing his lips. âDid you get my texts?â
There was no reply from the other boy.
âLuc?â
A little sob crackled through the line, followed by a sharp intake of breath. Jensâ eyebrows furrowed and he pressed the phone closer to his ear, concerned.
âLucas? Whatâs wrong?â he asked, his voice lined with panic.
âI donât-â the voice faltered as Lucas let out another upsetting cry. âI canât- I canât breathe.â
Jensâ feet acted before his mind fully comprehended the sentence, hastily guiding him down the sidewalk on autopilot. âYouâre okay, Iâm right here. Are you still at your apartment?â
Lucas made a choked sound of confirmation, followed by more heartbreaking sobs. âNeed- I need you. Please.â
â â â
Or, Lucas has a panic attack, but Jens is there for him.

happy international womenâs day to all the girlies, but especially to the women in gaza, who have c-sections without anaesthesia and who have no period products available so they have to use scraps of dirty material they find, to the young girls that have to now parent their younger siblings and to the mothers that have lost their whole families. happy international womenâs day, especially to all the women that died in the genocide
strongest women out there đďżź

To this day people will cry over the knowledge and works destroyed when the library of Alexandria was burned down.
And yet no tears are shed as Palestinian archives and libraries are bombed.
Saint Porphyrius Church, built in 1150 and the 3rd oldest church in the world has been bombed.
It's not an accident.
Israel aren't simply killing Palestinians, they are trying to erase that there ever were Palestinians in the first place.
Destroying their livelihoods, trying to to destroy their culture and history and pretend this land was never there's.
It's easy to deny someone's existence when there's no record of them.
Which is why it's so important to look at the atrocities and bear witness to what's happening.
But to also recognise that Palestine is more than it's suffering.
There is a living breathing culture, of art, history, literacy which all come from the Palestinians.
Traditions they've carried for centuries.
So while we mourn the dead, we shall fight for the living. Fight for the preservation of their crafts, amplify their voices as they speak on their culture.
Palestinian history and culture is alive. And no matter how much the world wants to erase that, they cannot and will not.

I am not Palestinian, I am Indigenous American.
One hundred and forty six years ago my people were forced to move to Oklahoma, this event was known as the Ponca Trail of Tears. The land my people were forcibly moved to didn't have any proper shelter or food, so my people both froze and starved to the point we are a fraction of what we once were.
The government and schools don't talk about what America has done to my people, I only know because of my great-grandfather and his sister.
The American Government tried to take our identity away, our language is dying out. All because my people weren't living the same lifestyle the land stealers were living.
I stand with Palestine because I see Israel doing what America did to my people and the many Indigenous tribes. I know what it is like to have your identity and culture oppressed and to be dehumanized, and I refuse to let history repeat itself. I will continue to stand with Palestine even when I no longer walk the Earth.

the trees are filled with memories of the feelings never told
âHey,â Robbe said, and the other boys at the table quieted down, their curiosity now also prioritizing the lone Jens sliding into the picnic table. âWhereâs Lucas?â
âSleeping,â Jens answered shortly, settling down on the bench and lifting his head to look at his friends.
âHoly shit!â âWoah!â Moyo and Aaron shouted concurrently, making multiple overtired teenagers turn to glare. Robbe ignored them, grabbing Jensâ face with one hand and turning it toward him to get a better look. âWhat the hell happened?â
A mix of purple and black encircled Jensâ left eye, traveling up and disappearing under a band-aid adhered to his temple. The skin directly below his eye was swollen and glossy from what Robbe guessed was some type of ointment. Another small bandage was plastered over the bridge of his nose, a dot of red bleeding through and standing out on the tan material.
âNothing,â Jens declared, jerking out of Robbeâs hold. âJust drop it.â
â â â
Or, When Jens and Lucas gain mysterious injuries neither of them will openly talk about, Robbe is reminded of his and Sanderâs attack and is concerned for his friends.

I have seen less and less posts about Palestine each day, and I want to remind people that there is still very much a genocide going on and Palestine has continued to be attacked.
The number of casualties in Gaza has increased to 8,525 with 21,000+ injured
Hospitals in Gaza will run out of power today
Israel has once again cut Gazaâs communications
Israel has striked another refugee camp, killing 50+ and it was reported that children were carrying other injured children to get to safety
