Absolutely this. La Liga does not have the technology to confirm whether the ball crossed the line.
The RFEF even uploaded a video demonstrating the referee's assessments of all the calls throughout the match.

The outrage people are directing towards RM should be going to those club presidents (Laporta included) & Tebas who didn't want to pay the 3 million euros to adopt GLT.
You can't cry corruption/robbery when this is a mess of your own making.
You know the ball crossed the line in el clásico, right? I’m not a barça fan but I get why Laporta wants it replayed. If they had goal line tech, Barça wouldn’t have lost, and since they are still technically in the title race, it just doesn’t seem fair. What do you think?
As you noticed, there is no "goal technology" in Spain, so there is no proof whether the ball crossed the line or not. No one can prove it because it is impossible. Each camera shows something different. Also, no one is sure whether the entire circumference of the ball crossed the line, because if not, it is not a goal either. Laporta has absolutely no basis or evidence to want to repeat this match and I'm sure he knows it, but with his actions he is trying to divert attention from his own club's problems, which he has already done several times this season. So what, Perez should also ask for a replay of the match against Valencia because the referee ended the match one second before the goal? It would be the same ridiculous situation. And as for the "goal technology" itself … Tebas didn't agree to install it in Spain, right? I would like to remind everyone that only Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao were against a raise for this man so maybe FC Barcelona board will think twice next time what it is doing. Tebas is a problem for La Liga and he is the biggest enemy of Florentino Perez, who has no support from anyone to fight this idiot.
Barca still had a lot of time to win this match, so claiming that they lost because of this situation is ridiculous. Maybe Real Madrid would have "woke up" earlier, not after Fermin's goal? Speculations based on emotions are not facts. In La Liga, with Tebas and these referees, most matches are not fair. Not only those in which Real Madrid and FC Barcelona play it, which no one talks about. Do you know how many matches would have to be replayed? Many. Really a lot. No one will make an exception here because Laporta is screaming. Especially since there isn't even any proof.
