*Resurfing from the ashes* Hi Lú ❤️ actually, I'm not doing very well, mentally and emotionally speaking 😂 a few months ago I changed job (after 12 years GOD!!!) so I'm still trying to find my balance because I had to change my routine + I recently escaped from a toxic relationship and I'm still working on myself to recover (the fact that I've started dating another dude who can potentially be the next heartbreake is really taking a toll on me ✌️) so, yeah, nice 2023 to me 😂 I wanted to put all my rage and disappointment into my stories and come back but I'm too down in the dumps to even put my energies into it 😬

Thank you my dear!!! IOTR is on the list (TRULY HAPPY IT'S YOUR FAVE!!!), but I'd like to start with YATO, because it's the story that made me met some wonderful people -but the work to be done it's HUGE. I checked everything and the next two chapters are practically written (they just needed to be translated, add some more descriptions...) but it'd take me lots of time to complete them and post the summaries, so I'm still checking if I've the time and energies to actually do this summary thing for my WIP😢

I'd love to say that I miss my stories too... But I'm not. I've stopped writing since August, and even if I've many ideas I just don't feel like writing fanfiction anymore 😢 I also thought a lot about the possibility to write a sort of "last chapter" for each story in which I summarize what should've happened and give them a sort of conclusion -because there's the high chance I won't come back to write for BTS anymore, but it breaks my heart to see my stories incomplete. It's been weeks I'm thinking about this, let's see if I can come up with something 😥

Falling skies by @fortunexkookie - I was bawling my eyes out here. I can’t ever imagine losing a best friend this way, and the way OC and JK had to learn how to move on and find strength in each other will always hit me where it hurts and feels good the most 💔💔 also, that bit about Hoseok will never not make me cry.

A piece of the moonlight by @jimlingss - this is a Mulan au with impeccable storytelling. It’s not me to love a story like this, especially with an ending like that, but I rave about Kina’s storytelling ability all the time and this hits the spot - the painful spot that makes it all worth it bc of wonderfully written characters and just the manner of how everything was put together.

Half a heart without you on ao3 by blaqandwhite - bone-crushingly painful. Another story where I bawled my eyes out (I’m a crier but only a few stories have made me sob; this is one of them). It’s that unrequited love and wanting to run away from the pain, seeing the man you love be with someone else, and then watch everything else fall apart for him. It hurts so much but it’s soooo good; I break a little when I think about this story.

I gasp once and in that breath, I accept you in pt.1, pt.2, epilogue by @inkofyoonkoo - a recent fave bc of the wonderful storytelling as well. I raved about Vale’s masterpiece a bunch of times bc this story gave me so much, from the small town feel to the past that lingers, to the new (younger) man who won’t to away… I just enjoyed the pace and all the emotions of this story.

There are more but I’d take hourssss to write about fics that impacted me, and I always love sharing my love for them so please, given these masterpieces a read ❤️❤️

hello!! i recently found your story “you among the others” and wow. it has been so long since i have been so moved and felt so much from a fic. i really can’t explain it, but it’s like i see and feel all the emotions you portray in it so vividly and it’s so real. i even recommended it to a few of my friends who aren’t into bts because i feel like this is a story that transcends fan fiction, it’s a story that can stand alone as a beautiful romantic novel. i went through your blog to see about updates and saw that you have discontinued writing about bts so i just want to thank you for the work you have already shared with us. if ever you choose to return to it, i will run to read it but if you never do, i will continue to appreciate the story as it is. your talent is truly such a gift.

Hello Vale :) please I need your advice as an Italien. What island would you recommend to visit ? My best friend and I really would love to go on vacation in Italy and we would love to visit one of the islands. We’re planning sort of a beach trip even though we would also like to explore the culture and the city life. So far we’ve looked into Capri, Sardinia and Sicily. What would you recommend? The hotels we like in Capri are way too expensive for our last minute booking, so that’s out 🥲We found a really nice air bnb in Palermo. But I don’t know anyone who’s been there and I’m not sure if it’s tourist friendly enough and easy to travel from different city to city and also check out different beaches. So far we haven’t found a nice hotel/ air bnb in Sardinia but we know a lot of people who’ve been there this year…Please help a girl out we just wanna enjoy Italy and our summer 😭 thank you 💜

Hi dear! Omg, I feel so bad, because you asked for advise probably to the only Italian person who has never visited Italy (but just, like, four cities maybe) 😂 (i put the laughing emoji but I'm crying inside) anyway! I'll try to help out based on things I heard from people who've been there:

1) Capri is beautiful and worth a visit! If it's too expensive, you can maybe book a BnB in Naples and then try to see if there's a way to reach Capri for a day and then go back? It should be an hour distance between the two 🤔;

2) another island worth visiting is Ischia (always close to Naples) and it should be more affordable than Capri. I know it's cool for its historical aspect, but I think you can have a good beach trip there too;

3) a third cool island is Isola d'Elba, close to Tuscany (Tuscany is itself gorgeous, so maybe it's worth a visit!);

4) I went to Porto Cervo in Sardinia a few times when I was little and it's beautiful! I highly recommend Sardinia, it has got probably one of the best seas I've ever seen in my life -but unfortunately I've never visited the whole Island, so I can't tell you which places might be worth visiting;

5) Sicily is probably the best choice if it's a last minute thing! You've everything: from the culture to the sea! But also here, I can't give you a route to follow, so I can't tell you if Palermo itself is tourist friendly. You should try to check on Google if there's some kind of itinerary to follow once there, but I suspect you've to rent a car if you want to move freely and reach different places/beaches fast 🤔

Ok, this answer falls all over the places! I don't travel much, and the only places I've been were Rome, Venice, Porto Cervo, Valle d'Aosta and my mom's homecountry in the south (which is a beautiful sea country but it's not very considered when it comes to holiday even from Italian people, unfortunately) -so I can't be much of a help 😞 I really hope you can find something affordable and have a good trip here!!! Please let me know if you organise something, I'm curious!!! *Hugs*

I am doing okay. Just feel lonely sometimes. Felling scared about the deadlines but not doing anything to complete the work :D Anways, Yay to the vacation! You deserve it. Where are going? I just finished it yesterday and is wonderful. I'm reading it after a breakup as well so I related a lot to Y/N in the first chapters. The progression of the relationship has been lovely.
