I’ve been reading your messages all morning and I’m just honored by the outpouring of love. I didn’t really expect that video to get the response it did and I hope I didn’t worry anyone with it. I’ve always wanted to be honest with you guys both with the good and the bad in my life and I hope you know that I don’t regret getting to this point. I’ve come a long way down this road and I don’t intend to turn back anytime soon. The heart of the matter is finding that next big thing to chase. What dream should I pursue next? Because there’s a lot of options opening up in front of me and I’m not sure which one I want to pour my heart and soul into. I know it’s a bit of an asinine thing to complain about but I’ve always found it hard to do things just for my own sake. I would never have pushed myself so hard as a YouTuber if it weren’t for you all cheering me on the whole way. That’s what I mean when I say I owe EVERYTHING to you. So thank you. Thank you, honestly and truly for everything you’ve done along the way. I still don’t know where this road is going to lead me but I don’t want you all to worry that I’m going to abandon you or YouTube or stop creating in general. Woo’s Zwagbox Review

I am not a happy camper…

Okay so if you guys didn’t already know there was a service like Lootcrate that been opened up by Red Giant called Zwagbox. The first box was going to be Markiplier themed and there was also a special edition poster that had been released that had Mark in an Army of Darkness pose.

Cool shit right? Sign me the fuck up!

I order my box in June for my birthday and Zwagbox stated that boxes would arriving towards the end of July.

So we waited

And waited

And waited

We were told things were on hold due to production delays, okay cool. The boxes would be coming soon, okay cool. I sent an email in asking when my poster would be arriving because honestly I was more excited about that than even the box.

September arrives, I get a subsciption renewal notification that causes my bank account to go into overdraft. It’s by Zwagbox.

My box hadn’t even been shipped yet and already they’re charging me for the next one? What fuck?

Finally on SEPTEMBER 8TH my box was shipped. Sent another email and again, no word about my poster.

And today on SEPTEMBER 15TH my box finally arrived and to be honest guys, I’m not impressed. I cancelled my lootcrate subscription in order to afford this instead and I’m regretting doing so a lot.

“Okay Woo we listened to you bitch, now what’s in the booooox?”

Okay here goes

1. A white tshirt in large. Looks like it’s for a game or something

2. The Giant size Markiplier comic that I already got a digital copy of when it came out last year. That’s cool but I’ll give it to a friend or include it in a giveaway on here

3. The Markiplier comic, okay cool!

4. A Flash action figure…okay I don’t watch the flash so I’ll give that to someone who does.

5. Two very tiny identical pins of the Army of Darknessesque posters. Okay, BUT WHERE IS MY ACTUAL POSTER GUYS?

6. A card of I, Mudd, a Star Trek book. Okay I like Star Trek and all but what do I do with this?

7. A fold out poster. Cool, but again, I’d like my actual “OMG LIMITED EDITION” 20 dollar poster please.

Now here’s the thing, Zwagbox said they were packing each box with 50 dollars worth of stuff to make up for the delays. And I feel like what they did is just packed it with whatever random crap they had sitting around.

I’m going to be cancelling my subscription because I’m honestly feeling ripped off. For the money I spent I could have gotten a poster off of redbubble that was designed by a fan, and it would have arrived in a timely manner.

 If the poster I ordered from Zwag ever does show up I’ll let you guys know.

I understand Zwagbox just started and there were bound to be hiccups, but I really suggest you guys save your money until they get their shit together.

We need your help Mark!

It's been a while since I've used Tumblr but I'm running out of ideas on how and where to address this. I'm not the only one and I'm so confused as of why nothing has been done about this. @markiplier , I hate bringing negativity or bad news to the community but this needs to be noticed! It's about your comic from Zwagbox from a couple of months back. I only got the first box and a poster. I'm still missing three and I was charged up front. That's over $50.00 that I've lost or could've used on a charity live stream. I was so excited when this got published that I didn't hesitate to subscribe to them. At first, I waited and waited and eventually emailed them. They replied and said they were having problems with the company that was going to provide the shirts and I thought it was okay. Probably to much traffic went into the website. So I waited and it arrived almost two months late, when the second box was supposed to arrive. After that they would post messages about the issues they were having, which again, I was fine with (others were starting to get impatient though) and after that they disappeared! A lot of their tweets and facebook posts have been deleted and we can't email them anymore. Some people even became an anual subscriber (over $200!!) And the orders haven't been fulfilled. I never got my three remaining boxes/comics. Mark, I know you would never do that to us, so I'm really questioning how up to date are you with this company's current situation. A lot of us can't get refunds anymore because we waited to long (I believed the fake promises the company gave us). I'm sorry for the long message but I believe it should be addressed and I think we deserve the products or at the very least a refund. Anyone reading this, it would be of GREAT help if you reblogged this just so he can have a bigger chance of seeing this. I would greatly appreciate it. Hope this issue can be solved soon. -Stephanie

Regarding Zwagbox.

I, along with many other people, have been subscribed to Red Giant Entertainment’s Zwagbox now for a number of months. However they are not delivering on their promises. I have paid for 3 boxes and have only received one. I subscribed because I was excited to receive Markiplier’s comic! Now, 3 months later I am still waiting for my other two boxes! Customer service is abysmal, the only contact I have been able to get with them is through their Facebook page and the reply I received was a copy pasted script. I don’t even know at this point if Markiplier even knows what the company are doing. He’s listed as a Director and Shareholder on their company page and in various legal documents that I’ve found through Google search.

I’m reaching out to @markiplier as a last ditch effort really, as all others have failed. At this point I’d just be happy if the company just sent me the comics with the $50+ they’ve taken from me. Some people have paid for year subscriptions (Over $200!) and they are having the same issue. I don’t even expect Mark to see this to be honest but I’m at the end of my tether and I just want some answers. I can’t even dispute the charges any more because i’m past the time period.

Hello! So as some of you know, we adopted as star a few months back as a community for Mark. And you also may know that we planned to have someone film themselves giving the certificate to him at a convention.

Unfortunately, that plan fell through. So, we need your help once more!

We need to boost this post until Mark sees it. And that doesn’t just mean here!

Here you can download a copy of the certificate, and can then send that to Mark on twitter too, or just retweet this.

@maksiplier and I had this idea, because we know how much you love space. We thought that you deserve your own little corner of space to call your own, given to you by the community. We asked for £1-2, and so little piece by little piece, we came together to get you a planetary system.
