Lots of witchcraft related stuff because I like seeing other peoples work and forming ideas and my own spells from it. Occasional diary-type posts because not many people I know knows this blog (except a trusted few) ;)
I wish kinky sex ed wasn't so stigmatized even among left-leaning "sex positive" circles. Everyone's all "uwu I'm a sub I'll do anything you ask" okay mommy wants you to read The New Bottoming Book so you learn how to sub without hurting yourself since your sex ed up to this point is porn and your ex boyfriend Jared who liked to choke you incorrectly
I hate existing like this, always in limbo, always waiting for the next thing to happen. Never good things, just waiting and yearning for things I cannot have. I want to be around people, I want to hug strangers again, I want to feel safe in my own skin.
I want to talk with more than one person that I don't live with. I love that one person, he's my dearest friend, but I am so LONELY and it hurts.
This is just a rant, I guess. I don't know what to do anymore other than beg for human connection and interaction that isn't my children begging for my undivided attention from the moment i open my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I would and do give them absolutely all of me, every day. But when does mom get to be burned out when the whole household would fall apart without me? It's reached a point that I'm terrified to try to go out anywhere, both bc of Covid and because chaos unfolds at home that I know I'll have to deal with later. I'm a prisoner of my own design, but it was never meant to be this way...
Insects have been considered spiritual symbols in many cultures and belief systems.
Here are some common insect spiritual meanings:

Dragonfly: Change, transformation, adaptability, and flexibility.
Ladybug: Luck, protection, and blessings.
Bee: Community, hard work, productivity, and fertility.
Ant: Diligence, organization, discipline, and teamwork.

It's important to note that these spiritual meanings can vary among different cultures and belief systems, and some individuals may have personal associations or interpretations of insect symbolism based on their own experiences and beliefs.
POUNCING! I’m creating the world’s first true ENCYCLOPEDIA of drawing tutorials under the hashtag #howtoTHINKwhenyouDRAW, all of which is FREE for EVERYONE, FOREVER - you can see EVERY TUTORIAL on OUR MASSIVE INSTAGRAM HERE and OUR GIANT TWITTER HERE!PLUS!
I’m sure this exists in the universe somewhere, but I had a hard time searching for it since the word “divination” brings up a lot of D&D links.
This is a work in progress, but here’s my first draft of doing divination with a d20. (If you’re not a huge nerd like me, a d20 is a 20 sided dice)
Ask a question and use “sacred breath” to blow your intentions on into the d20!
1 - Everything about it is wrong and your life will be horrible.
2 - There’s no chance this will work out for you.
3 - You can fall further, but this is still bad place to be.
4 - Don’t get your hopes up.
5 - You will need to fall back on plan B.
6 - Your outcome will be negative but you’ll survive.
7 - Don’t get your hopes up, but the possibility for a positive outcome is there.
8 - Tread carefully and it may work out in your favor.
9 - Be very careful which path you choose and it should turn out alright.
10 - You have a 50/50 chance of positive or negative outcome.
11 - If you come up with and stick to a good plan, things will go your way.
12 - A positive outcome seems likely.
13 - Keep your hopes up and a positive outcome will follow.
14 - You have good ideas and they will lead you in the right direction.
15 - Everything will go according to plan and the plan is a great one.
16 - Wing it, you’re headed in the right direction.
17 - Your wishes will come true.
18 - Only positivity and happiness in your future.
19 - Everything will be perfect and wonderful.
20 - You will win the metaphorical lottery of whatever it is you’re wondering about.
I think something that needs to happen is to decouple the idea that a witch is always a diviner, and a diviner is always a witch.
A witch practices witchcraft.
A diviner reads fortunes.
The two communities can and do overlap, but they are in fact separate communities.
And I am mostly directing this at the witchcraft community, cause I can’t tell you how many posts I see that downright insinuate that witches own specific forms of divination, or that if you aren’t a witch you’ll never know how deep the connection witches have to their divination tools.
I get what y’all are trying to do, but it’s not appreciated at all by diviners who are not witches. I personally have taken a hiatus from my witchcraft, and don’t call myself a witch currently cause I am not actively practicing. But I am still a diviner. I still have an incredible connection with my divination tools, and I still have incredibly accurate readings.
Let’s decouple the idea that diviners are always witches, and witches are always diviners.
