I have never read the graphic novels but I stumbled upon this image and omg it's actually so sad.

He looks so sad and confused as to why any dragon would have a toy that is just for fun and to make them happy. What's even sadder is that he thinks it serves no purpose but he doesn't understand that the purpose is to make a dragonet happy and since he doesn't understand that he sees the toy as having no value. Tui and Milke Holmes why must you do this to me I can't I can literally see him reflecting on his own childhood and wondering why he never had something like this.

i know its very likely that icicle did not care for sora at all, even more likely that she probs disliked sora, but that still wont stop me from headcanoning that she wanted to befriend her

when i was like 7 i thought anemone's name was pronounced like "aah-neh-moan" .

what makes it funnier is that i knew what anemones were and i knew how to pronounce the word correctly. for some reason my brain just never connected the real thing to her name ??

when I first read the books, I pronounced “Qibli” in my head as “Quibli” (quih-blee) now that’s how I read his name all the time and I can’t undo it.
