First off --- HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARYA ! (@daehwintermelon) This came out so late I’m so sorry :( but I hope you had such a fun time celebrating your birthday and that you got so much love from the people around you! i hope we are able to talk more!! you’re so sweet and nice!

daehwi leaned over resting his head on his hand while looking at you doing things on your laptop
you stopped typing on your laptop to meet eyes with daehwi
“why are you looking at me like that daehwi?”
he gave you a small smile and sat back up to give you an even bigger smile
“I just wanted to look at my best friend who looks like a scholar while working on her paper!”
you laughed a little before letting your smile drop to the words
‘best friend’
it’s not that you disliked being called his best friend, you felt proud and special since he only called you that special title
but at the same time you’ve had the longest crush on daehwi so hearing those words made it sound like there was no hope,
and
when i mean longest crush
YOU HAD THE LONGEST CRUSH ON DAEHWI
you guys may have been friends for almost 3 years now
technically 4 but the 4th day will be on your birthday hehe
but for 2 of those years you had already begun to like daehwi
even though you weren’t really sure why?
it was just after that one day when you both were facetiming and he decided to sing you to sleep with a lullaby.
and even though he hung up a little later because he though you fell asleep that opposite was true
YOU WERE WIDE AWAKE
and you low key recorded daehwi singing that lullaby so that the next time you had trouble falling asleep you could play it but
ANYWAYS (my friend says this is my irl habit when i talk lmao)
daehwi moved his chair closer so he could sit right next to you and peeked over at your laptop
“oo a paper for *insert major* must be torture”
you smiled and closed the laptop which caused daehwi to move his gaze towards you
“it’s actually enjoyable, if it wasn’t I would’ve have picked this major”
daehwi simply laughed and then pulled out his phone
“so guess what’s coming up!”
you put your finger to your head and pretended to think for a moment
“oh! i know!”
daehwi’s expression instantly lit up
you pulled out your phone and showed daehwi an event on your calendar
“it’s gonna be free pancake day in a couple of days! we should go together!”
you instantly saw daehwi’s expression turn sour and he pushed your phone away
“no you idiot it’s gonna be your birthday and our 4 year friendship on the same day! how could you forget your own birthday...”
it was your turn to give daehwi a low key sour look
“daehwi of course I knew it was my birthday and our anniversary on the same day I’m not dumb I was playing around, what about it though?”
taking a moment you remembered how you and daehwi met
four years ago when it was exactly the day of your birthday and you were sitting alone at a cafe with a small cupcake with a candle on it.
you were waiting for your boyfriend at the time to come around and celebrate it with you but with a chime on your phone you had become disappointed once you saw his message
“it looks like i won’t be able to make it today, i know today was special for you- but i’ll give you your present later!”
you scoffed and quickly blew out the candle on your cupcake before texting him back
“yeah sure”
putting down your phone you started muttering to yourself
“give me my present later ? i could care less about a present i just wanted to spend time with him.”
while angrily muttering you noticed that someone has put their hand on the table
looking up you noticed it was daehwi, someone who had been going to the same school as you
“is this seat taken, i couldn’t help but notice you looked lonely”
you shook your head while prompted him to sit down with you at the table
“happy birthday Y/N”
those simple words took you by surprise as you made eye contact with daehwi
he gave you a small but genuine smile before handing you a small box
“open it!”
opening the box you noticed it was a small necklace that had a symbol of something you liked
“how did you-”
“i overhear you talking to your friends or your boyfriend sometimes in class and i noticed you were alone today so i wanted to give it to you as a gift- correction i heard that you wanted this but you were dropping subtle hints to your boyfriend”
you smiled and put on the necklace before making eye contact again and giving daehwi a big smile
“i appreciate this daehwi”
later that day you met up with your boyfriend the present he gave you was nothing like you wanted. it was a sample of a perfume you already had but told him you liked.
so after that day not only did you become friends with daehwi, you also broke up wit your boyfriend (which was a good thing on your part *pats you on the back lmao*)
anyways
daehwi turned back around to you and smiled
“what should we do on that day? I was thinking something special to celebrate how long it’s been and to celebrate that wow ! Y/N is truly an intellectual!”
that low key felt like an insult but you let it slide because you both did that to each other so often it felt like normal
but you weren’t exactly sure what you wanted to do but i mean you knew what you wanted to happen
you basically just wanted daehwi to ask you out on that day but i mean he constantly calls you his best friend so tht seems like it’s not gonna happen
“i’m not sure daehwi, i actually don’t have anything in mind, so if you wanted to do anything I would be down!”
this made daehwi look excited
like actually he looked like the happiest person in the world
he suddenly stood up and started to gather his things
“don’t worry Y/N I’m gonna make this so special that you won’t forget!”
he left without saying anything else and actually leaving you so confused
the next few days daehwi would give you vague responses when you tried asking about the plans he had in mind for the celebration
while walking to class together and sitting down at your usual spot you leaned over to daehwi and gave him a mischevious smile
when daehwi noticed you were looking at him he looked back at you with a small smile
“soo what are we gonna do for our special friendshipversary? I gotta dress for the right occasion you know?”
you noticed that the corners of his lips faltered a bit but not for long before he laughed a little and hit you slightly on the shoulder.
“I keep telling you it’s a secret~ I wanna make it special so I can’t tell you what it is or else it’ll be ruined!”
this is what daehwi kept reminding you every time you asked
you were surprised that he wasn’t fed up with you asking yet but anyways
a couple of days later and it was finally your birthday
and your friendshipsary with daehwi ! (ok i wanted to combine friendship and anniversary but it didn’t work out lol)
daehwi just texted you an address and going to it you noticed that it was the same cafe that you guys first met at.
“what’s he planning on doing?”
you walked inside and noticed daehwi was sitting at the exact table where you were sitting at four years ago, with a cupcake (updated to your favorite flavor at the moment) in front of him and a candle that was lit
he spotted you and quickly waved you over, pointing at the cupcake
“happy birthday Y/N! hurry blow out the candles!”
sitting down you instantly blew the candles and he smiled at you
“doesn’t this give you memories!”
“it reminds me of how terrible my boyfriend was”
daehwi lowkey choked on the drink he was sipping and started laughing
“that isn’t the part you should be remembering! i’m talking about the part where i sweep in and made it all worth it to be sitting here!”
you smiled at daehwi’s words and nodded your head
“so where to next event planner?”
daehwi led you to another small but popular cafe that you both liked and you sat down inside it
“is today just cafe eating? are you trying to get me fat daehwi?”
he shook his head and pointed at the table
“the day after your birthday we decided to eat at this cafe from then on, we sat at this exact table when we decided it too!”
you laughed a little and looked at him weirdly
“how do you remember this so vividly?
he shyly laughed before rubbing the back of his neck (a staple move tht i like to use LMAO)
“if i tell you i hope you won’t be weirded out. i planned this in a specific way”
“daehwi we’ve done much weirder stuff around each other. i’m sure it isn’t anything too big!”
he nodded his head and silently took out a small box
opening it it was a simple silver chain bracelet with the symbol that you’ve always liked
“daehwi-”
“this isn’t my place to say it but the reason why i wanted to remind you of that day four years ago at the cafe was because i actually had already liked you at that point. i wanted to give you that present four years ago because when you weren’t there your boyfriend didn’t even think about what to get you. he truly was a shitty boyfriend. i just wanted to be a good friend to you but i think after four years i wanted to get the chance to confess”
you were taken aback, you were just gonna ask him about the price because damn the bracelet looked expensive
but instead he confessed to you before you even got the chance to confess to him
“daehwi i-”
“you don’t have to say anything just-”
“daehwi let me finish my damn sentence”
you both laughed a little but for daehwi it was more of an awkward laugh
“now if you let me finish i would’ve said that yes - i like you too! not as long as you but for two years now i liked you!”
daehwi’s eyes light up like it was his birthday and he quickly went around to sit down next to you and hugged you tight
“oh Y/N this made my day! i promise to be the best boyfriend!”
you laughed and pointed at the bracelet and the necklace
“you’re already steps ahead of him”
it was daehwi’s turn to laugh

Chapter 1
HOUR TWO
trusting your own senses you closed your eyes and pointed to daniel.
opening your eyes you noticed that you, seongwoo, woojin, and jaehwan pointed their fingers at daniel
“w-what? why did you guys vote for me? I didn’t even do anything!”
daniel started to seem to be panicked as he suddenly stood up from his chair and pointed at himself
“were you guys not even listening to me when I was talking about how seongwoo could be the killer?! above all that he didn’t even explain what was wrong between daehwi and him!”
everyone else just sat in silence, waiting for daniel to calm down.
“so you guys have chosen daniel huh? i never thought you would choose someone as nice as him. i guess he doesn’t look so nice now”
that made daniel suddenly stop trying to defend himself down in his seat and just stopped talking in general
everyone in the room didn’t bother to talk after the person in the speaker made that comment
which really made you wonder. was daniel really as nice as it seemed like he was? especially after all those weird comments about daehwi during the past hour.
“daniel,”
everyone’s eyes shifted towards seongwoo and you could see the tears welling up as his eyes
“i’m sorry.”
“why are you sorry seongwoo? you’re not the only one that voted for daniel”
woojin spoke up giving seongwoo a weird glance
“i know i’m just. i’m just really sorry this is happening”
daniel looked back at seongwoo and just gave him a pat of the shoulder.
“anyways daniel could you stand up?”
the speaker over heard told daniel to stand up and he did
soon something came out from the middle of the table, and that so happened to be a gun.
you gasped but put your hand over your mouth, you couldn’t believe what you were seeing.
“alright daniel, now i want you to put the gun to your head and shoot it. since it’s russian roulette we won’t know if it’ll actually have a bullet or not so we’ll find out!”
“this is so sick”
jaehwan stood up from his chair and walked to the other side of the room
you couldn’t agree more with what jaehwan had to say, the fact the whoever was making you do definitely had something wrong with them
looking over at daniel you saw his hand shaking while reaching out towards the gun
“daniel,”
he looked towards you after grabbing the gun,
“just don’t think of the worst outcome possible okay?”
he shook his head and slowly lifted the gun to his head, everyone in the room was silent, not knowing what words to say to make the situation better.
“now…pull the trigger”

you shut your eyes closed and simply heard the sound of the gun triggering, you were afraid to open your eyes at the possible sight you might see
“Y/N?”
opening your eyes slightly you see daniel still standing there, with the gun still pointed to his own head
“PUT THE GUN DOWN!”
Jisung yelled at daniel, who still stood there in shock,
seongwoo eventually took the gun from daniel’s hand and put it back in the table
“you’re still in one piece daniel!”
jaehwan made a light joke to lighten the mood but jisung quickly hit him on his arm and gave him a look
“you see,”
everyone perked up to hear the voice come back on the speaker
“this is what happens if you guys don’t find the killer with the most precise evidence. you are loosely basing what evidence you have on who you think is the killer until one of you decides to go against the vote and rightfully pin who it is.”
“what if we don’t tell you who the killer actually is? like it’s not the right person”
“well i guess we won’t know will we? we’ll either put the right person in jail or put someone that didn’t deserve it in jail. you could even vote for the same person to be in jail. you could even make the person who killed daehwi step up to the gun and unfortunately they will pass away. we won’t know will we? but before you continue with your research, i have a little surprise”
before they let anyone answer gas started coming in from the vents, you started to cough and looked at the other people in the room
“it’s - it’s FLUOTHANE!”
seongwoo shouted while coughing and waving away some of the smoke
“speak ENGLISH please!”
jaehwan yelled while also trying to wave away some of the smoke
“SLEEPING GAS!”
those were the lost words you heard before finding yourself falling asleep
*A WHILE LATER*
“Y/N!”
you woke up to someone shaking you, someone that wasn’t in the room in the beginning.
“Sungwoon?!”
you sat up and looked at sungwoon with a confused expression
“what are you doing here, how did you get in here?!”
he looked just as confused as you while helping you stand up, you saw someone else in the room, someone you didn’t recognize
“what’s going on, who’s that?!”
pointing at the other person in the room they gave you a small smile
he came over to you and held out a hand for you to shake
“I’m Park Jihoon, I was sort of close with Daehwi”
not accepting his hand you stood up and gave them both a suspicious look
“How do you guys know Daehwi died already?”
“well I mean as Daehwi’s brother I would know that he died already.”
you suddenly remembered and giving sungwoon a soft look you pulled him in for a hug
“i’m sorry sungwoon, we’re just all really stressed.”
he patted you on the back a little before letting go
“lets try to wake up the others”
nodding to his suggestion all three of you started to wake up the others
while going to wake up daniel you noticed that jihoon went straight for seongwoo
when seongwoo woke up you noticed that his eyes held panic in them as they met with jihoon’s
then you noticed that jihoon put his finger to his own mouth before seongwoo nodded and got up
you quickly put yours eyes back onto daniel and shook him awake
“daniel, daniel wake up”
once everyone was awake you sat down at the table again, with sungwoon and jihoon awkwardly standing
“why the hell did he think it was a good idea to just randomly release some sleeping gas in here”
jaehwan muttered to himself and folded his arms together
looking at woojin you decided to speak up after him
“lets look around”
walking around the room with woojin you noticed wall telephone,
a large cabinet that was like a dresser in the corner on the right that was locked
a table that happened to have snacks,
and another small file cabinet that happened to be locked
“alright now that we have looked around the room i noticed that both file cabinets happened to be locked. let’s look at our evidence for things that might be clues to the lock”
after saying that outloud everyone nodded their heads and started to look at the evidence they had.
while you went around and tried to look around the cabinets to see what worked, someone tapped your shoulder
looking behind you it was woojin he pulled you over closer to the corner and pulled up both yours and daniel’s papers
“what are you doing with those?! You didn’t even ask to look at them!”
“I asked daniel for his and it doesn’t even matter anyways since you guys showed it to the group. anyways look at these numbers”
he pointed to the journal entries that had the numbers (refer to last chapter if you don’t remember!)
“how did you figure it out?”
he pointed to the first set of numbers from your entry
“do you understand what this means Y/N?”
“if i did i wouldn’t be talking to you right now.”
woojin looked awkwardly at you and then turned back to pointing at the paper
“anyways this means dealer. so then on daniel’s paper it must mean drug.”
“drug dealer?”
you were thinking about who it could be.
it was probably obvious based on what you already knew,
“Y/N!”
you looked over with woojin and noticed jaehwan and jihoon on the floor with jaehwan on top of him looking like he was about to punch him
“Y/N this jihoon guy is acting really suspicious!”
seongwoo rushed over to them and pulled jaehwan off of jihoon
“stop being so aggressive jaehwan! jihoon has nothing to do with this!”
jihoon stood up from the ground and silently walked over to the couch to sit down.
seongwoo let go of jaehwan and walked over to jihoon, he patted his back and quietly asked him if he was okay
observing them you noticed again how they seemed to have a close relationship, but you decided to keep it to yourself.
you walked back to your folder and opened it again, trying to see if there were any clues to about opening one of the cabinets
the next thing you happened to see was a school newspaper
reading over the newspaper you discovered one tiny detail that bothered you.
who was this Guanlin person? did he have anything to do with the case about daehwi? what was so significant about this newspaper?
is there something hidden within the words or anything about the newspaper itself?
you decided to hide the newspaper in your pocket and looked around at the other people.
walking over to jihoon seongwoo noticed and stood up to walk away while still making eye contact with you.
“so jihoon tell me. how close were you with daehwi?”
he glanced at you for a moment before speaking.
“well frankly speaking I met him a little bit after you all, but we just got close recently, although I’m older than him.”
nodding your head you leaned in closer
“so you literally know nothing about how daehwi could’ve yknow, been killed? asking for a faster way to get out of here”
jihoon hesitated for a minute before turning fully to face you
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,”
you scoffed and looked around the room you met eyes with seongwoo, who you noticed was actually observing you and jihoon. he quickly looked away though.
“we are all in here for something, we all had something to do with daehwi you can’t tell me something that possibly could’ve made daehwi have a grudge against anyone, specifically you?”
it was jihoon’s turn to scoff this time
“are you accusing me or something? why don’t you ask the brother, we both were randomly put here at the same time. He seems upset but I bet that’s all an act, I knew how they really were together.”
this made you confused, how did jihoon possibly know this much about daehwi if they just recently got close.
shaking your head you got up and walked over to sungwoon, stood next to him near the snack table and looked at him
“how are you doing,. yknow since you’re probably having a crisis like we all did when we first got in here, especially since it’s about your brother.”
sungwoon almost seemed to ignore you before he turned around and gave you a small smile.
“i’m fine. I’m just trying to think about who would do this to my brother.”
“right. so not tryna to call out anyone but jihoon told me that you and daehwi actually did not get along as much as we thought you did. is that true?”
still observing sungwoon you noticed he gulped while you both looked at each other
“i mean we didn’t fit in together like puzzle pieces but it wasn’t like we fully hated each other.”
sungwoon laughed before looking away
“hmm”
you only gave that response before sitting back down on your chair.
looking at all the evidence you gathered so far,
frankly
you were confused. what lead to what.
was woojin’s suggesting of the numbers leading to drug dealer right? but then who was the dealer?
“ALRIGHT”
the voice shouted in the room startling everyone
“time to vote. same thing, POINT at who you want to step up if you think they are the killer.”

like you woke up on the wrong side of bed and there was nothing to eat for breakfast since you forgot to go out and get some food from the store
but ANYWAYS
you had decided to go outside and go for a walk since you wanted to cool off your mind
being honest you didn’t even know why you were so upset it just felt like it wasn’t going to be your day already since waking up at 11 am (yes 11 am not 8 am bc thats too early)
walking to your nearest store and buying some food to make at your place you had proceeded to walk across the street when you hear people yelling
looking up you noticed they were pointing to the side of you and looking in that direction you had noticed that a car was coming at full force in your direction
for some reason you weren’t able to move your body like you were paralyzed, you wanted to move though
so you closed your eyes and braced for impact for the oncoming car that was going to collide with your body
but it never happened ?
you just felt a light push on your body and opening your eyes you say a guy as you were falling that you made eye contact with, he gave you a small smile before you closed your eyes again preparing for impact with the ground.
once you felt your back hit the ground, you opened your eyes to see a bunch of people crowding around you and to your left, was the car that you thought was going to hit you but was a couple of feet away
“are you okay miss? we were trying to warn you about the car but it looks like it didn’t end hitting you”
although a bunch of people were trying to make sure you were okay you couldn’t get your mind off of the guy you had seen while falling
“what happened to the other guy on the street?”
they all looked at you confused before looking around the street
“honey there was no one else on the street before you almost getting hit”
an adult gave you a concerning gesture before helping you up
after arriving home you sat down on your couch and wondered about what happened
you were sure that you saw another person on the street who helped you not get hit by the car
i mean regardless you did end up falling on the ground
but who was this person?
a couple of days had passed and you were honestly about to let it go as just something you saw since you were panicking but while going out shopping for some food you noticed a familiar figure walking away from the direction you were looking in
walking towards the figure you tried to catch up with it,
the figure turned around and you both made eye contact, causing him to walk even faster away from your direction
“W-WAIT!”
yelling towards the person even though there were other people on the street caused them to give you some looks
you managed to catch him halfway through the crosswalk and held his wrist
“why are you walking away from me?”
the guy turned around and it turned out to be the exact person you saw for a moment when you almost got hit that day
he suddenly grabbed your hand and walked off the crosswalk, stopping by a cafe
“why are you following me?”
you gave the guy a look before pointing to yourself
“answer my question first, we literally made eye contact and you started walking faster, i have a few questions for you too”
the guy sighed and led you into the cafe
after the both of you got drinks and sat down at the table the guy took a sip out of his drink and put it down back on the table
“ask away.”
looking into his eyes you suddenly had flashbacks back to that day, it didn’t traumatize you but you certainly didn’t like having to randomly think back to that day as if you were living through it again
“i saw you, on the crosswalk with me. i was supposed to get hit, but i didn’t and i saw you before i completely fell on the ground, but you were gone after i opened my eyes again. where did you go?”
the guy chuckled before picking up his drink again
“i would think that you would ask my name first, which is jihoon by the way”
“nice to meet you jihoon i’m Y/N but answer my question, it’s been bothering me for days.”
jihoon sighed again and leaned in closer to you, which surprised you
“simple. i’m an angel from above.”
you scoffed as soon as those words left his mouth.
“you’ve got to be kidding me. i would’ve believed it if you said you ran fast but an angel? this isn’t a fantasy drama”
“but why do you think no one saw me? it was like i was there for a moment and simply vanished right?”
jihoon leaned back into his chair and drank out of his drink
“i’m telling the truth, i saved you from death. but i was invisible so no one saw me, but for some reason you were able to.”
you were slowly processing it, he was right in all levels, he was only there for a split second, the car which was coming in fast suddenly was stopped right before you and you were the only one to see him before other people came to help you up
“but the real question it, why are you still here and actually visible now? you looked completely different than when i saw you last time”
this question seemed to make jihoons’ face harden.
you almost regretted asking the question but you had to know, he saved you and you were curious
“well, to be honest, i was actually supposed to lead your soul into heaven. after you know, you got hit with the car. so when i saved you it was actually considered illegal-”
“you were supposed to let me die? aren’t angels supposed to be like saving graces? why would you let me die then?”
“you were supposed to die on that day, it was already marked in our books. everyone has a day they die from the moment they are born.”
he explained it so calmly that it felt surreal
“so why are you here now? shouldn’t you be gone?”
“i’m not an angel anymore Y/N. i wasn’t supposed to save you, so they revoked my right to be an angel and here i am, a human.”
it was an understatement to say you felt bad for jihoon
he legit risked his career of an angel (lmfao career)
and he decided to save you and risk his right of being an angel
“i’m sorry jihoon. you didn’t have to save me. i didn’t mean to hunt you down like this either.”
he laughed and low key it sounded like candy to your ears,
i mean he is an angel so you are guessing he has to be perfect?
“don’t be sorry Y/N. I did what I wanted to do, i didn’t want to let you die and I went through with what I wanted to do so don’t be apologetic. be happy. live the rest of your life out”
to be honest that made your heart beat a little too, handsome and nice to boot? a package
you shook those thoughts out of your head and looked at jihoon with a smile
“you’re making it sound like this is our last time to meet, we should be friends!”
“f-friends?”
“yeah! i mean you saved me and i feel bad so let me repay you back through small meals and other stuff!”
jihoon chuckled before pulling out a phone from his pocket
“okay well give me your kakao and I’ll message you!”
after exchanging kakao talk ids you both parted ways mostly since you had work the next day
but you met up often with jihoon after that day
you felt indebted to him but at the same time, you wanted to get to know him more!
and he even told you himself that he wanted to know you more as well so you both hit it off!
most of your hang outs some how started to really only consist of going around and finding the best places to eat food
like you would find a ramen restaurant one day and then jihoon would find a cafe another day
during your hangouts you two would talk about just random topics
like you asked him if he’s been to every country on the earth and he just gave you a really weird look which made you low key embarrassed and you ended up taking back the question
but other times he would just ask
“if my face is as good as you say it is then should i become a kpop idol?”
this made you low key choke on your drink but also laugh as the same time which made jihoon actually look offended and give you a glare so you stopped laughing and just gave him a small response
“i mean do you actually want to sing and dance though?”
“i can sure as hell sing and dance”
“GASP you cursed!”
“hell does not count as a bad word”
“that’s where the devil lives though”
honestly you’re not even sure how your conversations ended up like that with jihoon but somehow it did
but you enjoyed it though!
honestly you found yourself falling heads over heels for jihoon
and no it wasn’t because he so happened to save you
his personality just seemed to be so in sync with yours that you totally forgot that at some point he would have to go back
and that day was today
“Y/N!”
you turned around and saw jihoon running towards you with his arms fully open which made your arms open too which ended up in a full on hug
“I can go back now! I can be an angel again!”
you slowly let go of the hug in shock
“you’re, going back now?”
he nodded his head towards you and just put his hands on your shoulders
“i know i was low key a nuisance to you but i’ll always be watching over you with the best intentions.”
you both were in a semi secluded place so it was easy for him to just go back without being spotted
feeling your eyes tearing up you just gave jihoon a small pat on the back before stepping back
“i’m so glad for you jihoon, you’ll be able to be back with all your friends again! and you’ll be able to help people out again!”
“i know right! but i’ll miss you the most, you’re the closeest person to me and I won’t forget that, even if you won’t be able to see me.”
you nodded your head and jihoon left.
the person you happened to completely fall in love with was gone like the wind.

meeting up with your friend daehwi later that day you suddenly poured your heart out to him, causing him to just sit there and simply pat your back
“he’s gone daehwi, I can’t believe that I even ended up liking him so much. why am I even crying.”
daehwi chuckled which made you look at him confused
“you’re crying because you know you won’t see him again. you’re regretting that you didn’t get the chance to tell him how you felt before he went back to where he lived.”
i mean
he was right and you agreed to it in your head
it just felt hard to admit it.
later that day while you were moping around on your couch watching some shows until it started to irritate you
“why are all these shows ROMANCE this is irritating me I’m literally single!”
you turned off the TV and sunk down into your couch (thats not possible but yknow thts okay)
when you heard a ring at the door
walking up to it and looking who was on the other door
“OH MY GOD”
you heard chuckling on the other side of the door with the response
“you can’t say the gods name in vain while i’m here!”
opening the door in a rush you came face to face with jihoons
well yknow jihoons face
and before you even got to ask any questions he simply just pulled you in for a hug
“what are you doing here? it hasn’t even been a full day since you were able to be an angel again why can i see you right now?”
jihoon walked into your apt and simply sat down onto your couch
closing your door and going down to sit next to him he wrapped his arm around your shoulder and gave you a small smile
“I refused to go back”
you looked at him and shock
“I told you I would be watching over you and I just so happened to hear that you liked me and you regret not telling me so I came back”
you scoffed and folded your arms together
“well if you know that i like you already why do i need to tell you again?”
“because i want to hear you say it first so I can tell you after that I like you too~”
your cheeks instantly started to heat up and you took jihoons arm off your shoulder
“if you are going to be like this you might as well leave again”
jihoon laughed and leaned in closer to you
“aww Y/N please accept my love~~”
he started doing cute motions towards you and you started laughing before looking at jihoon again
“alright I guess I’ll accept your feelings but you better not do that cute act again.”
“I guess you can say my cuteness is deathly fatal?”
“why are you talking about death when you’re supposed to be an angel?”
