I never realized when Sansa was tasting snow and Winterfell, she was actually in a garden of blue flowers.

“Sweet one,” her father said gently, “listen to me. When you’re old enough, I’ll make you a match with someone who’s worthy of you. Someone who’s brave and gentle and strong. This match with Joffrey was a terrible mistake. That boy is no Prince Aemon, you must believe me.”

Jon and Robb were not little boys when they fought, but knights and mighty heroes. “I’m Prince Aemon the Dragonknight,” Jon would call out.

“Drifting snowflakes brushed her face as light as lover’s kisses, and melted on her cheeks. She could feel the snow on her lashes, taste it on her lips. It was the taste of Winterfell. The taste of innocence. The taste of dreams.”

no matter how terrible my day is. i can always end my day in bed imagining fictional characters making out sloppy style and fucking raw. and that's beautiful. there's some good in this world mister frodo and it's worth fighting for

This was the boy he had grown up with, he thought; this was the Robert Baratheon he’d known and loved. If he could prove that the Lannisters were behind the attack on Bran, prove that they had murdered Jon Arryn, this man would listen. Then Cersei would fall, and the Kingslayer with her, and if Lord Tywin dared to rouse the west, Robert would smash him as he had smashed Rhaegar Targaryen on the Trident. He could see it all so clearly. That breakfast tasted better than anything Eddard Stark had eaten in a long time, and afterward his smiles came easier and more often, until it was time for the tournament to resume.

oh yes, Sansa Stark is in fact, her fathers daughter.

As diabolical as Show Cersei may be, she will never be as messy as Book Cersei who literally tried to seduce Ned Stark into keeping her relationship with Jaime a secret. Like she looked at Lord Eddard Stark, heard every story about him, proceeded to tell him all about how great Jaime feels inside of her, and then thought "I'm pretty enough to change him" and started flirting. I stan a queen with self confidence bordering on insanity 🙌

So instead of Sansa marrying the prince who turns out to be a bastard, she is going to marry the bastard who turns out to be a prince. And I think that's poetic justice!

Thoughts and ideas about THAT season finale.

I have been thinking a lot about the end of the show A Game of Thrones and in particular, the now infamous season 8 and the more I think about it, more it becomes clear that its an open ending, meaning that there is more story coming after that finale.

Now I believe that Bran will only be King for a very short period of time and that Westeros will choose a new King or Queen soon; I believe that the North will be reunited to the 7 Kingdoms and will be stronger than ever; I believe that Arya journey in the West will be a success and The Kingdom will expand to the West just like I also believe then North will also expand their territories, with Jon guiding the Freefolk and helping them building a new kingdom, which would be part of the 7 kingdoms. 

I have no doubt that Jon and Sansa will consummate their relationship, but now I can see that their romance will be kept under the shadows, just like Cersei and Jaime romance was a secret for so many years. Sansa is Queen in the North and Jon now is the Lord Commander of the Nights Watch, that’s exactly the same position of Cersei and Jaime in season 8. Cersei was the Queen and Jaime was the Lord Commander of the Queens Guard. Jon and Sansa are literally switching places with Cersei and Jaime.

Tyrion and Sansa relationship will also be very important in the future, I am not sure if Jonsa’s fans will love those interactions, but the books gave us a lot of foreshadow for a future alliance of those two characters.

Anyway, my heart breaks because, in the end of the day, only the books will truly answer so many questions and 5 years after season 8 we still have NO BOOKS. But I keep on dreaming
