Everyone’s getting skinny for summer but not me. I could care less about wearing bikinis. I want to be skinny for fall. Skinny for winter. I want to wear a cute little beanie and cute sweaters that swallow me whole. I want to shiver under endless amounts of blankets, never getting warm enough. i want my bones to rattle while i walk down the street. i want people’s jaws to drop when summer finally does roll around and i shed my winter attire and they see how thin i really am. i want to look beautiful at christmas. i want to look stunning on new years. i want to look

just got done with the park festival. walked 10k steps.
ate:
hot dog w/ ketchup and mustard 125 cals
1 bite of snow cone 10 cals
1 bite of cotton candy 15 cals
total: 150 cals
couldn’t take pic cause too many people. saw the thinnest girl their. definitely helped with wanting to binge

Going to a party at the park. was gonna walk back but it was a 40 minute walk and my fiancé said no :/ there’s gonna be popcorn hotdogs and snow cones. hopefully i won’t binge. i feel it coming on.

TIPS FOR THE 4th of JULY
so for all my USA ppl out there, if you (or your family) celebrates the fourth of july and you can’t get out of it, or if you’re looking forward to the 🍔 but just scared you’ll binnge, here’s some tips to help!!
Get involved with cooking!
now i know this shit sounds crazy. being around food? but it actually can work wonders! help marinate meat if your family eats it. touching smelling and preparing raw meat is disgusting. think about that while you eat it. eat small bites of the food to taste with whoever is helping you cook. ONE SMALL BITE. come time to eat you can eat half your plate and say “ugh i snacked so much i’m full, can i save this for later?” use some low cal ideas to incorporate to the food. suggest lots of watermelon! it’s a summer fruit and you can eat plenty without going crazy on calories. refreshing cucumber and tomato salad is a delicious low cal dish you can eat plenty of. roasted brussels sprouts with feta, almonds, and a balsamic glaze is so yummy and low cal. sliders are less calls than burgers. pigs in a blanket? less cals than a hotdog. ice cream? nah. frozen yogurt popsicles. strawberry pie? nope. frozen dark chocolate covered strawberries. low cal and not suspicious at all! plus they’re hella refreshing in the heat.

the “i have to eat i don’t have a choice”
no way of getting out of it? being forced to sit and eat with everyone? make a snack plate! get a small portion of everything. A regular spoon used for eating is one tablespoon. For example:
french onion dip 1tbsp 30 cals
9 lays plain potato chips 80 cals
1 tbsp mac salad 20 cals
1tbsp potato salad 7cals
1tbsp mac and cheese 25 cas
1/4 of a plain 4oz cheeseburger 60 cals
1tbsp plain vanilla ice cream 17 cals
The total calories for a taste of everything is only 239 fucking cals!!!!!!!! all cals and measurements from LOOSE IT! ™️ app. this is my favorite method ever.

eyes too big for my stomach method
this requires tons of resisting. make a huge plate. be so excited for it. talk about i how good it’s gonna taste, help set the table, ect. eat slowly. start with one bite from each item and rotate. eat no more than 3 bites of everything. it should take 25 seconds to chew each bite. again. a normal sized serving spoon is 1 tablespoon. so only 3 tablespoons of each item.

lunch before vs after
my fiancé wanted to eat pizza and got upset i made a salad so i ate a piece to make him happy. he saw me taking a pic of my food and i said it was for my weight loss app. he said “not in a bad unhealthy way right?” i told him of course not. hopefully he doesn’t bother me again ab it
pizza slice: 180 cals
salad: 254 cals ( how tf is it more than the pizza)
id say i ate ab half the salad so
in total probably 307 cals? but i’ll still just say 434
