This brief was called Moving Image, in this brief we were to create an Advert of our choice. I have chosen to create an ad of A Knife. I have recorded plenty of videos of me using the knife and showing it off.
I struggled to get it out at right time and have been given an extension to put this project together. For next time I need to spend less time wondering about the project and more time doing it. I have struggled a lot to edit it at first, as the files were quite big, and I couldn’t get them on my iPad to edit them with iMovie. Luckily, I have noticed that I can take Premiere Pro for a free Trial which gave me access to the software for limited time that was just enough to get it done!
I have also struggled to stretch the advert to 60 seconds, I ended up coming up to 43 seconds which is a little bit shorter that it's supposed to be, But I feel like If I have added more, it would have seemed more forced.

I struggled to find an png image of the logo i wanted, so I found an app on google store and made my own png!
the app is very easy to use and even have an auto function & smoothing which is super helpful

I have decided to edit my video in premiere pro, as I have noticed I have an free trial available.
I found operating this program quite scary and tricky at first, But then as I was working on it more and more I have figured out it is actually quite easy.

Structure Evaluation
This brief is called Structure, with this project we were to create 5 final images of an building of our choice. With 3 of them showing detail of the building and two others showing off the building as a whole.
As much as I enjoyed working on this project I did struggle with figuring details of my building, for example I had to figure out which direction the building is facing. Also It was quite tricky to get the right day with the right light
Habits of mind I have used:
Sticking with difficulty
Problem solving
If I could re do this project I would have chosen more interesting building that would have gave me more space for creative shots.

This brief I called Unseen, And I was about delivering three different images that use three different techniques. I will evaluate each Image separately.
Time Lapse
I really enjoyed working on this piece, I got to combine my two hobby's art and photography. I have worked in Quite a Tight space and had very little space to move around, raising the risk of me knocking something over and basically forcing myself to restart the whole thing But I managed to be quite careful and I think it still came out very good still which makes me happy.
Habits of mind I have used:
Developing techniques
Tolerating uncertainty
Sticking with difficulty
If I Would have chance to redo this project, I would have made sure my settings are right, because my images ended up being slightly underexposed which I had to tweak in the postproduction, that would have saved me some time.
High speed flash
This image was captured with high-speed flash, I have edited out as much imperfections as I could, Which I think gave a great final piece. At the end of the day this one is my favourite both by looks and the process I went through to achieve it.
Habits of mind I have used:

If I were to fix anything about this image, I would have probably made sure my framings are good, to save myself work later in the editing process. But besides that, I am quite happy with my image.
Slow motion
This attempt at this brief was a little bit trickier, I have used around 3 oranges in different ways and approaches. I think this could have been way better if I had more time and products to work with eventually finding the right way to do this.

If I could go back, and re do this project I would have bought way more of the product so I could experiment more and perfect the video.
due to health reasons I missed out on very little college time we had on campus and ended up struggling with getting last image, My tutor told me it was fine to use my time lapse video I have made for a different project.

Lost and found Evaluation
This brief was called Lost and Found, with this brief we were to create an image with an object, in an unusuall place. I have decided to create and image of an octopus plushie on a beach.
I have encountered quite a problem when I have realised I did not shoot my object at the right angle, but when i realised it was already too late to reshoot it. I have done my best to still work around It and finiah the piece

Illusion Evaluation
This brief was called Illusion, the brief was about combining two things that wouldnt usually be put together. I hqve chosen to merge a book with an toast. I edited the toast to look like its replacing the book pages.
Somehow this project ended up being one of my favourites, I genuenly enjoyed working on It from the shooting stage to editing.

RECYCLE EVALUATION
The project Is called Recycle. We were to create an "painting with light" composition. By the end of the project we were to end up with one final image. I quite enjoyed working on this project, but my tripod was a little bit damaged. So i ended up with Images that didnt really align perfectly, which I had to fix by cropping my image. I still think the final image is good, although if the images worked better it would have made things easier at the editing stage.
Biggest challange I faced was probably editing stage, It took a lot of adjusting and cropping to make it work.

If I could back I would probably make sure my images allign better, to make things easier in post production
