Do any of the kids try to stay up until midnight on New Year's Eve and do any of them succeed?

Thomas does the same as my parents did and decides the kids decide when to go to bed for new years eve

if they get sleepy enough they start to get a bit whiny and they say the wanna go to bed themselves

i imagine Patt obvs succeeds, but among the other kiddies...maybe Logan and MAYBE Virgil but hes like. very sleepy. but he makes it

I don't know if you already answered this (or if somebody already asked; I'm new here) but: what would happen if one of the kiddos went missing?

Patton is already 12, so hes trusted with going around by himself. And he has a phone in case of anything happening anyways

Janus is all about wanting to be independent. But he knows that if hes not home, hes gotta stay near an adult (or, begrudgingly, Patton)

Remus is very chaotic and energetic, but knows that if he wants to run someplace, he has to let an adult know

Roman likes being a goody-two-shoes when they go out bc it gets him compliments from other grown-ups and sometimes it gets him a little treat. So he wont wander off

Logan is absolutely clingy towards Patton, so hes always following him like a lost puppy anyway

and Virgil just hates being away from Thomas and/or Nico in general

so the kiddies going missing is pretty much impossible. The only times it had happened was the times they couldn't find Virgil at home and it turns out he was napping in the weirdest places

True actually he worked so hard on that tree decoration!!! (only the bottom half of it. He is small)

patton and thomas already saw that coming (bc remus and janus try to do this every year) so they put fake presents under there (either empty boxes or everyday house stuff like a soap or a spoon , which was patton’s idea to mess with them) so when they eventually successfully heist the presents , the horror and betrayal of opening a single banana (that already has brown spots from sitting under the tree for a few days so none of them want to eat it) is palpable

Theyve never been more betrayed in their life (this is their 11th time saying this)

my family was talking about where to put our christmas tree yesterday and i’ve been plagued by the concept of litol virgil reacting like a cat to a christmas tree

like those videos of cats goin crazy over them and knocking them over cuz they jus wanna touch the pretty lights/ornaments yk ? so they probably have a baby gate around the tree to prevent virgil from getting close to it bc even though he probably is big enough to climb over it if he tried ,, it’s a Rule to not do that , that is Bad

he just sits there on the other side of the gate just staring at the christmas tree..... little guy is very tempted,,,,

janus found the golden egg that had money in it and then took the money , replaced it with candy he doesn’t like and put it back wherever he found it , so the next kid to find it got excited that they found the golden egg only to find like mints or smth

they probably had an egg hunt of sorts and Virgil indeed tried to give away all the eggs he found to his siblings lmao

Janus surprisingly was nice and he took the eggs so Virgil wouldnt get upset but then gave em all back. Thomas and Patton were pleasantly surprised
