Happy March 1st!! Some great news regarding my and @kittyacelia's Etsy shop;

[We've officially restocked our Comfort Character Boxes!!]

We've completely reformatted the way we handle our boxes, and included brand new images on the listings with all the information you may need!

The biggest change would be that we now have a blacklist for fandoms available instead of a whitelist. So, we can accept boxes from characters for nearly any fandom!! However, as a result of this change, we've changed the way we handle our custom-written letters.

💚 We've made letters completely optional, but still available for purchase with a list of whitelisted fandoms (Don't worry, each box still comes with the sticker of the character of your choice)! This was a hard decision to make, and was made based on our confidence to write in-character letters, as well as our desire to expand our reach to as many people as possible.

💗 We've also added the option to pay more for your box if you'd like, in order to fund more expensive items within the box! This isn't to say that our regular boxes will be dropping in quality, just that more budget will allow us to fund even BETTER stuff, like more official merch within the boxes!

There are lots of images in the listings now that explain each of these concepts a bit more (and we also made things like box sizing and potential contents more concise and easier to understand)!

If you have any additional questions that our listings don't answer, please don't hesitate to send a message to the Etsy for clarification!

So, if I was willing to pay for it, could I commission a chibi of a character in the sticker style specifically to have it for myself?? Like - a character not sold in your shop but I would be commissioning it specifically to become a sticker to buy? Are we allowed to do that? /genq

Me and @kittyacelia bounced the idea back and forth about the idea of "sponsoring a sticker" for lack of a better term?

You would be able to pay to have a canon character (one we don't have yet of course!!) drawn for the sticker designs, and we'd send you some fresh prints of it when it was done for your troubles! When finished it would be moved in to our regular stock, so everyone else would be able to purchase too.

We never really decided on whether or not it would be something we'd offer (simply because I'm already working on commission slots and I might get overwhelmed with orders), but if this is something you'd be genuinely interested in, please feel free to let us know!!

So, I got into a fistfight with our Cricut (the machine that prints our stickers). <:(

I totally won (and fixed the issue in the end, don't worry!), but there was some collateral damage in the end.

Last I remember checking, your Comfort Character Packages were US shipping only. Is this still the case?

We CAN ship international packages now!!

However, I do have to let you know ahead of time that Etsy does the shipping calculations for us. Shipping international can be very costly, especially since our boxes are so hefty!

Our larges can weigh an average of 12 lbs (5.5 kg), and they're roughly about this big!!:

I'm not saying this to discourage you from purchasing, I'm just trying to be as transparent about the process as possible for you <:)
