Are any of the koopalings roommates?

Yes:

Ludwig & Roy share a room. They are both (kind of) organized in a way, and they are the oldest two, so they discuss important things together. Ludwig takes care of all his siblings, and Roy basically bodyguards them: especially Larry & Wendy.

Wendy & Morton get their own rooms. Wendy gets her own normal-sized, and it's basically because she is the only girl. But Bowser also let her have her own room after getting abused so much. Morton gets the smallest room. Morton insisted having it.

Iggy & Lemmy share a room, because they are twins, and you can't seperate them. They support each other so much. And they understand each other in a way that none of the other Koopalings understand. Iggy usually does difficult Science experiments, that sometimes end in explosions, but Lemmy doesn't care. Iggy also sleeps in a guest room whenever Lemmy gets in one of his "dark moods."

Junior gets his own room, of course. It's larger than Wendy's and Morton's.

Larry & Koopa Kid share a room. Koopa Kid chose to share a room with Larry, because Larry was the quietest; and if you remember: he was scared of them at first, because of his biological family. Larry just got used to it. Larry plays video games with Koopa Kid sometimes [even though Koopa Kid always loses and does a slight rage] that Larry always laughs about. They also get pranked the most. Iggy often leaves Jack-In-The-Boxes in their room. Koopa Kid & Larry take turns getting to open them. By the way, both of them are scaredy-cats.
