in the funny omake world where the internet exists in fsa i think when shadow comes back and he has to deal with people rightfully being wary/suspicious/hostile towards him he gets on his laptop at night to be emo about it but then his blog posts on his geocities website just turn into "bitches hate me for being adopted" and zelda pops into his guestbook like "yeah and?" and then shows the post to link's dad and shadow gets the Stare Of Disapproval while link laughs himself sick in the background. this doesn't stop him from making similar posts of course

when shadow gets his body back post-manga i always flip back and forth on whether i think that he'd still be more magical than hylian or whether the lack of the dark mirror powering him kind of weakens his magical aspect a bit and he becomes more hylian as a result of it. i think the second option is funny in relation to the idea of shadow suddenly HAVING to sleep instead of it being an optional choice as it seems to be in the manga and that means that he and link have to either a) share link's bed, which i think would lead to a lot of "QUIT HOGGING THE BLANKET" "STOP KICKING ME AND I MIGHT" catfights, b) take turns sleeping on the floor with a sleeping bag of sorts & sleeping on the bed, which i think would lead to a lot of "I SLEPT ON THE FLOOR LAST NIGHT SO I GET THE BED TONIGHT THAT'S THE RULE" catfights, or c) link leaves to go train with the knights for the day and when he comes back shadow has redecorated half his room to look like an evil lair complete with a new mattress of mysterious origin in the corner of the room. on an entirely unrelated note, someone on the other side of castle town comes home from work to find their mattress fucking gone. can't have shit in hyrule
