His name is Arthur Morsweets, he looks like a cold, scary biker sort, but he's really just quiet and has a bad case of resting bitch face. He's a big softie inside (and outside hehe) and a big fan of making jokes with a deadpan voice and expression, especially with his customers at his bakery.
