God I forgot how much of a giant I made Pandora for the sake of "big predator" vibes. Ahn is so tiny next to her.

Okay so I know that this is a Hollow Knight blog but I'm just so proud of how this turned out that I couldn't not post it.

So I'm a pretty big fan of the Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss series by Vivziepop and the other amazing people who helped create it, enough to the point where I have made a whole oc.

This is Willoh Wisp, a demoness whose appearance is mostly based off a Chinese dragon despite being Polynesian when she was alive. Why is she in hell? Well, she was a bit of a bombshell when she was alive, so some of the less than pleasant men who exist obviously wanted a piece of that and the more idiotic of the bunch tried taking what they wanted by force. Basically they said they wanted something from her, she said no, and really it all just went downhill for them from there. Although she didn't kill them, she did beat them within an inch of their lives, which is still the sin of wrath despite it obviously being the guys fault for choosing to want to get their asses kicked. There are other reasons pretty much revolving around "doing the wrong thing for the right reasons" type deal and she was sent to hell by technicality despite a lot of the things she did being reasonably justified.

Not gonna lie, she probably ends up working at the Hazbin Hotel as a security guard, since she's about the same height as Angel Dust and can most definitely beat just about anyone in a fistfight (or any fight really) with her eyes closed.

Either way, I just wanted to share her with you guys and I hope you like her.

So Quirrel with teeth has been trending in the fandom lately and I've never seen a more smug looking mothertrucker in my entire life and I don't know how I feel about it.

I did more doodles, and this time, with some of the vessels included! The first one is Kekoa and Manchi cooing over the small bean that is the Greenpath vessel. The name I went with for that vessel is Flower, because why not? And the second is Pandora bonding with the Broken Vessel which you find in the Ancient Basin. Pandora had dubbed them Shard, for reasons I have yet to come up with for her naming system.

Also, yes, that is Pandora's face. Because I decided to do a face reveal thing.

I really liked the couple of vessels you find throughout Hallownest as you explore, not to mention the story that could be written about how they got there is practically endless. Either way, I'm pretty happy with how these turned out.

Okay so I got bored and decided to write these mock journal entries for the Hunter's Journal and Godhome description thingies for all my oc's.

Pandora

A strange creature from beyond the bounds Hallownest. Attacks foes viciously with tooth and claw.

I have seen this creature hunting in the underbrush of Greenpath many times. Her strikes are swift and her technique is flawless. Yes, a true hunter indeed.

Kekoa & Manchi

A strange pair of creatures from beyond the bounds of Hallownest. Benevolent in nature but attack with soul and flora.

These strange creatures move like hunters, but will often choose the path of peace. I once tried hunting what I thought was the weaker of the two, only to be struck by the other with blinding speed.

Sister gods of soul and flora

Two halves of a whole, we are beasts of a forbidden tale untold."

I'm still not that good at tumblr so I'll fix it later, but I hope you like it.

Do any of you guys know how to befriend other people on Tumblr without it being too weird? Cuz like, it's a lot different on the internet than it is in person and I already have the social skills of a spoon so I have no idea how to just initiate friendship with other people here without it just being kinda awkward.

Why am I asking this? Well I wanna make friends with some of the other artists and individuals in the Hollow Knight fandom but I feel like it's kind of a social minefield because the internet is a scary place with even scarier people. Also text doesn't really translate itself to spoken words all that well so I also gotta worry about not coming off as too pushy or mean.

Either way, I just want some neat art and fandom friends that I can be a nerd with and I'd appreciate if somebody could help me out here.

Instead of doing my homework, I decided to draw my oc Pandora in the Void Given Focus AU by @spoopydoodle

Pandora and Hornet were bonding over their shared skillset in the combat department, meanwhile Ghost was looking for Hornet to discuss some other things. So when Ghost peeked their head past the corner, and saw the fluffy warrior that was Pandora, their brain immediately went "new friend? NEW FRIEND?!!" And thus, they tackled the unsuspecting beast with the intent on becoming friends and scaring the crap out of both her and Hornet with their sudden appearance.

So this is Pandora interacting with Ghost and Hornet from the Shitlord AU by @chipper-smol

The first one is Pandora teaching Ghost how to be a menace to society hunt any sort of prey. Pandora is an ambush predator by nature, so she will move quickly and quietly in order to find the best moment to strike. Ghost is taking all of her lessons in stride, as she is teaching them all the best ways to sneak around in any environment without making so much as a sound (and thinking of ways to torment PK with their newfound ability to now walk silently).

The second is Pandora finding a little visitor who is very interested in the fluff at the end of her tail. Pandora finds little Hornet's adventurous nature amusing, reminding her of herself while she was in her youth. She definitely teaches her a few things along the lines of how to be a feral gremlin stealthy.

Here's a small assortment of doodles I did in about 30 minutes. The first one is when Pandora is handed Ghost to "babysit" and she doesn't know what to do with them while Ghost is just vibing. The second was the comparisons between Hornet and the leaf siblings. And the third is Pandora's hunting stance, she prefers running on all fours because she's faster and much more agile this way.

Here are a pair of OC's me and my friend came up with for fun. The taller one on the left is Kekoa, and the one on the right is her sister Manchi.

They're kinda like Mosskin, Kekoa is more loosely based on a leafbug though.

The idea was that they are halfbreed children of higher beings like Hornet, but their creation was out of love rather than a deal struck.

Okay so first other post I'm going to is this weird thing I've been having going on in my mind for a little while now.

So anyone who's completed Hollow Knight or is at least well versed in the lore knows that the ancient enemy of the Radiance is the Void. And Void is kinda a huge plot point in the game that relates directly to a lot if not most of the events that goes on in the game. And there are also the gods or "higher beings" of dreams, i.e. Grimm and Radiance, and whatever the heck the Pale King and White Lady are the gods of.

So my question is, was there an original god or higher being of the Void?

I know that in the Godmaster ending, the knight or little ghost becomes the Lord of Shades after beating up the Absolute Radiance but I just can't get this idea out of my mind. If there was a higher being of the Void, who were they? Did the Pale King make a deal with them in order to harness the power of the Void to create the vessels? Because from other sources (*cough* Undertale *cough cough) I've always seen Void as this sort of uncontrollable source of power that no one, mortal or god, could ever hope to tame to do anything of significance that wouldn't just backfire and blow up in their face.

I am kind of ranting so feel free to add your guy's opinion on this. And excuse how rushed and jumbled up this is, I was in a hurry to get it out and don't really have the mental capacity to care if this is understandable.
