Facts about Sans that no one pays attention to:

- He really loves science fiction (especially when it’s real) and papyrus brings it up a lot.

- He is capable of making really good jokes he just likes to tell annoyingly bad ones a lot. Mostly bc Papyrus reacts in a hilarious way.

- He collects socks.

- If you spare Toriel and don’t give Undyne water, Sans makes her work at his hotdog stand and she hates it.

- He’s super sarcastic with Papyrus and will do things like move a sock three inches or move it to his room and bring it back just to mess with him.

- He called papyrus “mom” for nagging him about something silly in the promotional video.

- He learned how to bake a pie from toriel.

- He also knows how to make quiches.

- He’s visually the same height as frisk. Alphys is a few pixels taller than him.

- He has 1hp and his attacks deal one damage, but he figured out ways to work around the handicap to cause anyone who crosses the line hell.

- He will literally only attack you if he 100% has no other choice. If you leave anyone but the secret boss untouched, He will just tell you you’re shitty and leave.

- He gave Flowey a bad time a couple of times, enough that Flowey will warn you about him if you keep playing the ending battle over and over.

- He drinks Ketchup because Grillby doesn’t serve any liquids.

- He thinks his brother is really cool.

- He also thinks of himself as lazy and doesn’t realize the feeling he described in that battle was a symptom of depression.

- He likes to creep people out as a joke and make false threats.

- Aside from being a hot dog vendor and a sentry in three stations, Sans is also a comedian at MTT resort.

- Papyrus seems to be aware that Sans can do time stuff. In fact, He says it’s common for him to prank people across time and space.

Also if you look at his stats in the codes, it's a lot and I mean a lot higher meaning that's not even his full power

So..this is a thing I’ve noticed.

Most people..talk about the ‘Forgettable’ part of this, when you check his stats. And yeah..that’s not true at all, but look.

Look at his stats.

Normally they’re 8 ATK and 2 DEF yet, right here they’re 5 and 5.

They’re balanced.

..He lowered his attack..

…Yet raised his defense as well.

..He’s..capable, of changing his stats..?

And if he did that…

Then does that mean, he was..prepared if he did take a hit.

So when he says.. ‘He didn’t expect that’ could that also refer to the fact that he didn’t think he’d get one shotted? That he’d survive?

It’s..interesting.

When a monster offers to be spared, a boss monster, their defense LOWERS yet his RAISED..

i understand why they never say outright what happened to alphys and in fact prefer it that way. but the fact that other characters still looked for her, and the specific use of the word “disappear” is just soooo. why does this keep happening to royal scientists
