#tbt to that time on Monday when I did #goatyoga with @hornbreaker at @paradigm_gardens. Note: I only sorta did the yoga part (duh— goats!) but @nolatribeyoga ran a really solid class in terms of total body workout. It was on the more intense end of the spectrum for all level yoga classes I’ve taken. I’m looking forward to trying another pop-up class, with or without goats. (at Paradigm Gardens)

I had so many meetings today I didn’t have time to do anything but meet and add things to my todo list.
