An appreciative hum once liquid amber has passed her tongue, she rests her glass upon the counter once more, re-adjusting her position so that suited legs cross. “And remember you said that. Don’t underestimate my ability to bear in mind a lucrative deal such as that.” Entirely out of habit, Alena rests her chin upon her hand, maintaining ( amused ) eye contact with the other. This is the first incident in months in which she had felt comfortable in someone’s presence, at least enough to divulge any banter or information. “There’s a hotel a few blocks down, I’m more than sure you know of the one. I had thought to stay there for this evening. In truth I hadn’t made a concrete plan for this visit.”

Agathe’s fingertip meets temple once, twice, a playful grin on her face as she asserts that she definitely won’t forget it, Alena, don’t you worry, and with that are honeyed locks thrown over her shoulder. The drink in question returns to her lips once more, a pale brow quirking at the mention of the hotel. Yes, she knows it, for reasons both professional and risque, but that is not to be divulged upon here. No, Agathe’s thoughts are directed towards the welfare of her friend -Acquaintance? Drinking partner? Not that she couldn’t take care of herself, mind. “I guess ya could consider yourself lucky, ‘cause I got a hell of a free offer coming your way.” The Dane knows not if her helping hand will be accepted or thrown straight back in her face, but it does not hinder her. The ambience of their evening along with the tiniest hint of a buzz has her feeling more optimistic than usual. “I’ve got a spare room back home. It’s yours if ya want to take it for a night or two.”
