these days i found myself having bad thoughts, not only about myself but also about my life and my future.
in those few days (maybe weeks) i had developed a bad self-esteem such as to think I was not enough, to suck, not to deserve what I have and to be failing every part of my life causing obviously the realization of this. i continued to vent with food because it made me feel good and allowed me to punish myself.
then spring came, the sky emptied out of the clouds, the sun started to warm more, the flowers bloomed and the little animals started to relive and boom, i felt better.
i started seeing the world in a sweeter and more hopeful way, i realized that my goals are easily achievable and are not impassable walls as i thought they were.
i started to love myself again, take care of myself, i took my big goals step by step approaching them in small steps.

my happy relationship with my phone
i only use the phone 3 hours a day.
instagram: i deleted it on my phone and i used it on my computer, i published photos from my camera.
tiktok: i did a new profile and i published videos like once a week, not allow notifications and use it less than 20 minutes.
tumblr: i use it to publish here or when i'm sad, i use it less than 15 minutes.
pinterest: i use it when in the morning or when i dry my hair, not more than 30 minutes.
youtube: I use it to motivate myself and to see documentaries. less than 40 minutes.

increase my values!!
in this text I wanna understand which are my values and all the things that are my firm poles.
i'm vegetarian: i live in the hope of safeguarding the planet, of thus breaking the capitalism that is making us slaves and to increase this desire of mine i intend to have a vegetable garden and thus be able to produce my own food. eating only vegetables means ensuring that there is a global saving of drinking water, energy and animal life.
2. my body is a temple: the most important possession that man has is his own body. this is what shows us to people and makes them understand how we feel, what we are and above all how much respect we have for ourselves. treating our body like a temple is the minimum to show people how much we respect ourselves and how little they should joke with us (we will exude confidence and unpleasant people will avoid approaching us).
3. prefer nature: buying things made of plastic or disposable makes your entire campaign to fight capitalism and protect the planet in vain. don't be a hypocrite and think twice before buying such things. your figure could be thus sabotaged.
4. don't change yourself or your routines/habits for anyone: all people with better wits are judged, never change for others. changing for others is also useless because all the people around you will now leave you and you will have received nothing from them except a distancing from your identity. relationships with people always last so short and no one deserves to make you change or abandon habits that make you feel clean, beautiful and good about yourself.
5. put on top yourself and what make you happy: everyone will judge you, you take action and just do it. concretely, no one gives a damn and the people who speak only do so because they feel bad about their lives (i speak because I do it too, rip). regardless of whether your life is falling apart or if you are busy, you have a duty to do those little things that make you happy, even if you have to say no to something or someone.
6. help who need my help: take time to volunteer at the dog shelter, at the soup kitchen, in prisons, abroad, take part in charity collections, donate food and clothes. we are all children of a society that does not protect us, if we do not protect ourselves together, it will not do so.
7. i deserve everything: everything you want or that happens to you is permissible and you deserve it. everything you desire and the path to achieve it, you deserve. you deserve to have a healthy body, to be beautiful, to be loved, to be intelligent, to get good grades in school, to have a great future. if you think otherwise you're just stupid because you have all the cards to do it but do it.
8. my freedom must harm the freedom of others: my goals must not be hindered by anyone, if someone is a drag, it's better to let go. i put the goals I want to achieve in my life first.
9. don't make the others mistake my kindness for stupidity: be kind, help others and be polite but use a certain language, keep certain distances, have the culture that allows you to be recognized as a smart and decent person, not a stupid one.
10. give people only a chance, if they disappoint you move on, you don't need fake people.

romanticize ur life. not wait, do it. organize ur pinterest. follow people that represent what i want to become. don't use ur phone. write ur goal and also what to do for arrive to it. plan ur future. don't talk about ur dreams and goals. set ur own limits. be the main character. don't rush things. think before u speak. do a list "to do/to don't". don't give up when u're tired but always when u finish. become the person that u will feel in love for. do what u want. rewards inconsistency with unavailability. don't talk about urself. journal. use cameras. have a good taste of music.
