#Our washing machine is broken but the dryer still works #Maintenance isn't coming out for a week #Thought I'd just handwash a load and toss it in the dryer #When I tell you I had to wring everything out individually 12 times before it was dry enough for the dryer to handle #AND ITS STILL BEEN IN THERE FOR THREE HOURS #THERE'S GOTTA BE A LAUNDRY GOD OUT THERE TO SAVE ME #I understand why the clothes wringer was invented

Is there a word for when you take everything you hate about yourself and you attrubute those beliefs to the people around you? Where you paint the people closest to you in the unflattering brush of your self loathing? Where you scream and rant and rage against them?

as someone who worked food service for half a decade, its so funny to see memes about being unable to cook when someone else is in the kitchen... y'all would not survive friday night dinner rush where six people in a 12' by 4' kitchen is considered understaffed

#Of course if any of y'all ever worked food service you'd be familiar with concepts like communication and teamwork and multitasking #Some of you have opted out of participating in society and it really shows in how you treat people #Some of y'all need to learn emotional regulation and discomfort tolerance and actively make an effort to grant people grace and mercy #This is not to say disliking people in your kitchen makes you cruel #But I've seen the entitlement in this sentiment where you expect someone who was in the kitchen before you to vacate mid-task #Waiting your turn is a skill kindergarteners have mastered
