How do u get a work done? For eg opening the fuckin textbook and completing the first para without getting distracting so then u don't have to go back again and read it and anyways at the end cry and be like fuck this shit I'm done.

What you can eventually do is whenever you read something, try to take little note at the end of it. You read two sentences? Scribble what was it about, so you can look at it later and be like ‘oh, i vaguely remember that!’ ? :0
