dash i’m curious: when it comes to beginning a reply, do you start with dialogue first then build around it or do dialogue last after building setting / plot / etc .. ?

#if this applies of course . (dialogue i mean) #for me it’s usually dialogue last but sometimes dialogue comes first if i have an easy answer in mind!

What makes them laugh?

when she is truly comfortable & truly feels safe, remilia is actually quite easy to make laugh! never at another's expense, however... unless the other party is unhurt & laughing also. :') little puns, jokes that are beyond silly, even the oddest riddles make her giggle. she can be very simplistic, too, in her amusement: like when she dips her feet into cold streams & the fish nip at her toes & heels, or when a butterfly lands upon her finger, or when one of her dragons, usually odahviing, takes her for a flight so she can soar through the skies. she is a girl who is very much in love with the world, despite it all (the Horrors), & it shows in every rare giggle, chuckle, or dimpled grin. <33

i rarely talk about some of remilia's more negative traits but i feel like it's always important to do so, so .... please know that while she is genuinely good, patient, & selfless she is also: quite naive / gullible (even in later verses / as she grows), a bit greedy (mainly with treasures or knowledge; it's that Dragon inside!), can be too quiet / timid to speak her mind even at crucial points, impulsive at times, paranoid (you would be to if you were a walking prophecy / sometimes stalked by assassins tbh...), & can go through periods of not wanting to be talked to / touched / or even seen by others </3 oversensitive & overemotional at times too .... there are days where she will tear up at the slightest inconvenience / raised voice / loud noise .

#yes she is my special girl but i know even she has negative traits to balance out her positive ones . still luv her
