two essential skills for artists

“good enough” and “fuck it”

“good enough” is when you are working on something and are happy with most of it but can live with a few imperfections, useful when needing to move on from sketch to inking/coloring or what have you.

“fuck it” is when you absolutely hate what you’re doing every step of the way but you post it anyways, very useful during art blocks.

both are useful to help you move on and not obsess over making it perfect, because art is anything but perfect, even photo realistic artists probably see imperfections that someone else might not catch 

these can also be applied to other things in life

makes me laugh when i see a synposis for bloodhounds and it inevitably describes woojin and gunwoo's relationship as "rivals turned friends" or whatever like youre making it seem like they had to fight hard over multiple episodes to overcome their animosity towards each other and become close. the reality is that the rival part literally lasted 5 minutes when they were up against each other in a boxing match. they were best friends for life before the end of the day of their first meeting

woojin was ready to do anything for gunwoo after 2 days but don’t forget gunwoo asking woojin to hang out less than 12h after they first separated because it was the only thing he could think of doing instead of working out. this puppy imprinted on his hyung so fast and hard it’s kinda insane but at the same time very in character.
