Jan 2020 - Went to El Vez for our mensiverary! Omnomnom and got back to sleeping over your house every weekend & seeing my wittle mans.

Feb 2020 - Went to Fogo for mensiversary/Valentines day. That’s where we got the buy one get one free on next visit. That’s also where you took that picture & kept saying wowww you look so handsome. We also had tres leche cake. We also hung out with Spencer & Ruby one weekend. Went to Queens and wanted to go to Dessert Kitchen but turns out they changed brand. And so we went across the street to a new spot. We also tried that bubble tea place you wanted to try out. Twas good. We also went ice skating at Bryant Park! But before that, you had a sponge cake and almost made you pass out on the train. I remember you had to sit down for like 30 minutes before feeling better. Eventually we got to ice skate for maybe an hour or so. Then we got Jamba and went to Kabayan. At the end of the month, we went to Paris! With just Ruby at first lol, and then Spencer joined once he was finished with exams.  I remember it was raining when we landed. We found our airbnb and relaxed for a little. Then we got crepes, you & Ruby got savory while I got my go to- strawberry, banana & nutella. YUM! Then we went to an ice cream spot- you made me take a picture w/ it because it looked like a vageeeena. Then we walked around a little bit, we found a park where we were trying to take pics in front of this fountain/statue but out of nowhere it started down pouring. Was so funny looking at the pictures. Then we went to a supermarket where we got snacks and ice cream and went back to airbnb. Later that night, we went to that cheese place. We had meats and a whole bunch of cheese. We each had our own melting pan, was so yummy. We got lucky because we didn’t reserve but we told them we can be done in an hour. After we were done eating, we went home & got ready for bed. Day 2 in Paris- I woke up around 11 something to messages from the airbnb host asking if we left. I was so confused and then realized I had only booked the airbnb for the one night because we were switching to the other one we had booked. So we were all rushing, and your stank a** didn’t shower the night before. None of us brushed our teeth, so we quickly got ready & left. We saw a woman and a man downstairs, but they were separate. So we put the lock back in and then come to find out, the woman was the cleaning lady. She seemed mad lol. We found a locker storage place & put our luggage in there. Then went to this breakfast spot that had a picture of a woman with big tatas and made you so happy & giddy. Then we went to St Chappelle where we walked around. Then went to Laduree and got yummy macaroons. Walked over to Musee de Orsee. Stayed there for a bit then left and ate macaroons outside. I remember walking out to some guy roasting chestnuts. And then there was a pigeon that people were taking pics of. We finished macaroons, went back home and stopped by a bakery where you guys got croissants and I got chocolate eclair. Then we got our luggage and uber’d to the new airbnb. I remember mine & Ruby’s luggage smelled so bad! Probably because it was went from the rain and then we put it in storage. Anyway, we met up with the airbnb guy & he walked us upstairs. I remember he offered to bring the luggage up for us and I was like no its ok. Meanwhile me and Ruby were dying lol. And there were those damn rods that were so loose & almost slipped on them. We finally get into airbnb- it was really nice except they had no handsoap so we had to buy. It was nice that the toilet was separate from the actual bathroom. We found a place to eat nearby - that’s where we tried snails. Then on our way back, we stopped by the grocery store, we got soap, Ruby got her pistachio ice cream & you got your bag of madeline cookies. We go back to airbnb and go to bed. Actually, that first night I remember staying up till really late and poor Ruby was standing by the couch the whole time lol. 3rd day - we went to the bakery to get a loaf of bread and some croissants. Came back to airbnb and made toast. We also bought some juice that was really good. Then waited for Spencer to come. Once he got in, we uber’d to Eiffel Tower. It was sooooo cold that day. I remember you kept asking me what I was going to wear and I had nothing nice lol. We had to wait in line for a little, then we eventually got to go up. We took our pictures & it quickly became dark. As we were leaving, the tower lit up so we took pictures. Then you made us walk to some grass area in front of the tower to take pictures. Little did I know, you were going to propose! I was so shook LOL. I just remember you positioning me for the pic and then you went to Ruby and Spencer to tell them how to take the pic. We get done and then I start walking away and you go “hey baybuh” and you drop down to one knee and say will you marry me? You were smiling and I think I was so shocked I didn’t say anything. I think I said what? Or really? Lol and you asked again and I was like omg yeah. And I teared up a little bit lol. You got me good man! I knew the moment was coming this year but didn’t think it was this trip. Then we go to some restaurant that had that beef stew. We ordered scallops I think, french onion soup & 4 of those beef stews lol. Then we go back home. We all shower and then hubba hubba lol. Next day, we go to Arc de Triumph & Catacombs. Arc de Triumph we had to walk up a bajillion stairs, I was tiyud! I was also wearing boots which didn’t help at all. Catacombs was cool, freaky but cool. Prior to Catacombs, we had Mcdonalds. I had same old but I think you guys tried something different. After Catacombs, we went to the Lourve. Where both you & Spencer took shieeeets lol. Walked around a little, then went to a restaurant. The original one we went to, there was like an hour wait so we went to some place across the street. After dinner, we went back home. I went to shower first, then Spencer/ Ruby but they used up all the hot water. So you slept outside. Last day in Paris, we found a locker spot to store our luggage since our flight wasn’t until later that day. We walked around, ate at some pho place near our first airbnb. Went to airport, got more macaroons. Then flew back to NYC.

Mar 2020 - Jensen’s first bday! Then we met up w/ Spencer & Ruby. Went to Kulu and that’s when we last saw them lol. We went to Fogo this month to celebrate mensiversary which was really risky when I look back at it now because of Rona. But we washed our hands a lot. Little did I know, that second weekend would be the last weekend I see my wittle mans :( Then we went into quarantine/ lockdown. And you have been happy and playing WOW every second of everyday while getting paid. SMH lucky bastid.

Apr 2020 - we celebrated our mensiversary eating bowl noodles and on Facetime lol. You went into work this one time and was very sad.

May 2020 - our EIGHT year anniversary! First anniversary as an engaged couple. Did we even celebrate? LOL I remember we were supposed to facetime and eat noodles but I don’t think we ever did. HMPH.

2018 / 2019 Recap

WOWOWOW!!! I honestly did not realize how long it’s been since I’ve posted on here! But I guess better late than never right? Here we go..

Jan 2018 - we went to the Boil (only remember this because I’m looking back at pics lol!)

Feb 2018 - we celebrated Valentine’s Day with Jherick and ate at the Thai place in Chinatown. We also tried Phil & Anne’s. Food was ok but overpriced!

Mar 2018 - filed form to get my passport. Wahoo! Went to El Vez for mensiversary.

Apr 2018 - we started playing a lot of basketball. This one Saturday, Spencer met up with us after his class and we played. Then went to Roli where Jherick had a tick on him lol yikes

May 2018 - our 6th year anniversary! We went to Unos. Food was ok, I remember one dish I think the pizza took FOREVER so they ended up giving us free dessert. We also went to Florida with Spencer/ Ruby. I think this was our first trip that involved a flight with them. We went to I think both Island of Adventure & Universal right? And we also went to SeaWorld. Poor Spencer threw up here after eating uncooked eggs made my his lady LOL. I miss the metro café place near the entrance of Universal, by Hulk. The Chicken Alfredo there is yummy! The Airbnb we had here was nice, it was super nice that we had 2 bathrooms lol. And a pool that we got to use on our last night. Luckily we had it all to ourselves. We also got to make your famous spaghetti. **I want Spaghetti in Jherick's voice** The morning of our flight back to NYC, we made Spam musubi right? And we had so much extra so we packed it in an empty Pringles can haha but we ended up throwing it away.

Jun 2018 - your birthday!! You turned 25! Quarter of a century, young baby. I took you to Peter Luger to celebrate! We also got to see Paramore w/ Jherick, courtesy of Live Nation free tickets.

Jul 2018 - played lots of basketball on the weekends. Went to Noreetuh for our mensiversary.

Aug 2018 - had Fogo w/ John & O'neal! We also ate at the Boil for our mensiversary.  We also went Tree Top Adventure! That was really fun, but too bad you had to tap out early lol! You wanted to be a big boy and try to climb up the rope but nope. We also went mini golfing & paddle boating or something like that.

Sep 2018 - my birthday! I turned the big 26. Wahhh. Went to El Vez w/ Ruby & Spencer. Got the green tea crepe cake, yummy!

Oct 2018 - saw Bruno Mars in concert! One of the best that I've thoroughly enjoyed.

Nov 2018 - Ruby's birthday! We went to Pennsylvania for Hershey Park. It was a fun trip. I remember the night before we were all on Discord & we told Ruby to pack her bags. But never said for how many days.. oops! But most importantly, this month we went to Japan!! Our first INTERNATIONAL, might I add.. LONG AS HELL! trip. I remember it was like a midnight flight, we ate around 2AM and best of all, they gave us Hagan Daaz ice cream! I didn't sleep too much on the plane but I did fall asleep here & there. It took maybe 14 hours until we landed in Beijing for a layover. I remember getting 2 sandwiches & water to hold us through. Then we finally landed in Tokyo!! We met up w/ Rui? I forgot the Airbnb guys name. I just remember taking a pic & sending it to him so he knew what we looked like since he was picking us up from the train station. I remember when we landed & went thru Customs, I took a whole bunch of free paper and magazines by the exit lol. And then seeing the lines of people patiently waiting for the train. Anyway, Rui spedwalk like crazy to the Airbnb. Luckily it was near the train station, it was so nice. Little studio and had the best bathroom EVER. Your favorite, the bidet. I remember nearly breaking the washing machine lol. It took hours to wash & dry man. I remember the first night, we showered & then headed out to explore. Walked around a little bit and I think we had that cold ramen the first night? I remember being sooooo exhausted, you have a video of me walking in the Airbnb like a lifeless zombie lol. The first day we visited the doggie statue. I'm not going to go day by day because it's all a blur. We went to Harajuku and got the big cotton candy cone. We had that cute ice cream. The crepe from the alleyway. We went into Daiso where I got my chapstick that I love so much. We visited a lot of anime/ figure stores. We visited the arcade. A lot of the gatchiflan toy thingies. We had more ramen (by our Airbnb). We had sushi on the last night I think. We tried that rotating sushi bar place but it was like a 1.5-2 hour wait so we said oh hell nah and ended up eating near our Airbnb. We had a lot of breakfast buns and onigiris from 7-11. And Family Mart. And Don Quiote where we got a lot of snacks & my favorite peach tea drink. We also tried Lotteria which was no Bueno. Taco Bell & Wendys were cool though. Did we try McDonalds? We spent our Thanskgiving at Ginza! a5 Wagyu, yummy yummy in my tummy. Everything was so good there. I remember we also went to the worlds biggest Uniqlo! You got your coat there & I got my pink fuzzy sweater & I think we got house slippers too our first night. That area we were walking around reminded me of 5th ave in the city, lots of shopping stores. We also had that fried beef thingy down in that basement restaurant. That was really good too. We also went to the shrines where we had to wash our hands & I remember we got to the burning ashes area and you told me to inhale it but really we were just suppose to swoop the smoke into our hair for good luck lol. This was also where there were a whole bunch of markets and we found our Kenji key chains. And where you spent $10 for gold foil ice cream. Our wifi at the Airbnb also went out like that second or third night. So the hosts told us to use the portable wifi. I think we probably used up so much they had to close their Airbnb :( lol Aside from me being cranky & tired, this was all in all a really good trip! I know it was your favorite.. even over the Paris one *eyeroll*

Dec 2018 - this is where you helped me setup my cpu area. We went to Ikea and bought my table & chair. Wahoo!

Jan 2019 - don't really remember much from this month.

Feb 2019 - we went Axe throwing!

Mar 2019 - I finally got 2 of my wisdom tooth removed. I think this was the month we went snowtubing w/ Helen & Carlo? This was also the month Jensen was born! Love that little mans.

Apr 2019 - I surprised you at Yayas w/ your airpods.

May 2019 - our SEVEN year anniversary! Celebrated at no other place than Fogo. We also saw Spencer graduate from Med school and again went to Fogo to celebrate lol. We went hiking this month too. That was fun. We also went to Governors Island where you chauffeured me around on a bike hehe. And then we ate at that diner place on Montague St. I really liked the food there. And then we ate at Blossom, our first time. It was soooo good.

Jun 2019 - our second international trip! To Spain. We went to Madrid which was fine, then Seville which was the best because of that tapas place & then Barcelona which was the worst because you got mugged :( It's otay Jeffrey it's otay. I know you're still traumatized.  The most memorable thing I will take from this trip is how Spencer projectile vomited for like an hour.. it was on your birthday! We ate at that steak place & when we got home he was in the bathroom and we just heard him puking his guts out. Then when we finally think it subsided, I decided to brush my teeth while Ruby showered and then I turn around and get started by Spencer and he goes, "Can I throw up now?" And then I manned up and wrapped my hand and arm in like 4 trash bags to unclog the sink. YUCK! And then the last day there, we ate at that yummy brunch spot we ate at 2 times. And Spencer blew up the bathroom. He had the SHIETTTTTS.

Jul 2019 - don't really remember much here. But you started your diet this month right?

Aug 2019 - we went to California! San Francisco & LA. Had fun on this trip, weather was nice. Food was good. Got to visit Vy and the doggies. Went hiking with the bears and snakes haha. Spencer & Ruby took me to the zoo while you visited your friend.

Sep 2019 - my 27th birthday! We went to the Boil. And I remember you made me watch the video you made there & there was a little part of me that thought at the end of the video, you were going to propose to me LOL

Oct 2019 - we went to Boston. Worst goddamn trip ever. Stuck on the never ending ride back home. We went to 6 flags here right? This month was also hard because I lost my papa.

Nov 2019 - celebrated Jherick's 21st birthday at Fogo! We went to the boil for mensiversary. For Thanksgiving, you came over Diana's and pigged out lol.

Dec 2019 - another cheat month for you. Went to Diana's for Christmas.

6 Years

Happy 6 years to us! I can’t believe it’s been this long already.. time sure flies. I still remember when I was sporting my long hair with bangs look when we first started going out. HA! I’m thankful for each and every moment we shared together. Whether it was good or bad, we stuck it out and got through it together. You are my rock, my therapist, my support system. I know I can always count on you and for that, I am forever grateful. MAHAL KITA!

2017 Recap

Better late than never right? LOL.

Jan 2017- San Antonio! Our first group trip (aside from a couples trip) Went to South Pax with John, Liza and Harrity. Our first AirBnb experience, I'm glad we got the place we did. Looked a lot nicer than the other options Liza first showed us. We landed around 11PM, much later than expected. Went to Yard House? And got some food. And I think we called it a night afterwards. Next morning, we got Dennys and then headed to Pax. Spent majority of the day there, then went to Dave & Busters? For John's birthday. We saw Ralph at Pax too! Next day, we had Chipotle for lunch and headed to the convention center for day #2. This will forever change our day all thanks to John and his craving for Brazilian steakhouse. FOGO DE CHAO! I remember stuffing myself and falling in love with the cheese bread. They were amazing! Next day was our last.. ordered some food and everyone but ours came. Lol was so mad, but we headed to airport and got some pretty good food there. Chicken tenders and fries I think. And then began our immensely long flight back home. Delayed for hours and landed in NYC around 3:30AM. Craziness, then we stayed at a nearby hotel for a few hours and woke up to eat breakfast buffet. Not bad for a hotel like that haha.

Feb 2017- can't remember much happening here. What did we do for Valentines day?

Mar 2017- leaving for WrestleMania weekend! I think we left on the last Friday of the month. Headed to Orlando and stayed at the hotel connected to Florida Mall. Our first day there we went to Islands of Adventure. Next day was WrestleMania day. Twas a good day, even though our ride to and from was forever long. We had Dennys at like 3 in the morning and got back to the hotel around 4AM. Packed and went to sleep. I think this was the morning where I woke up to a text from JetBlue saying our flight was delayed to 2-3PM. So we slept in hehe.

Apr 2017- the start of a hellish work month for me. Had multiple breakdowns and was near my breaking point.

May 2017- see Apr2017. What did we do for our 5 year anniversary? I think we had Fogo?

Jun 2017- your 24th birthday! Went to Carmines with SSAM crew + Claire lol. And I think we went to 6 flags with your brudders?

Jul 2017- had a nice weekend getaway with Spencer, David and Ruby to Virginia. First time going to church with Spencer lol. And nearly passing out on some of the rides at Kings Dominion. Had a nice hotel that had amazing breakfast. Salivating thinking about it. Spent I think 3 days there? Had lots of fun, glad we got to go with everyone.

Aug 2017- when papa Joe abandoned us at work lol. Was a rough last week to this month.

Sept 2017- my 25th birthday! Went to Orlando- I think we went to Universal/Islands + Disney (all 4 parks right?) Was a good time. Had Spencers! The largest steak I could imagine. But was amazing nonetheless. Found out our waiter left to another hotel. Crazy because the year before, we saw him there. Even though we didn't eat in.

Oct 2017- can't remember much here. Was this when you went to Blizzcon? And I came over to your house and picked up all the poopoo? LORD that was something I hope I don't ever do again lol. Least I got to sleep with my Kenji. I remember I was a little scared sleeping alone in the house so I locked your bedroom door when I slept haha. 

Nov 2017- first trip with Jherick. Went to Orlando, rented an Airbnb. Bought enough food that would probably last a normal family a week (which we ate in 3 days lol) Had steak the first night, then spaghetti and hot dogs for the last two nights. Bed felt like a cloud. Had lots of fun. When to both Universal & Islands. Made Jherick make the same poses as he did when he was a kid. Day #2 we went to the outlets and that's where you made your briefs purchase lol. Jherick bought boots and I got two hoodies. Then we went to Universal late in the day. We discovered Tropical Smoothie also.

Dec 2017- made it to year end despite everything that happened at work. Felt proud and relief all in one. Too bad I'm still stuck at that hell hole of a place in Feb 2018. BOOHOO.

July 2017 Recap

Sooo.. July 4th weekend was a separate post below. This month we celebrated our 62nd mensiversary at.. I honestly forgot lol. Where did we go? We hung out with Spencer, David and Ruby a lot. We also saw Helen/Jessssssica, haven’t seen them for a bit. We went to hot pot. I remember hearing Helen say Jessica with the hissss sound. Was so funny her own sister called her that lol. Another Saturday, we went to Kabayan Grill out in Long Island. Ordered 100 lumpias for $40 and some other food when we got there. Was so worth it lol. I remember we were originally going to put them in baggies and bring them into the theater. Spencer had a smart idea to staple the bags to the inside of his shirt lmao. But thankfully the ladies there were nice and they let us eat there. Afterwards we went to the mall for a bit. Bought a hoodie because it was gonna be cold and went to Brookstone and tried an amazing massage chair. When we got to the theater, Baby Driver was all sold out. Womp womp, so we went to Fresh Meadows? And saw Dunkirk instead. I was tired and didn’t have too much interest so I slept for most of the time. It was nice to have the reclining chairs so it was a bit more comfy. That was actually my first time going to a reclining theater. The following Saturday (yesterday) we went to go see Baby Driver. Now that was a good movie! Really enjoyed it. Met up with David and Ruby afterwards. Original plan was to go to SSAM but Spencer wanted to get Russian food. You got the fried porkchop and did not like it. Lol Jherick got dumplings and I got beef kabobs which was pretty good. After that, we went to Dunkin to get coffee and ice cream, then to Rite Aid and to David’s house. Spencer wanted to play Mah Jong but it proved to be way too difficult so we ended up playing Cards Against Humanity instead. Jherick clearly beat all of us MULTIPLE times lol. Was a good July. Now on to August! Deya’s wedding, me HOPEFULLY leaving for good, Six Flags with Willie and Fogo De Chao! WAHOO.

July 4, 2017 Weekend

It was off to a bad start (for me) since Bernard called me to do something that seemed quick and simple but ended up me staying by my laptop until nearly 11PM at night with no dinner yet. Finally we got some food at the diner, walked a few blocks toward Atlantic Avenue and turned back. Saturday- we had Chipotle for lunch. It started raining so we went to Trader Joes and got a bag of cheese sticks. Walked to Harmon store to get some stuff for our Virginia trip and came home. Finished packing my bag and showered (and shaved a whole lot haha). We were getting ready to leave and found out the light in the kitchen wasn’t working so we switched out the bulbs from upstairs, only to find out it wasn’t the bulb. I remember we were so scared of the glass shattering when we were switching it out. Beads of sweat was running down your head lol. Bing eventually came home and fixed it and we went on ahead. Uber’d to your house. I remember probably sleeping around midnight.. and waking up to Kenji licking my face. So we let him downstairs to peepee. Woke up around 4am and didn’t leave until 5. Got to David’s place and they were getting everything ready. Had a red SUV (on the smaller side). Then the road trip began! We made a pit stop at the stop we went when we went to Six Flags. Got some breakfast and got back on the road. Eventually made it to Washington just in time for 10AM Church for Spencer. Lol I remember having to pee so badly and was contemplating whether I should stay in the hallway until you guys left. But Ruby was there too so we walked out and sat. I remember during one part where we were all silent and had to think about I forget what, Spencer had his eyes closed and I look over and David tickled his nose lol. 15 minutes pass and we all eventually leave. You guys go to Mcds to peepee and we are finally on our way to Virginia. We get there probably around 12:40 or so, to Kings Dominion. We get changed to our swim wear and go to the water park. I remember there was one with the big raft but it could only fit 4, so you and this rather fluffy kid went on one. And me, Ruby, David and Spencer went on another. It was so fun but scary at the same time. Ruby would always be the one up top lol. After the water rides, we changed to regular clothes and went on the roller coasters. Intimidator was probably my favorite, it was INSANE! I sat next to Ruby and I remember I had tears coming down and I was drooling lol. We also went on Anaconda and 305. Twas a good time. We didn’t ride many roller coasters since we were all tired. Think we left around 6 something and got to the hotel around 7ish. Dropped our stuff, Spencer and David showered and then we headed to Bon Chon and ordered way too much food. While we waited, we went to Big Lots and got water/snacks. Spencer got his loofa lol. Got back to the hotel and grubbed like crazy. Clearly we should have ordered less bibimbaps because nobody finished theirs except Spencer surprisingly. You guys were playing on the Switch and I remember showering and then falling asleep and waking up to you near my elbow lol. Next day we got to eat some delicious free breakfast before heading to Busch Gardens. First ride we went on was a water ride. Got soaked but not too bad. Got more wet waiting near the ride than actually on it. The most memorable one was probably the Verbolten, it was dark, fast and that drop yo! Totally unexpected, again I was sitting next to Ruby and drooled lol. Second memorable was Griffin where we were sitting in a row of like 12 and had you over the ledge for two seconds before going down. I’m glad I got to experience that because I was a little poos poos and stayed out when you guys went the first time. We go back to the hotel for a quick jacuzzi break, snack break (we probably looked like homeless kids that didn’t eat all day) and head out to get Spencer pizza, Popeyes for me and water for everyone. Go back to the hotel and grub. I think I was the first to shower and I stayed in bed for a little bit updating my budget before falling asleep. I remember waking up to my alarm and not seeing you in bed. I heard someone in the shower so I thought that was you only to see you passed out on the sofa bed lol. Hope you enjoyed your little scandalous night with Spencer. Grabbed some breakfast before checking out. Made our way to Philly for the Mutter museum. I’m glad we went because Spencer seemed so interested and happy lol. Grabbed some cheesesteak afterwards and finally came home. Went to promenade to see the fireworks, only to find out they changed the locations and we wouldn’t be able to see. WAHHH the one year we go right? Nevertheless, this weekend was a great one and I’m so happy we didn’t get stranded! Haha love you lots.

Happy 24th Birthday!

Happy Happy of Happiest Birthdays to my #1! I love you so much and although this birthday wasn’t as eventful as last years, I’m glad we got to celebrate it together. Glad we were able to get together with the Ssam family and meet Claire on Friday for Carmines. Sad I didn’t get to capture the waiters and basically the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday to you hehe. Saturday was Filipino pood with Spencer. YUM! Then went to Flushing, had some more snacks and went to H Mart. Spencer drove us back to your home and then we took train to Target at Atlantic. Got lots and lots of yummy Hot Pockets for when we get the munchies in the middle of the night and can’t order anything lol. Then Sunday we went to Yaya to get some delicious drinks and a spam onigiri. Then ice cream from Luigis when we got back to my place. I hope you enjoyed this birthday weekend. I’m sorry I didn’t really have much of a plan for us, kind of went with the flow of things. And it’s more difficult to plan something, especially an overnight type of thing since Spencer’s schedule is much more hectic. Hopefully next year, we get to go away for your birthday. Memorial Day Weekend

DAY OFF AT LAST! We both left work early on Friday, I picked you up and had Shake Shack and Snowdays (yummy) for lunch. Then we went to Target and the dog store. There were this one particular teacup yorkie that was too cute. Wish I could take him home. We then hopped on train and went to Avenue U for Viet with Spencer, Helen and Jessica. We were there for nearly 2 hours, then we went home. Packed our stuff, went to Target again and uber’d to your place where I got to see my Kenji! Who I haven’t seen in almost two months. Don’t remember much other than knocking out shortly after you finished giving you and Kenji a shower lol. Next morning we ordered some Chinee food, played some games and knocked out again. I went back to my place to do loads and loads of laundry. And you came later that night. On Sunday, we had a delicious sammich me mama made for us. And for dinner we had SSAM! For the first time in like.. a year or two? Food was good but was pricey so you probably won’t find me back there too often lol. Then we walked to Target, got some snacks and went to Rite Aid for some of that Hagan Daaz ice cream. Yummy yummy. Got home, showered, ate some hot pockets and watched Enemy of the State. Glad you liked that movie. I remember falling asleep and waking up to you staring at me, telling me you finished the movie and if I wanted to hubba hubba lol. Sowwie we no get to baybuh. Was so tiyud. Memorial day - it was a rainy and gloomy day. Spent it inside, played some Mario Cart and I did some work. Talked for a bit and shipped your big ol butt back home. Thank you again for this weekend. And for spending Thursday night with me :) It was a rough Thursday for me and I’m truly thankful you were willing to come over and spend the night with me. I love you so much and I truly do not know what I did to deserve someone like you, who is so willing and so giving. So caring and loving and always there for me. Don’t know where I’d be in life if it wasn’t for you. Thank you for giving me purpose. Mahal na mahal kita pogi.

HAPPY FIVE YEARS TO US! It has been one of the most amazing, most memorable experiences. Safe to say we’ve been through lots of highs, some lows but nevertheless we were able to get through it all, together. Thank you for caring and loving me unconditionally. For reminding me that there’s so much more to life. For giving me so many reasons to be thankful for. For being my support system in college and work. Without you, I can honestly say my life would be miserable. You’ve shown me so much good, you’ve been able to bring laughter to me when I’m down. I love you more than any actions, any words can ever explain.  You mean so much to me Jeff and I cannot imagine a life without you. Long overdue.. lets see.

Jan 2017 - San Antonio trip! This was fun.. especially the board game part cause we got to sit haha. We left Thursday afterwork.. had some food at the airport and was delayed on the runway for probably a good hour or so. Finally got to the airbnb then went to get food. Think we played some games when we got back? Then went to sleep. Had Dennys the next morning, then went to Pax. Following day we had Chipotle and then went to Pax. For dinner, we went to Dave & Busters for the first time! It was fun, lots of games.. big arcade. Ralph was there too. Poor guy, uber surge pricing was crazy at one point lol. Next day we had Chipotle for lunch, then went to Pax. And then our lives will once again change forever. FOGO DE CHAO! Did I spell that right? Haha.. all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. I will be forever thankful John was in the mood for this or else we would have never been blessed by this amazing place. Next morning, we stayed in till we had to go to airport. Awful experience with Seamless over there but least I got my money back. Flight was fine, we landed in Atlanta when we were supposed to. Only to be stuck on the runway yet again for like 3 HOURS! :( Bright side was we were in the front so lots of leg room but still. It was a crazy experience, running to the gate, finding out it changed and running back only to find out it won’t be departing for almost another hour. We landed around what.. 3 something? Got a cheap hotel nearby to stay at.. and we got breakfast. The end!

Feb 2017 - I can’t really remember much this month. Though we did begin doing the mensiversary dinners. Trying really hard to remember at 1 in the morning.. sorry brain is failing.

Mar 2017 - FLORIDA! WAHOOO. Lord knows I was looking forward to this trip SO MUCH. We left last day or the month. Ride was smooth, had delicious pasta from airport. Landed close to midnight and settled in for the night.

Apr 2017 - 4/1: Universal!! And Islands of Adventure. We went to Universal first since we’ve only been there once. Tried majority of the rides. Nearly died on the Rip Ride Rocket. SCARY! Kept thinking it was over and asking you if it was, only for you to laugh at me :( Before going to Islands, we went to Hard Rock Cafe and ordered way too much food. But appetizers were sooooooo good. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. After lunch, we went to Islands. Walked around and eventually went on rides. Discovered a water ride we never been on before which was so fun. But was more fun to squirt people from up top lol. Stayed here till almost close.. then went to Target to buy snacks and water. Next day is WRESTLEMANIA! It was crazy trying to drive to the stadium. And trying to find our seats lol. But when we finally settled in, the view was really good. Thankful that we didn’t have the first row in our section so we didn’t have to deal with everyone passing by. I think highlight of this was Hardy Boys returning and Undertaker retiring. Wish the Rock would have came out though.. he was probably at Universal :( AFter it ended, it took us like an hour + to finally get an uber. Went to Dennys only to wait some more to eat. I was at the point where i was getting delirious and just wanted to sleep lol. Luckily I woke up to a text saying our flight was delayed till 1 or so. So we got to sleep in some more. MAde it to the airport and eventually back to NY. I had lots of fun on this trip, though I wish we had some pool time. But that’s only, it didn’t look as nice as the others we been to. 2016 Recap

Hi big butt,

2016 was quite the year for us. Lots of ups and some downs. Lets do a quick recap of each month.. to the best of my memory lol brace yourself.

January 2016 - big snow storm, honestly one of the biggest that I can remember. The plan was to sleep over your place Friday night and come back to my place Saturday but that didn’t happen. I remember we were at SSAM and I went home to change. Even as I was walking home it was snowing quite a bit. We uber’d and had a hubba hubba driver. I want to say we got snacks from the corner store? Anyway, next morning was fun. We shoveled and played in the snow. We went to Walbaums to get pasta ingredients and was thinking about ubering to my place but ended up staying at your place. Think we played games for majority of the day and then you cooked delicious spam, egg and cheese on bread. I remember waking up probably around 6AM and telling you I had to throw up.. and I did. I remember you got me a ginger ale from your fridge (back when your fridge was stocked with goods). Sunday afternoon we went to that sushi spot by Kings Highway, then we took the bus to the F I believe. Got home and did laundry. I think within a week later I bought some tests and found out. Was a really sad and difficult time but we managed.

February 2016 - this was the month we tried the fancy dinner every Friday. It only lasted like what 3 times? LOL it was just getting really expensive. This was the month we went to doctor and got through it. I remember the night of, I facetimed you. Was soo painful but thankfully I had heating pads. And we left facetime on. You came over with breakfast early in the morning. Can’t remember anything else..

March 2016 - can’t remember anything significant happening this month. We probably spent a lot of Saturdays with Kim and Spencer for dinner.

April 2016 - same as March.

May 2016 - our FOUR year anniversary! I remember it was a Wednesday.. and we went to ichiumi after work. I love love loved the card and wood picture. It was the best! Glad you can take a hint lol. Originally I saw Wah do it for Weylie and I showed it to you with a nudge nudge like hey make this for me yo. I believe I started planning your birthday getaway this month. Coordinating with Spencer mostly. 

June 2016 - your 23rd birthday! What an adventure is all I can say. I remember it was a Friday and we both took off. I was running errands and getting cake before heading to David’s. You weren’t supposed to know they were all coming but I’m sure you had a hunch. It was me, Ruby, David and Spencer and I tried surprising you but that was a fail lol. We were stuck in the WORST traffic heading to Kim’s house. And then even more traffic going to AC. What a freaking nightmare and to top it off we did get lost lol. But I can’t blame Spencer since he wasn’t familiar with the roads. We met up around 3? And didn’t get to AC till 9. By that time I think everyone was pooped. But luckily we got to Carmines and had delicious dinner. Too bad it wasn’t on your actual birthday so we can get that free desert lol. We played some slots, you won the most.. only to lose it when that damn Lyft driver heckled us. Anyway, we get back to the room and play some games. Eat some cake.. and play hide and seek LOL! Eventually go to sleep.. get you some birthday hubba hubba. I think we all had like no more than an hour or two of sleep. We went down to eat free breakfast which surprisingly was quite good. And then went to the pool which was really fun since we had it to ourselves. Then we had to check out and we went to the boardwalk. Walked around, played some arcade games and started our longggg journey back home. When we got on the Union turnpike? David noticed there was white air coming from the back and pulled over, when he opened the door near us it came into the car and my heart was panicking, thinking it was smoke. We all get out and had triple A come, then told him to leave cause David’s dad didn’t want it. Eventually we got back into car, drove ever so slowly to the closest area and waited for his dad to come get us with the other car. Probably spent an hour just sitting in the back of the car, eating snacks. His dad got there pretty quick I must say. Eventually we get back to NY, drops Kim and then Spencer off. Then we go to Roll n Roaster and finally uber back home. What a freaking adventure that was, but despite it all it was really fun. The weekend after, we went to 6 Flags with your brothers to celebrate.

July 2016 - Dorney Park! It was my first time.. can’t recall if it was yours as well but it was sooo much fun. Later this month, we found out again that it happened. *cries* 

August 2016 - Las Vegas! This was the longest flight I been on and man it was a little rough to be honest. We left work around 4:30? Was in some crazy traffic but we made it. Had time to eat before getting on flight. Emerald and Jim picked us up and drove us to her place. Spent the next few days eating and chilling. Met up with your childhood friend Ralph. It must be the 3 hour behind but I was always so tired throughout this trip lol. I can’t hang man. 

September 2016 - my birthday! We spent it at Florida with Liza and Harrity and it was really fun despite the fact that we never really hung out with them before. We went to Wet n Wild on Saturday and then Island of Adventure on Sunday. Got to eat your beloved Spencers lol mm mmm good! Played board games till late at night. Was sad to go back. 

October 2016 - can’t remember much happening here except the usual. Spending weekends together.

November 2016 - Thanksgiving weekend.. I think we went to Kabayan that Wednesday we got out of work early. I remember going home and it still being somewhat light out. It was something new for me lol. And when we were trying to figure out what to do sitting in my room, I remember thinking how sad it is that we don’t know what to do with ourselves when we actually have some free time lol. 

December 2016 - spent like two Saturday nights at Helen’s house. We did White Elephant which was really fun.. though my present wasn’t what I was hoping for.. thanks to Jherick -__- I had my two weeks break which was sooo much needed lol. Was the worst going back to work in January.. lawd have mercy. For New Years Eve we had pad thai in Chinatown, then went to Times Square and tried to get as close as possible to the ball only to find out we needed tickets to go in.. crazy! But least we got to count down and have a better New Years kiss lol. Then we walked to Central Park.. the city was super busy despite it being midnight. Then we took the R train to Jay St and took the F back home.

Welp.. that wraps up 2016. I’m sure I missed several key moments but I just want you to know how much I loved 2016 despite all the hard times we had. It made us stronger and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through what I did with anyone else but you. You are my rock and my support system through it all. I love you!

Hi baybuh. Sorry this post is late. It's been 11 years since mama Lucero passed. Wish I could have gotten a chance to meet her. Meet her and thank her for having you. And say I'm glad you're not a girl as that's what your parents were hoping for hehe. Thank you for raising a gentleman. Thank you for treating me the best, always. For looking out for me.. and acting like a papa and telling me I can't play Pokémon Go by myself lol. But in all seriousness, you treat me so well even when I don't deserve it. You are my rock and my back bone, my support system. I don't know what I'd do without you. I will be forever grateful to your parents for raising such an amazing person. I hope that we can make your mama proud with what our future holds and how far we will go in life. Rest in peace mama Lucero.

October & November 2016

Hi there my big bubble butt :)

These past two months have been quite eventful. We got to go to Fright Fest for the first time! It was so very cold that day.. but so worth it. It rained for a little bit but nothing too bad. I think having gone through Florida rainfalls, nothing compares lol. Loved going on Nitro hehe, I'm addicted! The mazes were cool too. And the arcade, you won me a plusheen hehe tenkyu baybuh. I believe the week after, we went to Kabayan with Liza and Harrity. Original plan was to go to Cheesecake factory but the wait was crazy long and it was already kinda late. Then we went to Harrity's place and played Pictionary and Heads Up. The week after that, we went to Cheesecake factory. Food was good, but worth the two hour wait? Eh lol. It was good to try for a first time but the wait is just toooo long. The week after that we stayed at Kim's place. It was quite unproductive but expected given what happened. Still feel really bad for her especially with all that she's going through now too. Week after that we went to Holiday in the Park! Funny how this day was warmer than when we went to Six Flags in October for Fright Fest lol. But it di get colder at night. The park was lit everywhere, was so nice. We rode Nitro so many times. And it was my first time sitting in the front row. It was quite scary I'll admit. And it was your first time sitting on the left side so you felt it with all the turns. It sucked that El Toro and Kingda Ka were closed given the month but it wasn't even windy at all and it was warm too! Oh well, now we know for next time. We rode Batman, Skull Mountain.. was that it? I feel like we may have rode one more but it's not coming to me. This was a really fun day. It became a thing to say Gavin when we go down Degraw street lol. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving day we both got out of work early. It was sad but funny when we really didn't know what to do with ourselves since it was so early in the day, for me at least. But we ended up getting Kabayan.. I basically had two plates of lumpia, nomnomnom. Thanksgiving day we mostly spent in bed and then left later in day. Black Friday we got to eat Viet with Spencer and them. And almost died because of stupid David lol. Got Jherick socks for his bday. Saturday we went to see the tree at Rockefeller, only to find out it wasn't lit yet lol! Fail. But we went to Nintendo World, then walked to Central Park to play Pokémon Go lol. Then walked to ichiumi. Was interesting to see they had hotpot option too, but they didn't have that big of a selection for it. It was probably the emptiest I have ever seen it. We probably left around 11.. then we walked back to Central Park and stayed for a bit. We were among a handful left at the park lol. Was a little scary cause there wasn't a lot of people around and I didn't wanna get mugged since it was late at night. Then we Juno back home. We walked alotttt this day lol 3+ miles. I'm proud of us. Sunday was a magical day! We caught ditto!! We walked around my neighborhood, down to Brooklyn Bridge Park and caught a Zubat that turned into ditto. Was so cool. Monday we met up after your work and went to Central Park for a bit. Walked to Liza's place and saw Middie for a few hehe. She's so cute! Then we went to Smashburger and left. I feel a bit clogged from those fries and I didn't even have much either. Can't wait to see what December brings! More Pokémon Go mwahah. I shall get them all before you >:)

Dear Pogi,

Hello! This weekend was quite.. something huh? We had pho with John afterwork Friday. Oh, before I continue I just want to say I’m hurt you doubted my knowledge of Pokemon, for your information I DO know more than you think *rolls eyes* Hope you like the cute sleeping espur J It was raining at night so we went home after eating. We stopped by Rite Aid and won $40 but ended up losing it all the next day. We started watching American Horror Story, didn’t make it through the first episode though because I was tiyuddd. Next day, we went to the city. Ate our last $5 Popeyes box lol, went to Old Navy and Bed Bath & Beyond to buy some things. Got home and did laundry. Then we went to Chipotle to grab some food. On our way there.. funnily enough we were talking about Kim and she ending up calling me midway. We get our food and rush home to pack our stuff and head to Spencers. Crazy that I got to go in lol! But hopefully things are and will be okay between them. Felt so bad for Kim. She had asked if we ever broke up or anything like that and I told her that we took a break. But honestly, time apart will make you miss the person even more. Make you realize how much you enjoy their presence and how much you want to be with them. At least, that’s how it made me feel. I can’t imagine my life without you. I can’t imagine waking up knowing that you’re not mine, that Kenji isn’t mine hehe. I love our facetime sessions even though it’s more like me listening to you playing game and me on my computer. Even though we’re not talking, I like just having you there. I can’t wait until we live together. Until I get to wake up to your big squishy butt every morning. I know you think and are probably scared of when that day comes because I’m so ocd and what not, but I don’t think it will be bad at all. I love being with you, I love how we are with eachother. Constantly joking around, laughing, enjoying eachother. That’s what it’s all about and I can’t wait until our lives take off and to see what the future has in store for the both of us. You are my rock, my support system. You truly are, it meant SO MUCH to me that you stayed on the phone with me when I had that really horrible day at work. Hearing your voice gave me instant comfort. And the fact that you stayed up until 4AM in the morning helping me with my work and making sure I was okay meant the world. Thank you for all that you do for me, all that you sacrifice. I’ve been able to get through some of the biggest hurdles of my life because of you. Because of your unconditional love and support. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY BIG SQUISHY BUTT!! <3 Lets pretend this was posted day of and not 2 months later okay? LOL. I hope you enjoyed your birthday. It was quite the adventure to say the least. We both took 6/10 off so we could go to AC. Funny because it was supposed to be a surprise but I accidentally blabbed when we were on the phone and it slipped out. But you didn’t know Spencer and the others were coming along. I remember waking up early so I could wash my bag. Then I had to go to the city to pick up the cake. I got Starbucks for lunch that day, but it wasn’t that good. I left around 2ish and uber’d to David’s house. Spencer and Ruby were already there. We drive to your place and that’s when you were “surprised” by the others. We were stuck in some SERIOUS traffic.. it was brutal. We didn’t get to Kim’s house until 5 or so. Then it took us another 3-4 hours to get to AC. All I can say is poor David! We made one pit stop at Target to use the bathroom and get some coffee. We got lost a few times due to lets say.. bad google maps. We finally check into the hotel, it was nice for the price and the size of it. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. I kinda wished we bought our own food so we could cook! Next time.. so we book reservation for Carmines at The Tropicana. Food was delicious, wish we went on your actual birthday so we could get that nice big free dessert lol. After dinner, we head to the casino and gamble. We won big! (for first timers) but lost big as well due to the stupid Lyft driver. We were so excited to win something, but you ultimately won big you lucky big bubble butt. Sorry you lost it though :( We leave the casino at maybe 1 or so? Get back to our room and played some games. You guys drank.. funny how red Spencer got lol. And our wonderful pictures to show for it. We then had some cake and played hide and seek afterwards. That was fun! It was around I’d say 3-4 when we finally go to bed. We had some nice hubba hubba for your birthday ;) I think we slept for about 2-3 hours and got up only to find David on the floor of his room not having slept at all lol. Apparently he can only sleep on rocks. The hotel was awesome enough to have free breakfast so we went down to eat. The food was not bad at all. Eventually Kim and Spencer wake up and get food and a little while after, we go down to the pool. We had it all to ourselves, we got to race and just mess around in there until we had to get ready to check out. I wish we were at the pool for longer. We all head back to shower and pack up and we embark on the longest journey back to NYC of our lives. I’d say maybe half way there, David notices fog coming out of the back of his car. He pulls over and as soon as he opened his door, it came into the car. My heart sank because I legit thought it was going to catch on fire. We all get out and after many many phone calls, we go back in the car and drive very slowly to the closest exit. THANKFULLY, we made it okay and David’s dad came. As we were waiting, we went to the deli and got some drinks/snacks. Once we finally got back to Brooklyn, we got Roll n Roaster and went back home. We probably got in around 1AM? And we left the hotel at 1PM LOL, 12 hours man! Despite all the bumps and traffic we encountered, I think we made the best of it and were able to have fun regardless. I hope I was able to make your 23rd birthday a memorable one. This is our 4th birthday that we got to spend together and I can’t wait to celebrate many more. I love you so much! Happy 23rd :*

5.13 - 5.15.16

TWO posts in ONE day?! Yes :) hehe no you’re not hallucinating. Friday night we met up with Kim and Spencer to get hotpot. We did pretty good, well better than normal because we didn’t order a ridiculous amount of food that we couldn’t finish. It was so funny when we were ordering.. and kept ordering. Spencer seemed like he was getting nervous lol! It was good though, then we went to Cafe Bene and got some gelato. Talked for a bit then went home. I waited till we got home to watch the video because I wanted for it to be just us , alone. Tenkyu baybuh, I loved it. I think we played some hearthstone afterwards.. hubba hubba’d then went to sleep. Saturday morning I woke around 7.. waited till 8ish 9? Actually we did laundry around 9 something. I remember when you were getting dressed, you looked at the clock and complained that it was so early hehe. Sowwie baybuh, I like to do things early so we have more time in the day. After laundry, we both showered.. then ate Carusos. I remember when I took the first bite of the alfredo and said I didn’t like it, you were like “uh oh” lol. I don’t think I acted in such a bad way.. I still ate some and didn’t complain or wasn’t in a bad mood for the rest of the day *rolls eyes* Got some starbucks afterwards, then went to Michaels. Looked around, then went to our not so lucky Rite Aid anymore. Bought like what.. in total 60+ worth of scratchoffs and only won $4 :( And I don’t care what you think.. that was MY winning scratchoff lol. We went to Paris Baguette where you made the ultimate decision to give up buying lotto tickets if you didn’t win more than the $40 you were going to spend. And boy did you lose big time. I won’t be surprised to see another scratchoff ticket somewhere in your bag thinking you’re slick.. but I meant what I said when I’m going to hire security to guard that machine lol. We went to promenade afterwards, lots of pollen everywhere so you were sneezing up a storm. At one point when we were walking back, it got soooooooooo windy. It was crazy, and the clouds looked wild. Jim finally calls us, so we meet up at Bowlmor lanes. Yay for bowling! We didn’t have to wait too long for a lane. We were both losers that night lol, lost to Jim twice :( We went to Dallas bbq afterwards. Both of you guys were saying how that was the fastest you ever been seated because it was literally in a matter of seconds that we were seated. After dinner, we took the train to Bluebird and sorta surprised O’neal? Lol he sure seemed happy to see us. So sad to think he won’t be returning to SSAM. It’s an end of an era!!!! Anyway, we came home around 1. Talked for a little then had an AMAZING hubba hubba hehe. Longest we lasted I think. It was so good it knocked us right up haha. That was probably one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a really long time. I didn’t wake up to any storing and I slept in a little. Sunday morning, I woke up the second time with really bad neck pain. It lasted all throughout the day. After lunch, I kept falling asleep. At one point, I sorta recall you leaning over me. You checked to see if I was sleeping then went back. I realized you needed to peepee which is why I asked you once I woke up. I kept saying I needed a heating pad so you went to Rite Aid for me. Tenkyu again baybuh, really warmed my heart and made me smile how quickly you got up once I said I needed it. It’s these little things you do that show just how much you care about me that make me fall in love with you more and more each day. And thank you for all the massages. They really do help. We watched a lot of Friends today hehe, then you went home with a smelly hippie. I hope you enjoyed your stay at the Anna Inn hotel. See you in 5 days :) Or maybe 4? Hehehe.... *nudge nudge* 0:)
