Evidently the robot soap opera inspires at least one angst comic each year.

It’s wild to me to compare this to my first real comic when I first found the fandom. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come.

Similar to the Solar piece, this is also the first thing I thought of when I saw the episode. My headcanon evidently is Dadcode is a caring angel of death, watching over wayward sparks that cross over.

Bloodmoon deserved better, but they didn’t heed Kill Code’s advice and kept getting used. So sad. Still sad..

Featuring my design for Old Moon that’s kinda just in my head and I don’t ever plan to make a separate character sheet for since that’s a bit redundant. All that’s different is the eyes, teeth, and goggle placement. And shape language too I guess. He’s more pointy

Also Old Foxy. He’s the weird gay uncle with illegal rizz. New Foxy is dripless and the most pathetic, sopping, wet cat you ever seen. Who also doesn’t know he’s queer because memories being wiped doesn’t change your sexual orientation, as we know with Moon, which makes his heterosexual insistence 1000x funnier. I don’t think he’s in denial or anything, I genuinely think he just doesn’t know since any explicitly romantic situation he’s been put in have been through blind dates

I love how my design for Roxanne turned out :3 She is so shaped. I decided to redraw that thumbnail completely based off the original because it genuinely is my favorite one out of all them. It was what inspired me to do this. I love the composition and it’s so silly hehe :3 kudos to whoever made it

My favorite out of all of them has to be either the first one or the last one. I do like them all a lot, but the last one is just so cool. Took me FOREVER because of the stupid lighting but it was worth it. The first one also took me forever because of the amount of people and the fact it was the very first one I did and was trying to figure stuff out, but yeaaa :3

Anyways, I wanna do more if I’m able to. I’m only doing ones without official art because I don’t wanna be disrespectful and also I just think it’s more fun to come up with my own thing. I wanted to do some from the Lunar and Eclipse show era, but I haven’t made a design for OG Eclipse yet. Perhaps in the future

I genuinely love this show. Like genuinely. Like, is it the greatest thing ever!? No, not really. But does it make me laugh? Yes! Does it motivate me to do art even during times of severe burnout? Yes! Do I sometimes dream about being a co-writer so I can add things that will be gut-wrenching for the people watching? ...maybe....

But whether or not you're here to leave a salty confession or a sweet one, you have to admit the show brought us here. And that's beautiful !
