“I am wearing a teddy boy drape jacket, underneath a cool western shirt from Metka flea market. Eagle bolo tie is from Fida in Hakaniemi. Trousers are from 40s or 50s (more likely from the latter) and come with a jacket also. They are from a flea market in Hämeenlinna. Suitcase is a 195’s Soviet one which I bought from Femmatori in Riihimäki back in the day.

“I’m wearing a 60s velvet dress and Lamoda boots. I’m deeply inspired by fashion from 1900-1980 so I mainly get my clothes second hand, from flea markets, vintage shops or friends. I even have some pieces sewn by my talented friends. I very rarely buy anything as brand new. I like to play around and mix and match different styles how ever I feel like that day. “I’m wearing used-to-be white platform Converse, torn up stockings from Riga, a skirt that I made from a dress that I got from a friend, another skirt that looks more like a belt that my friend got from London, a white fishnet top and a black fishnet wifebeater on top, my trusted 3€ leather jacket from Uff and a Marimekko bag that I customized with patches and pins. I’m inspired by my friends and punk icons from the 90’s. I love wearing preloved clothes, you can feel the energy of the clothes past lives. Almost all of my clothes are breaking apart and stained from living, and the whole fit is being held up by safety pins and willpower.”
