“Oooohhhhh, Yuuri,” Phichit sings, altogether too gleeful as he takes a swig of rum. Yuuri could smack him. Or throw him out a window. Could he? Yeah, he definitely could, Phichit isn’t that heavy. “You have to kiss Vitya!”

The bottle in question definitely is pointing at Viktor, and Yuuri sure was trying to pretend it wasn’t, because holy fuck Viktor is simultaneously the hottest and sweetest guy that Yuuri’s ever met in his life, and that combination is absolutely deadly and Yuuri really wants to like, skip everything else and get to the heavy-makeouts-and-adopting-dogs-to-raise-together stage right the fuck now.

So, yeah, you could say he’s got a little bit of a crush.

And you could also say that Phichit rigged the bottle, somehow. Yuuri has no idea how one would rig a bottle, but if anyone could find a way, it’d be Phichit. Because there is no way that his second kiss this entire game would be the smartest student here, the most beautiful man alive, the love of Yuuri’s life who just doesn’t know that they’re getting married yet. It’s just not possible. There’s no way.

Granted, only six people are playing, so it’s a twenty percent chance every time the bottle spins, but still. 

“Hey, Yuuri, it’s been over ten seconds, you can’t get away with a cheek kiss anymore,” Chris adds, because Chris probably helped Phichit rig the bottle because he is an enabler and also a bad friend. “Go kiss him already! Look at that face. So kissable! Don’t leave him hanging!”

“Guys, guys,” Viktor laughs, rubbing a lock of his long, beautiful hair between his fingers. It’s a nervous habit of his. Yuuri has noticed this during his observational periods, which is a more sophisticated way of saying “when he’s been gay and staring”. “If Yuuri isn’t comfortable kissing me, that’s fine! I know it’s a kissing game, but I really don’t want to force—”

“Shut up, Vitya,” Yuuri interrupts, narrowing his eyes as he gets to his feet. Viktor does indeed stop talking, looking up at him with big blue eyes and his lips parted in a little “o”, because of course he does. Fuck, he’s so cute. “I’m gonna kiss the fuck out of you—”

And he does. He marches across the circle and drops to his knees in front of Viktor and grabs the front of his shirt and yanks, and then holyshitholyshitohgod he’s kissing Viktor, and he has the softest lips in the world and he opens up so obediently, kisses Yuuri back with passion and sweetness, and his arms wrap around Yuuri’s waist and then he moans and Yuuri kisses him harder, and…

Unfortunately, he does have to come back up for air, so he reluctantly draws back. Can he kiss him again? He wants to kiss him again. That was the best kiss of his entire life. 

“Wow,” Viktor breathes, very softly, his arms still wrapped around Yuuri. God, he’s so pretty, his mouth all pink from being kissed. Oh, god, Yuuri wants to kiss him again.

And then Chris wolf-whistles, because Chris is the literal worst friend ever and needs to go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars. “Oh, boy! Is it anyone else or is it getting hot in here?”

“Fuck you,” Yuuri says offhandedly. He sighs, still looking down at Viktor, who hasn’t torn his eyes away yet. Viktor, who—oh, holy shit—just licked his lips. “Okay. Wow. I. Uh. I’ve wanted to do that for ages, god.”

“You have?” Viktor asks, a shy smile starting to blossom across his lovely face. “Me too.”

“Oh.” Yuuri stares at him dumbly for a minute. Did he just say he’s wanted to kiss Yuuri for ages? He said that. He actually just said that. That means—holy shit—

He grabs Viktor’s hand and hauls him upright, already speedwalking to the door as fast as his kinda drunken legs will carry him.

“Sorry I just realized I gotta go do something and also Vitya has to come with me so we can’t play any more sorry bye!”

“Wow!” Viktor cheers, and he sounds so delighted that Yuuri doesn’t even care that Phichit is laughing at them all the way out the door.
