I have a short shift tomorrow. When I get off I'm going to work out and see how long I can go without food.

I do so well in the morning and at lunch time but come dinner time I'm so hungry. Unfortunately I'm watching a movie with friends either tomorrow night or the day after but I think I need to just give the old "Oh, I ate before I came over." excuse.

Okay people, just a reminder mostly for myself that if you have been high restricting don't go drive especially when you know you are feeling weak. I've been having little goof ups here and there but almost hitting another driver was scary. I can't let that happen again.
