Monday, April 8th.
haven't updated. but I ordered some oxyelite and started today. definitely cutting off sodas and any unhealthy food. sticking with taking my pill twice a day, Zumba exercises 3 days a week, water/crystal light, fruit for breakfast, lean cuisines for dinner. I think I can do this. results after a week will be posted next Monday. hoping this will work, wish me luck.
