jade-bella li is the only child of mei ling and aaron li. she was born on the 5th of august 2002 in paris , france. the 3 of them moved to shen zen , china for 2 years when jade was 8 to look after her ill grandmother. after her grandmother’s passing they moved back to paris. despite moving around a lot jade found it easy to make friends and was queen b no matter where she was.
she is her parents princess and has been spoilt rotten her entire life. being told no is a foreign concept to her because she is the definition of daddy’s little princess her mom is her best friend she can talk to her about anything and everything , nothing is off limits. her parents showered her with love and praise making her an extremely confident person since she was a baby. as a kid she wanted to be just like hannah montana so her parents enrolled her in singing classes at the age of 10 and it soon became her passion which she showed insane talent for from a young age. every decision she made was fully supported by her parents including moving to korea to be an idol.
jade sent in her cover of chandelier by sia in the summer of 2018 to sm and got accepted almost immediately. she got one of the fasted acceptances into sm entertainment in history. she started training immediately and debuted 10 months later on the 20th of may 2019 as the main vocalist of nct and a member of the all female subunit, nct krown. her love for languages and natural charisma made her a fan favourite and appeared on many variety shows in both korea and china. months after her debut she was announced as the new music core mc alongside sf9’s chanhee and stray kids hyunjin. she was an active mc from 2019 to 2021. in march 2021 jade auditioned for the survival show seraph that aimed to create the next super group. she placed 3rd debuting in the final lineup as the main vocalist and maknae.

hayley sarang kim and her twin brother daniel maeum kim were born to their two moms grace and ashlynn kim on the 14th of feb 2000 in toronto canada. both of her mothers are korean so they made sure that the sperm that grace was inseminated with was from a korean man so both daniel and hayley were fully korean like their moms. their korean names sarang ❪ love ❫ and maeum ❪ heart ❫ relate to their birthday being on valentine’s day. her nickname growing up was lovebug and her brother was loverboy and they both still use those nicknames to this day. their entire family is extremely close and daniel never leaves her side.
hayley was a cheerleader in high school and was insanely popular . she was probably one of the few people that could genuinely say that they loved high school. despite being a fairly average at best student she enjoyed being at school because everyone loved her. she had developed a bit of a reputation since she was a a party girl but she didn’t care as long as everyone was still obsessed with her.
she was a huge kpop fan but never thought to be an idol herself. so when she was scouted by a staff member whilst on holiday she immediately accepted and joined sm the next day. she originally dropped out of college and moved to seoul to pursue an acting career in the kdrama industry. she always knew she was meant to be famous and this was her moment.

stella jiang was born to phillip and hellen saetang on the 3rd of january 1998 in los angeles , california. she grew up with her 2 older brothers : brandon and sam and the trio have always been super close especially brandon and stella. they were partners in crime since stella was born and he’s always been her number 1 fan. when stella first said she wanted be an idol, brandon worked with her on a powerpoint for their parents and it’s no surprise it worked.
when stella was 15 she sent in her audition of starships by nicki minaj to sm and made it through the global auditions. after 2 years of training on the 8th of july 2014 stella was announced on smrookies and appeared on the show with her fellow future nct members. she was particularly close with mark , johnny , jaehyun and ten and all of them together were known as the foreign swaggers. she was sm’s first thai trainee and remains the only female thai artist under the company.
stella was the first female member to be announced when she made her debut in 2018 in nct u with boss. she was an instant fan favourite and a massive fan attractor. she used to introduce herself as ‘winter sunshine’ because of her warm heart and personality despite being born in winter and looking cold. at the beginning of 2019 she was announced as the leader of ncts newest subunit nct krown ! as of 2022 stella is also the main rapper of sm’s super group made up of girls from different sm groups ‘ girls on top ’ aka G.O.T
