make a point to do something for your inner child today. you used to love drawing but haven’t had the time recently? doodle something, make some art. haven’t had your favorite flavor of ice cream in a while? treat yourself. do something that would make younger you happy. do something for your soul today
look at life as less of a race and more of a stroll. you get to set the pace. you get to plan your route. you can divert from the path sometimes, maybe even abandon your previous one altogether. you don’t have to keep up with those in front of you or slow down for those behind you – where they are has nothing to do with you. when you get tired, you can rest, and when you feel energized you can speed up. in any way, it’s a walk you’re on. and it’s your walk to be on. how you get through it and how you accommodate yourself and who you link arms with is up to you.
One thing that hit me hard in 2021. Being minimalist is my goal this year.
Let it go. It’s just stuff.

“It happens to everyone as they grow up. You find out who you are and what you want, and then you realize that people you’ve known forever don’t see things the way you do. So you keep the wonderful memories, but find yourself moving on.”
2020 had changed me a lot. I got more insecure because of this pandemic. I thought that I wouldn't make it till 2021 but alhamdulillah I made it. Am still trying to cope with the new normal while looking for something new to upgrade my life. Meanwhile, I still got the chance to achieve some of my dreams. Alhamdulillah. My goal this year is to just go on with life as usual despite of having to struggle to stay alive in this global pandemic. As I listened to BTS new song Life Goes On, I realised that whatever happens, it won't stay forever. There is still hope in future. It tells me that I shouldn't give up just because the world stopped for a moment. It's gonna be okay. Have faith.
“In this world, there are things you can only do alone, and things you can only do with somebody else. It’s important to combine the two in just the right amount.”
