I was "tagged" (i.e i saw this and thought it would be fun)! but i have no mutuals. This is technically 15 Qs 15 Mutuals, so if you WANT to be mutuals, do this and tag me so i can see it (and follow you!)

I'll be doing this as my character, Juno, so you all can get to know them more.

1. Are you named after anyone?

I'm named after the moon that the workshop I was built in resided on, before the Unraveling of the Sun.

2. When was the last time you cried?

I can't cry. There is no reason for me to be built with that feature. But I really WISHED I could cry when I was possessed by It, and did things out of my control.

3. Do you have kids?

No. It's up to Ru if we adopt later on, but... my vote is to Not Do That.

4. Do you use sarcasm?

Yes. Often. It's my favorite tool, since I learned it.

5. What's the first thing you notice about people?

Thier mannerisms. Like how Ru twists her ring when she is lying, or how Nika has her "plotting face" when she's planning things, even the most mundane things, or how Krow does a little tap-dance of excitement before knocking on my chamber door.

6. What's your eye colour?

Blue. Like my hair. My maker liked color-coordination, i suppose.

7. Scary movies or happy endings?

Scary movies. Happy endings are much too predictable. Though, scary movies are, too, from an algorithmic perspective- Just not AS predictable.

8. Any special interests?

People-watching, and Human Civilizations before the Unraveling.

9. Where were you born?

A workshop of unknown origin on the moon Juno, orbiting the gas giant Jupiter, which, at the time, was a power plant for wind-powered machines throughout the galaxy.

10. What are your hobbies?

Reading, mostly. I also like observing, and writing down what I observe. I have recently (due to My Lady Artemys's insistence) taken up the synthetic violin so that she can practice duetting on her synthetic viola.

11. Do you have any pets?

Yes. Her name is Ru. (This is a joke. I do not own any animals.)

12. What sports do you play / have played?

...Does competitive chess count..?

13. How tall are you?

Eight feet and six inches. Oddly enough, I was constructed by humans- and from what I know, they were typically much smaller. It makes me wonder about my intended purpose...

14. Favourite subject in school?

I do not attend and have never attended a school. My favorite subject to tutor My Lady Artemys on is Language Studies.

15. Dream Job

If I did not have an intended purpose as an Archivist, I would want to explore the galaxy as a pirate, like one sees in the regions closer to the Site of the Unraveling.

Intro!

Hi ya'll! I'm Jean-Yves, but Yves is fine for short!

I'm 18, and I write things! I use any pronouns but typically am called by she/her or they/them.

My current project is a (hopeful) trilogy, of which the cast is filled with lesbians. It's a sci-fi fantasy called "The Steel Empress's Archives", starring an antique android named Juno, from the human ages, and their life in the Sun Palace, where prophecies brew, and revolutions run abound.

I do have male characters in other stories! Most of my characters, if not all, are queer.

I have same-charatcer syndrome because I'm obsessed with my main cast, so you'll probably see them in my short stories as well.

Besides Sci-Fi and Fantasy, i write urban fiction and fantasy, historical fiction and fantasy, and poetry~!

Cast of OCs:

Juno of Archives - An ancient android constructed over 3 eons ago, made to record events that happen to and about the royal family of the Empire of The Sun. They/Them, Ageless.

Nika of Clock - A girl orphaned by a short-lived coup against the empire. She resides in the dungeon, plotting and organizing her comeback through her contacts in the palace. She/Her, 19 Suns old.

Ru of Steel - The eldest of the royal family, daughter of the Steel Empress, but not of the Sun Emperor and thus, not the heir to the throne. instead spends her time training to lead the Solra'ah warriors, the kingdom's elite, all-female guard. She/Her, 21 Suns old.

Krow of Gemstone - The palace prophetess and fortune-teller. She resides in the library, gathering information for Nika in secret, and making sure Juno's data collecting mechanism works correctly. She is Juno's closest friend. She/Her, 18 Suns old.

It of Delirium - A being made of shadow and other similar matter, who is the "god" of the solar system the story takes place in. It is intrinsically involved in the chaos that ensues throughout the plot. It/She, Ageless.

Artemys of Sun - Ru's little sister on her mother's side, (a Daughter of the Steel Empress) and the heir to the Sun Empire. The story begins when she comes of age on her 14th birthday- It is prophesied, and as such, is assumed, that she will change the course of the galaxy, somehow, that night. She/Her, 14 Suns old.

Phoebe of Stalk - Artemys's handmaiden and best friend. Has a theory that Art may not be the prophesied "Daughter of Steel" after all. Besides, Ru has been acting oddly lately.... She/Her, 13 Suns old.
