تيليجرام هو عبارة عن تطبيق مجاني للتراسل، مفتوح المصدر جزئياً، يعمل على منصات متعددة، ويركز على السرعة والخصوصية والناحية الأمنية. وبإمكان مستخدمي تيليجرام تبادل الرسائل بأمان مع إمكانات التشفير العالية بما في ذلك الصور والفيديو والوثائق من أي نوع، ويدعم التطبيق مشاركة كافة تنسيقات الملفات تقريباً.
يتوفر تيليجرام رسمياً على أندرويد وiOS وويندوز فون بما في ذلك الهواتف والأجهزة اللوحية، ويتوفر أيضاً على أنظمة التشغيل الأخرى مثل ويندوز وماكنتوش ولينكس، كما يعمل عنسخة الويب عن طريق المتصفحات، ما يسمح للمستخدم باستخدامه على مختلف الأجهزة والمنصات في نفس الوقت، ويقوم التطبيق بمزامنة الرسائل بسلاسة بين أي جهاز وآخر من أجهزة المستخدم.
تليجرام
ويقوم تيليجرام بنفس الوظائف التي تقوم بها أي برامج تراسل آخر مثل واتس اب ولاين، وتم إطلاق أول نسخة من تيليجرام لنظام iOS في 14 أغسطس عام 2013، وتم إطلاق النسخة ألفا لنظام أندرويد في 20 أكتوبر عام 2013.
واهم ما يميز به قنوات تيليجرام Telegram عن غيرها من قنوات التطبيقات الأخرى:
1. لا يستطيع متابعو القناة رؤية ومعرفة هوية المتابعين والمشتركين الآخرين.
2. لا يمكن لأحد – بما في ذلك مدير القناة – رؤية أرقام المشتركين.
3. يحتوي التطبيق على خيارات لحماية وتشفير الرسائل والبيانات، فضلًا عن كونه مجاني، مما يجعله من أسرع وأفضل التطبيقات المُنافسة لتطبيق واتساب.

كيف تستخدم الألوان في التسويق
قام العلماء بدراسة عن الألوان وبيان أثرها على الإنسان، وأثبتوا في ظل تجارب علمية وعملية: أنَّ الألوانَ تؤثِّرُ في سعادَتنا وكآبَتِنا، وفي إقدامِنا وإحجامِنا، ورُبمَّا أشْعَرَنا ذلكَ اللَّونُ بالحرارة، أو بالبرودة، بل رُبَّما أثَّر اللونُ في شخصيّةِ الإنسان، ونظرتِه إلى الحياةِ فإنَّ لكلِّ لون سرٌّ وتأثير.الألوان وتأثيرها علينا :الأبيض : من الألوان المميزة التي تدل على النقاء، الصفاء، النظافة، الوضوح، البراءة، والبساطة.بناءً على بيانات من استطلاع رأي الناس في أوروبّا والولايات المتّحدة فإنّ الأبيض هو اللون الذي يترافق عادةً مع الخير والأمانة والنقاء والبداية والتجدّد والحياد والكمال والإتقان.نجد إن لذلك اللون تأثير قوي في إدخال مشاعر الهدوء والسلام والطمأنينة على الأشخاص. الأزرق : يعمل على السيطرة على العواطف والمشاعر, خلق إحساس بالقوة والاستقرار النفسي والمعنوي ، والأهم من ذلك إنه يعتبر مهدئ للأشخاص زائدي العصبية فقد أجريت تجربة على بأطفال عدوانيين ووضعوهم في فصل دراسي أزرق ولاحظوا هدوء نسبي وانخفاض في العدوانية لذلك يمكنك اللجوء لذلك اللون بجانب اللون الأبيض في حالات غضبك.ازرق نيلي : يعمل على إنعاش حالة لتأمل لدي الفرد فمثلا إن كنت في اجتماع عمل أو اثناء وقت مذاكرة وركزت قليلاً على لون نيلي سيساعك ذلك على التأمل والتفكير وكذلك الإبداع ، فهو يساعد في التواصل الداخلي ويعزز التفكير الإبداعي .الأخضر : من الجانب النفسي يعتبر ذلك اللون الحياة فهو من أكثر الألوان التي تهدئ النفس وتدخل الأمل على الفرد فهو دائما مرتبط بالأماكن الواسعة والخضرة والنباتات ولذلك له حفظ في ذاكرة الإنسان بإنه يرتبط بالحياة والأقبال عليها ولذلك هو مفيد لمن يعانون من الاكتئاب والإحباط ليدخل عليهم الأمل.الأصفر : يرتبط اللون الأصفر مع أشعة الشمس فهو يعمل على زيادة مشاعر الفرح والفكر والسعادة ، كما إنه يثير روح البهجة كما إنه ينشط المخ ويقوي العقل ، ويمكن ارتداؤه لتحفيز الإبداع وتصفية الذهن لا سيما عند الإصابة بالتوتر العصبيالبرتقالي : يعتبر البرتقالي والأحمر والأصفر مشتركين إلى حد كبير في خصائهم المزاجية على الفرد ، حيث إن البرتقالي يحفز على النشاط العقلي ويدخل شعور الحماس على الفرد والإبداع والسعادة . وأيضاً يفيد في علاج الاكتئاب وهو منشط عام، ومضاد للإحساس بالـ : الهبوط، الفتور، النعاس ، الاضطهاد، اليأس، وكافة المشاعر السوداوية.الأحمر : يساعد ذلك اللون في التخلص من الخمول والكسل والإحساس الدائم بالإعياء والإجهاد والميل للنوم فترات طويلة أي إنه بشكل كام يعتبر لون محفز للجسم منشط, كما انه يحفز روح الانتماء.البنفسجي : يعتبر مهدئ بوجه عام وخاصة للأمراض العصبية والنفسية , يقوي الروحانية في النفس والشعور بالاطمئنان. امثلة عن الألوان المستعملة من قِبل الشركات العالمية :معظم الشركات الكبيرة تختار شعاراتها وفق معاير معينة وبدراسة دقيقة جدا.. فنرى ان معظم الشعارات تكون بألوان تتناسب مع مضمون الشركة, وهنا لا يمن ان ننكر أهمية الألوان في تأثيرها على الفردأكثر الألوان المستعملة عالمياً : اللون الأزرق: هو لون الانتعاش والقوة فهو يحفز على الهدوء واتزان النفس والثقة.من العلامات التجارية المهمة التي تستخدم اللون الأزق في شعاراتها واعلاناتها :NESTLE / AQUAFINA / PAYPAL / CARREFOUR / FORD / ORAL-B / PHILIPSوغيرها من الشركات.. الأحمر: فهو يدل على القوة يعزز روح الانتماء هو عبارة عن الأحاسيس القوية والإثارة. ويقال إن الأحمر يزيد الإحساس بالجوعمن العلامات التجارية المهمة التي تستخدم اللون الأحمر في شعاراتها واعلاناتها :COCA-COLA / LG / YOUTUBE / KFC / NETFLIX / LEGO / CNN / WENDY’S اللون الأخضر: وهو لون يهدئ العينين ويعطي تأثير مهدئا عند النظر إليه، بسبب ارتباطه بخضرة الطبيعة.كما أنه لون الربيع، وهو وقت النهضة والتجديد. ويستخدم في شعارات الشركات ليدل على التجدد والطاقة لعلامتها التجارية. ويعُتقد أن الأخضر أكثر الألوان جلبا للحظفهو مستعمل بكثرة من الشركات الصديقة للبيئة مثل :TROPICANA / FIDELITY / XBOX / WHOLE FOODوغيرها.. اللون الأصفر : يحفز الطاقة ،السعادة ، الفرح ,الإيجابية والبهجةهذا اللون يستعمل للفت الانتباه لان هذا اللون يجذب الطاقات الجميلة في النفس.من العلامات التجارية التي تستخدم اللون الأصفر :في شعاراتها :MACDONALDS / BEST BUY / FERRARI / NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC / DHL / NIKON / IKEA
