Gatorade zero, Powerade zero, etc. They might have 10 c4l0r1es per bottle, but it’s better than passing out from dehydration and being hooked to an IV(this happened to me once)
⭐️ Teas I take! (I take one of each a day)
Green and elderberry - antioxidizes, boosts metab and immune
Red/Roobios - boosts metab
hibiscus - boosts metab
ginger lemon - reduces bloating and boosts metab, also heals sore throat for my m1a people
Chamomile lavender - calms you down, stress is associated with w31ght g41n
peppermint - boosts metab

you can’t get rid of your ed overnight and i know how hard it is to recover, but i want you all to take these steps:
unfollow all of the thinspo/ed blogs you follow. unfollow any skinny instagram models or any account that posts pictures you can use as thinspo. better yet, block them. stay off social media if you can.
delete any form of thinspo you have saved on your computer or phone or whatever.
get rid of any books or magazines that have pictures you use for thinspo.
put your scale somewhere hard to reach. it won’t work every time, but it gives you more time to stop yourself.
delete all your weight loss apps
delete your thinspo/ed blog
i don’t expect this to be easy for everyone, but i hope this helps at least one person. drink water and stay safe <3

you know how people give themselves rewards for meeting their goals? I do that but with clothes ive already bought. I'll buy a dress I can only fit if I lose X amount of lbs... it helps more bc I'm a disappointment AND wasting money if I don't meet that goal.
