Learning to photograph better, like other hobbies and professions, is something that is difficult. It is something you really have to invest time in. You must constantly improve your skills.

Explore Travel Photography With Pigeon
I am going on a journey and taking: the cameraWhen it is winter, you have the time to organize your photo collection. Yet many are eagerly looking forward to the summer. Finally time for long journeys and unlimited photography.
Depression
One of the Mondays at the beginning of the year is nicknamed "Blue Monday". According to a formula by British psychologist Cliff Arnall, the day when people feel the least happy.
Good intentions prove to be unsuccessful, the days are short and gray, the holiday far away. It is not without reason that a travel organization commissioned the preparation of the debris formula. During this period, holiday companies like chickens to overload potential travelers with freshly printed catalogs and sunny mailings.
Travel photography popular
Tumblr media
A hobby photographer, of course, records family holidays thoroughly from start to finish. Travel photography, therefore, seems like a large, open door. Simply cutting all the sights and activities seems the motto. Yet on one photo night, everyone is on the edge of the chair, while on another, the pretzels are already finished after ten plates. Snapshots from distant places have an edge in the first place. The more unknown the subject, the more fascinating the viewer. With a good hobby photographer, the after-view is still itchy; it could be so much nicer. Going back is not an option in many cases. Good preparation can prevent you from coming home with a "half" photo. If you wanna know about aerial photography then you must  visit Aerial Photography in India.
Photography equipment
Assembling the equipment is the tricky point. Under the guise of "you never know" many photo amateurs drag along kilos of material. It often results in painful shoulders and a tired back. An honest hobbyist, first of all, dares to wonder whether he has the right camera for the upcoming journey. The relatively new system camera offers broadly the same functionality as a large SLR, at a considerably lower weight and smaller construction.
Compact camera
Also in a compact camera with a large zoom range is a practical, lightweight photo camera. In any case, don't bet on one memory card for storage. Instead, make sure you have some large USB sticks or extra SD cards to back up the precious plates on the road - with the help of a computer.
Mirror reflex camera lenses
Tumblr media
Many consumers opt for an SLR camera with a substantial zoom, for example, 18-200 mm. Ideal for traveling, because it covers the most common shooting situations. However, more wide-angle is desirable for striking photos of a city trip. If, on the other hand, you are mainly going to photograph grizzly bears, you will (hopefully) need a longer focal length. Individual lenses offer higher image quality and more extreme viewing angles but quickly cost as much as a small folding trailer. Kamera Express (kamera-express.nl), Calumet (calumetphoto.nl) and Pixto-F (pix to-f.eu) rent out lenses that exceed the purse of an average amateur, certainly for one trip.
Good preparation
Shooting a good photo takes time. A travel plate is no exception. Even though it is vacation, a travel plate is often cut in a hurry. A serious hobby photographer, therefore, spends extra time preparing; think of which sights should not be missed on the memory card. Professionals often already know before they board the plane which images they want to shoot. View via internet forums or Google Earth where the best photo opportunities are in a large nature park. In the absence of inspiration, cast a cursory glance at postcards from the local kiosk or tourist office. They show in a nutshell what the region has to offer. You can find  360 Virtual Tour Photography in Mumbai India.
Morning and evening light
Tumblr media
The most beautiful travel plates are created in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. Getting up early is not popular, but it gives a lot of photographic satisfaction. A forest in the Veluwe is dull and monotonous during the day. But shortly after dawn, misty veils and soft, creamy-yellow sunlight make it a mystical place. After most day-trippers leave the beach, linger a little longer. The colors become deeper, the shadows give image elements more relief.
The most beautiful photos of famous rocks in Bryce Canyon park in Utah were taken just after sunrise or before its demise. During the day, the pale, pale pink rocks appeal much less. Take this into account when booking excursions. A self-planned tour offers excellent photo opportunities; if possible, store the camp near-photographic highlights. If an evening has not brought the desired photo result, then the next morning offers a wonderful retake.
Photo bag
Tumblr media
Sensitive photo equipment requires a reliable photo bag. Start the search on time, because the assortment is extensive. Try for yourself if the bag is large enough. The pride of the travel photographer (wide-angle lens with a lens hood or bright telephoto zoom) is often much larger than the reference models of bag makers. Do not be too careful in terms of format; walking around for a vacation with a tight bag is frustrating.
Sling
The standard shoulder bag offers quick access to equipment, but winds back and forth dangerously during a brisk walking and climbing trip. A photo backpack can handle such an adventure well but is more difficult to access. The so-called sling combines the best of both worlds; a kind of backpack with only one shoulder strap, which does not have to be finished to access the stuff.

5 tips for better winter landscape photography
When you look at the different seasons, every season has its charm. The leaves that fall off the tree, the flowers that get color and the snow that falls in the meadows. All moments that can make them so beautiful. With winter landscape photography you try to capture winter at its best moment. You are trying to find composition, contrasts, and colors in the beautiful white landscape. Just until you find the perfect photo. Below we give 5 tips for better winter landscape photography to make your photos even more interesting.
1. Find color contrasts for better winter landscape photography
The first tip for better winter landscape photography sounds simple but can still be a challenge. Find the color contrasts in the white landscape, colors that pop out and make a difference in the landscape. Consider for example a house, a few animals or a tree that is not yet covered with snow. Because a winter landscape often has no color, you will have to add it to make a photo more interesting. This will make the focus on what is different.
Once everything is really white, you often no longer have a focal point and almost everything is the same. You have white trees, meadows, mountains, and lakes. Everything has become the same. By finding something that excels you will find that a photo gets that little bit extra to stand out.
Tumblr media
2. Overexposure your photos in winter landscape photography
Because you are dealing with a white environment, it is possible that your camera makes photos too dark. Yet it is often nicer to portray winter landscapes a little too lightly. This gives a dreamy look. Certainly, when it snows you can set in your camera that you want to take two stops lighter pictures. How you should do this depends on your camera. Do you always pay attention to your histogram when photographing or editing? Then make sure that no trough is visible on the white/light side of the histogram, but that the peak is almost at the edge here. This is not something that looks good with every photo: so experiment with your settings until you are satisfied with the result. You can find more information about this in the article about Aerial Photography in India.
3. Better photos during the blue hour
Although the temperature is often the least favorable time, the blue hour before the photo is the best time to take a photo. The blue hour is the moment before the sun rises or after the sun has set. This is the moment that the sky is nicely blue and the surroundings get a blue glow. This glow fits perfectly with the beautiful white landscape and therefore also gives a nice effect to your photos.
Make sure your camera is on a tripod and use slower shutter speeds. It looks like you took the photo during the day, while of course, this is not the case. Do you also photograph houses? Then this can give an extra nice effect because you also see a number of lights on. Certainly nice to try out when you're messing around with winter landscape photography!
Tumblr media
4. Use a cold white balance
When it's time to edit your photos, you often tend to set the white balance a little brighter than it normally is. The tip for better winter landscape photography is not to do this and to go for the cold white balance. You are in a cool environment and the colors blue and white should pop out. By setting a cold white balance, the image will remain realistic and you create a nicer atmosphere.
It is best to set the white balance when shooting in RAW. Don't you do this? Do you not have the possibility to photograph in RAW? Then make sure you set the white balance in the camera. That way you know for sure that no colors will be lost afterward. When shooting in RAW, it is not necessary to first set your white balance, you can always adjust this in your chosen editing program.
Tumblr media
5. Bring extra batteries and keep your equipment warm
As soon as you take your camera and batteries with you in the cold, you will have to be extra careful with your equipment. And whether it is for photographing winter landscapes or something completely different: the cold has a negative effect on your camera and lens and can even damage the inside very much. You can read more about this in the article: condensation on your lens. Because batteries run out much quicker in the cold, it is wise to purchase extra batteries and to take them with you. These do not have to be original batteries: they are often quite expensive. Just pay attention if they are suitable for your camera. Also, visit  360 Virtual Tour Photography in Mumbai India.
Good alternatives to camera batteries that are a lot cheaper can be found with these camera batteries. For example, for many varieties, you have the Jupio brand that is quickly 20 euros cheaper than the original. It is important that you first find out which battery you have on your camera. You can read this on the back of the battery and then you can order the correct type that comes with it.
Do not store the batteries in a bag or place a bag on the floor. Keep them in the pockets of your jacket to keep them warm. Also, keep in mind that you also have to survive in the cold. So put on a scarf, use special gloves and put on an extra thick jacket. So with these 5 tips for better winter landscape photography, you can go all the way!

Drones and insurance: Everything you need to know
Tumblr media
It's vacation time again! Many Dutch people go to distant, sun-drenched places to enjoy some well-deserved rest. Of course your brand new drone will also go on holiday with you, to record your adventures from the air. Of course, something can always go wrong while taking spectacular aerial photos. It is therefore useful to insure your drone. In this blog we tell you everything you need to know about insuring drones, so that you can fly with confidence this summer, also abroad!
Targeted damage and injury due to drones
While flying, in exceptional cases it sometimes happens that you lose control of your drone. In such a case, a drone can cause quite some damage, both to the environment and to people. In such a case it is possible to appeal to your liability insurance . Carefully check the policy conditions of your liability insurance in advance to see whether you are insured for damage caused by drones and to what amount the damage is covered.
To ensure that things run smoothly, it is very important that you know the general rules and regulations of drone flying and that you adhere to them. If in the event of an accident it appears that the pilot did not comply with the rules, the insurance will not cover the damage.
Drones and travel insurance
It is not (yet) self-evident that your travel insurance also insures drones! Therefore, check carefully whether you are taking out travel insurance that explicitly states that drones are co-insured. Comparison site Independer has been kind enough to share a list with us of travel insurance that includes drone coverage.
Drones in the plane
When you go on holiday by plane, there are a number of things that you have to take into account if you want to take your drone with you. You can often just carry drones in your hand luggage. Drones are powered by a so - called LiPo battery. The technology used for these batteries makes the batteries highly flammable, and therefore a major point of attention for customs. Make sure your batteries are always discharged before the flight, and put the batteries in the special LiPo bags.
Laws and regulations
As mentioned earlier, it is wise to be aware of the general rules that apply when flying a drone. Governments and insurers are trying to keep up with the super-fast rise of drones among hobby users. Each country has its own unique regulations, and it is advisable to read about this in advance. For example, in a country like India you are not allowed to fly above the beach, and in Australia there is a total ban on drones! On websites like Drone traveller you can see exactly whether you still have to pay attention to something at your holiday destination.
Happy Holidays!
We wish you a very nice holiday and have fun flying your drone! If you have any doubts about the preparations for your vacation, please contact our Drone Repair services in India and we will be happy to help. We also want to give a thank you to Independer , who provided us with a lot of useful information for this blog.

Drone is a software installed aircraft which is controlled from the ground through remote control. Drones are technically known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) as there is no pilot to fly them. Initially, the military used to do their target practice on drones but later on its use was completely shifted to a very different end- as a weapon.
Recently, drones are also used commonly for aerial survey in India in various fields like traffic surveillance, flood and weather surveillance, video or photography and much more. It is an unmanned aircraft so is very useful in the areas where it is difficult for a human to reach.
It is used to collect data or information from a distance or a specific height. This information can be used in different fields or areas. It can be agriculture, mining, and traffic or even wedding photography.
Aerial survey in India
In most common words aerial is one of the viewing techniques that mean looking at something from the top. The scientific aerial survey includes the procedure of collecting information for the area through airplanes, helicopters or UAVs. It provides relatively better quality of data as they use high-resolution camera along with other equipment.
An Aerial survey in India is used in almost every field of work because it provides effective results. There are companies in India which use different techniques to provide the required data. Aerial surveys are used for collecting information from various departments, like flood affected areas, counting of animals and birds, coverage of agricultural lands, creating maps, etc.
Drone inspection service in India
Once, the construction is completed with the help of the data collected by aerial survey, the work of Drone inspection begins. Drone inspection service in India helps in the betterment of infrastructure. The data received from this service makes it easy to keep an eye on the working of the railway tracks, stations, roads, etc. and also helps in improving their working and expansion. Through Drone inspection, it becomes easy to check any fault in the operation of electrical towers, flyovers or any such place where it’s hard and time consuming to work manually.
