Hi - I'm the artist working with ramblin_rosie (writer) and have done the art. The writer previously said our posting date is 23 Nov, but the comm says the deadline for art is 6 Nov. Do I need to do anything on 6 Nov, or do I just wait until the 23rd and liaise with my writer to make our posts live then?

Hi Mific. On 6 Nov, email your art to the mods at poi(dot)fanworks(at)gmail(dot)com, that's the deadline part. Then on Nov 23rd you'll post your art to AO3 along with your writer and their fic. Please do both. If you skipped the deadline part, you'll be considered to have dropped out and your fic would get reassigned to a different artist. It's very important you don't miss the deadline, it's there for a reason. Thank you.
