UPDATE LOG 01

I’m not exactly interested in revealing most of the cast yet as I haven’t drawn all of them. However, I will throw a few snippets here and there.

I think I’ll most likely post something on the official youtube channel (which is as of now private (the channel, not the video)) in May. However it won’t be a trailer but a teaser.

I would also like to reinstate the fact that Danganronpa Memento Mori has extremely mature themes that some people might find disturbing. Please don’t watch it if you are faint of heart or suffer from high anxiety.

I’m also creating a website, and that’s going smooth sailing too.

In the meantime, why not try something out?

I uploaded this on my burner account but it IS a test for my project. If you could please tell me what ending you get. It’s fairly simple and only takes a minute. Thanks.

All jokes aside, I’ve revamped the account a bit.

The banner is what happens when you don’t search up ‘tumblr header dimensions’ beforehand (me eyeballing the width and height like i do when i measure the ingredients to make pancakes)

I am currently making a website (not situated on tumblr), so stay tuned for that :) (i do not have any prior programming knowledge. (it’s ok tho i promise. as i said im on a scholarship. i can do anything (i cannot.))

sorry guys. danganronpa memento mori (alternate names being project memento mori and danganronpa xv-0041) was fake. i never planned to actually make it. it was all an elaborate scheme i created last year to fuel my ego.

in regards to the last post i’m not posting anything after that sorry lol that was more of like. a trial run of how the introductions of the characters (i do have the designs i just need to probably redo them for like the third time again). i’ll delete it when i get new sprites for everyone of my characters!!!1!

What is Danganronpa/Project : Memento Mori?

Memento Mori is a retro game-esque video series focusing on 18 students in a social experiment. Conducted by the 5 members of the so called 'Common Society', the experiment is aimed at 'taking off society's rose-tinted glasses' and revealing humanity's true motives. As the name suggests, it takes substantial inspiration from the Danganronpa trilogy. However, it also takes many elements the standalone visual novel Your Turn To Die.

When is it going to release? To be frank, I'm not sure. The series will most likely be split into 7 parts, each releasing at a different time. However, depending on how things go, the first part may be able to be released next year :). Even so, I am a student attending a private school on scholarship (which will immediately be revoked if my grades go down), so it may take even longer to release it due to my studies. If that happens, I may as well spilt the first part into parts as well. Is the series going to be voiced acted? No. There's a multitude of reasons, but one of the biggest is because I doubt voice acting really fits the kind of 'vibe' I'm going with for my series. Sorry :((

When are the characters going to be revealed? As of now, I'm working on the assets as quickly as possible, but I still haven't drawn all the characters ( :( ). Course, I'll update this post once I do finish them.

I'll most likely post the 'researchers' separately, though. for other inquiries just ask :3
