After the absolute dogshit of getting cancer in the first place, the news has been consistently very good. I'm going to still be taking oncology drugs for at least the next five years, and those come with a huge list of side effects, so it's not going to be "over" for a long time - if ever. But I'm looking at a 4% chance of recurrence over the next ten years. I like those odds.
