I've been quiet for long enough i need to say it.

I hate this bit of Richas being Bads mother. I HATE IT. I get that people like it somehow but please someone make it stop for my own sanity! Please!!!

I couldn't get a good screenshot, but while they were skating around in silence while Pomme was playing her flute, sometimes the way her head was turned it looked like she was either leaning sideways to lean on Bad, or and turned her head to lean her forhead against him.

(Again not a got shot sadly)

And I just couldn't' help imagining that in this silent moment between them, skating around in the boat, playing music, out on a dungeoning adventure... That for Pomme, it felt like everything was back to normal for a moment, and she was just out adventuring with her dad, that everything was fine... And she couldn't help but let herself lean against him in that comfortable, familiar way she misses.

I just realized that Dapper and Pomme are refusing cookies from others on purpose because they're holding out hope that their dad will be back before the end of the week and will feed them himself.

If they accept cookies from others then it means they admit to themselves that for the first time ever their dad might not be back in time to feed them their cookies :'(

Dude, Richas took that one moment of his fight with Em, when he told her he had gone through more losses than she did, and spun over its head to now finally tell her what he learned by going through it and to help her deal with it too

He finally sat down, felt his grief, pulled his younger sister close and said "Look up to the stars. Tio Bad and Tio Tubbo are right there. We didn't lose them because they are right up there, listening to us, and all the people we have around us have pieces of our tios with them"

Empy finally got to see the full picture of how Richas deals with his pain, and with that it will help her with her own and also Bagi with hers

And Richas, the kid that lost way more than a kid should have lost, finally opened himself up so his mãe and sister could fully see him, with all the stars he holds close to his heart

Also even if today was more of a fun and carefree day than yesterday, it felt so much more painful.

Yesterday the kids were trying to figure out what happened, they were worried and had to comfort each other a lot.

Today, not counting the ancient city adventure, the kids had so much fun. The whole late night trio were hanging out together and they felt more comfortable with the ghosties than the day before. They even got a little bit of hope that Bad is alive somewhere at the end.

But with all of this, the empty space was so difficult to ignore. The silence while they were burning things and risking their life. Them waving at the moon and the stars. A single muffin on the table during the dinner. Even when the three eggs were having fun, it felt so wrong for me. There should be a 4th person. qBad should be there with them :')

Well it's clearly getting more depressing tomorrow o(-( what do you guys think will we finally be able to see his dead body and see the kids actually get a proof that their dad is gone or will we see him reset, not even being himself anymore. I can't even decide what would I prefer :')

They're eating dinner. But today, the table isn't set for three, but for two. Two little babies.

I think this is the most visitors qBad has gotten in one day.....and yet no one is there to say hello to the visitors and show them around or just talk

Thinking about how Bad just kept saying tomorrow, oh tomorrow he'll tell Dapper something important - his son is sleeping right now. Oh tomorrow, he'll go on a dungeon with Pomme, doesn't that sound like fun, Pomme? Oh tomorrow - he'll talk to Richarlyson about something. It makes it seem like Bad expected himself to live another day and why wouldn't he? Yes, he knows he's been dying for quite some time now. But, his body has always been in pain, it's something that he's gotten used too. It got worse yesterday with his crawling around and his memories jumping from place to place. Though, he's been living for such a long time while even knowing he's dying. He's made it through months. So, he'll surely make tomorrow - there would be no reason he wouldn't when he's survived this long and all he has to do is endure it more. And then he didn't. He died. Despite wanting to do things tomorrow with his kids. He really thought he wasn't going to die yesterday. He thought he had one more day even though he's been constantly making jokes and saying that he'll die any day now, that it was his good last day - that it was inevitable. He's probably envisioned himself not being able to open his eyes the next time he slept and prepared for it. Expecting to not open them again. But, then he has opened them up, again and again and he goes back to his regular routine of exploring, going to dungeons, talking to his kids. Then, when he thought his eyes would open back up again tomorrow and start over with a new day, his eyes kept shut. And he wasn't prepared for it this time. Something about that messes me up.

i wonder if foolish felt a part of himself try to reach out to shield his friend, his foil, out of nowhere, and didnt know what was going on

i wonder if missa froze wherever he might have been feeling the soul of a friend, of that silly guy who was always there to help when he came back home, passing away

i wonder if tallulah was asleep and then suddenly she woke up hearing her tio bad's voice from far away, when she shouldnt have been able to, with the same echoy flare her passed sibblings voices do

i wonder if chayanne woke up from a nightmare, feeling like he was trying to reach someone dear, family, but didnt make it and he felt them slip away through his fingers

i wonder if philza woke up when bad and the eggs came to visit before, and this night he was awake and looking nowhere, when he felt a friend leaving this plane once again, and cursed at himself for not pushing harder to ask bad if he needed help

i wonder if everyone on this island who is aligned with death felt something happen, and if those who were close to bad felt it even more, and even if they dont know exactly what happened, they know there's something different in the air

nah the longer the stream goes on, the more i feel deeply emotional, and it's not just because of all the babies jumping around.

it's the silence.

everyone knows what they've gathered here for, everyone knows it's not a normal day and the longer it goes the more it just... sits there. the silence. unsaid goodbyes and i love yous and please don't gos.

the tricky thing with desperate words like that is that the second you say them, you can't play pretend anymore. you can't just jump around and build a house and enjoy a pretty flower field -- the second you open your mouth, reality can't be ignored.

so, there's an ageless demon and a small army of children building a pretty house in a flower field. making jokes. playing pretend.

and the silence is deafening, and heavy, and sits in your belly like a rock.

the more this goes on, the more i want to cry.

yknow how richas said that bad's house doesn't feel like a Tio Bad house. he's right, in that it doesn't feel like a bad house. This isn't typically bad's building style, nor his usual colour palette. but richas was wrong, because it is a tio bad house. because the eggs helped him make it. you can see them in it its construction, in the colours and the blocks and the details. it's not a house built BY bad, even when he placed so many of its blocks. it's a house built For him.

he constantly loved them with his armour and his hearts and his weapons, all the little bits he did to help the parents protect and keep them. and now, even when he won't remember them, he'll be surrounded by their love too. when he is gone, the love for him will remain

its really fitting that bad's last good day was surrounded by dapper, pomme, richas, tallulah, and empanada.

dapper, his reason for living. bad loves dapper, wholehearted and unconditional, because he knows no one else will. and in return, dapper will be bad's sun: his bright, guiding light, the one that burns too quickly.

pomme, his adopted daughter. someone who chose him, for no other reason than love. who else will prepare his medicine or wait out his memory lapses? he raised her to be a soldier, and she will protect him, just as he did for her.

richas, the kid that's not his, but it's never really mattered anyway. richas has a family that's forever in the jaws of the federation, but his tio is always there for him when nights get too long. always.

tallulah, the first egg he became a regular caretaker for. he gave her support and guidance in her early days, when she needed it most. and whenever she comes back to him, older and changed, he still will always listen.

and em, who's only known bad as he's dying. who knows him as her favorite uncle, gentle with her despite any purgatory stories she may hear. she has spent the least amount of time with him, yet is desperate to make every remaining minute count. for now, all she can do is gift a flower, take a photo, and trust that he will return to them.

late night trio is going to be forever redefined after that question richas asked bad. "what time of day is your favorite?" oh sweetheart..... :( late night trio will soon represent the loss of the moon, their guardian from the sky.

no because can we talk about how actually strong qBad is?

he first started showing signs of having the infection back in September, and since then has had to deal with so much mental emotional and physical trauma, almost but not fully died multiple times after getting hit by a nuke and getting radiation poisoning. Despite all of that, he powered through and forced himself to push his own limits and live.

......guys when he dies tomorrow, he'll have been holding on to that last little bit of thread through pure force of will for almost half a year.
