Waterfield Technologies Announces Acquisition of Digital DataVoice
The holder of a BA in economics from Columbia University, and a member of MENSA, Richard Waterfield is the former Chairman & CEO of Waterfield Financial, and a Goldman Sachs alumni. Waterfield currently serves as Founder and Co-Chairman of Waterfield Technologies, a subsidiary of Waterfield Enterprises (www.waterfield.com) where he currently serves as Chairman & CEO. Waterfield Enterprises is an American Investment Holding Company with interests in technology, energy, agriculture, beef, real estate, water, healthcare, whiskey, financial services, recycling, hotels, and management consulting... On Dec. 4, 2018, Waterfield Technologies, a subsidiary of Waterfield Enterprises (www.waterfield.com), announced it was acquiring Digital DataVoice (www.ddvc.com), a provider of contact-center solutions across major industry segments. As a result of the acquisition, Waterfield Technologies’ focus on customer experience will be added to Digital DataVoice’s 400 enterprise system deployments. The two firms will put together their expansive resources to become an all-in-one provider of contact-center service solutions with a strong track record of success, an industry-leading array of product offerings, and an experienced team knowledgeable of emerging cloud-based technologies. The new organization will have over 100 years of combined experience and over 1,000 deployed solutions in various contact-center verticals, making it one of the largest technology distribution and systems integrations in its industry.
