OKOK but hear me out,

Imagine drawing your f/o, and them drawing you

You sit across from them, only looking up on them every now and then before going back to the drawing

Both of you quiet, since you're so focused on the sketchpads in front of you. The only thing breaking the silence being pencils against paper.

After an hour or so you both stop, showing each other the drawings.

Imagine your f/o either being "bad" or good at drawing

If they're good at it, Imagine you just gasping in suprise when seeing the drawing, since it's so well made.

Imagine your f/o grinning at your reaction, and either being cocky when you compliment their drawing, or them being flustered af

If they're bad at it, Imagine them chuckling nervously, holding onto the sketchbook since they don't want you to see it Imagine looking at the drawing, and despite it not being the best, they've still done their best to capture their favorite thing about you.

Maybe your smile, your eyes, etc...

Or some detail about you that they find beautiful, A scar or maybe a mole.

Imagine your f/o looking at your drawing of them...

Doesn't matter if it's good or "bad", they love it and will not shut up about it.

Imagine the both of you signing names on each others drawings, making it feel like a real artwork.

ouhh hard to say hard to say. i feel like he would be the type to write off animation as a thing for kids at first but i think he would Get Normal with time. i dont know if he would have a favorite since i feel like he could watch just abt anything, it's more about turning your brain off anyway right? and considering i go into a trance whenever i watch anything i think we are getting baby sensoried by anything equally.

i think i would probably do the majority of it since i Kind Of know what im doing A Little Bit and i think its fun. BUT. i do think he would insist on doing it every now and then as some little show of affection (even if it comes off more like him trying to show off in the moment. its not working either hes putting metal in the microwave and getting confused when theres sparks) and he WOULD wear the apron. it's half ironic he thinks its hilarious but i will not be doing that. your scrambled eggs are turning to charcoal can you stop fucking around /q

if youre scared of storms, your f/o is going to hold you and protect you from the big scary thunder and tornadoes. its ok to be scared, theyre loud noises that startle everyone sometimes. theyll remind you its just falling water and blowing oxygen, youll both be ok.

if you get stuck thinking about the mass destruction and loss of getting hit by tornadoes, your f/o will tell you itll be okay. theyll still be with you even if you lose everything, but chances are the tornado isnt really as monstrous as you think it is or it might not even come your way. but if it does, theyll be right there with you.

comforting your f/o after a nightmare

yeah, of course all the scenarios where your f/o comforts you are great, but what if it was the other way around?

your f/o jolts awake, and you're immediately at their side, already up from them tossing and turning in their sleep.

maybe you offer them a hug that they sink gratefully into, secure in the knowledge that you're not going anywhere. maybe they don't want that much touch, so you just stay close and let them take what they need, and let your simple presence be enough.

you ask if they want to talk about it, reassuring them that you'll be here whether they do or don't.

or maybe, all it takes is seeing you to settle them down. you ask if they're alright, and they respond with "i'm okay, as long as you're here"

staying up until they fall asleep again, and a little while longer than that, to chase away any other bad dreams that might try to disturb them, and to make sure they sleep easy
