He has a fever, sore throat, and can't breathe too well through how stuffed up he is. He's even started to cough. It's not often Dean gets sick, but when he does it's really intense. ~Dean

Sam lets the wallet and keys bounce off his chest and fall to the bed in front of him, where Dean is currently splayed out like he's dying. Yes, he's heard the old adage that guys are like giant dramatic babies when they're sick, but that's not usually the case for either of them because... well it couldn't be. This life didn't afford them that luxury.

"Cold medicine? Seriously? Dude the last time I saw you take cold medicine dad was pinning you to the floor and holding your nose shut so you'd open your mouth and he could jam it in there. You're taking the shit voluntarily now?"
