Eula has an insane healing factor, one he takes advantage of frequently. It's another way he's tied to their god, a "blessing" of sorts just like his technical immortality. To him its both a blessing and a curse, he uses it to his advantage and abuses both his healing and his "immortality" but it being tied to their god is just another binding, another reminded that he's stuck with them no matter how far away he goes.

Examples of him abusing it is him breaking his own arm to use the bone shards as a weapon before snapping it back into place. Or tearing off his one of his arms to use for whatever reason, typically an improvised weapon- as if he doesn't have a handful on him at any given time.
