all of hanzos mk 11 interactions are so sad it truly does show that even if he healed siginigantly in mk 11 and learned much about coping - deep down he holds unhealed regrets and pain from the world. thats something i think is is ignored with hanzo. as if he is fully healed since mk11 and that all of his issues are done. theyre not, but he is on the right path!

johnny    in    one    45    long    minute    briefing    had    explained    all    their    was    to    this    putrid    ,    terrible    ,    heinous    woman    toyota    camry. she's    plundered    medical    supplies    from    the    unfortunate,    she    steals    technology    in    a    speculated    plan    to    make    a    time    breaking    machine,    she    poached    critically    endangered    animals    to    mount    upon    her    walls,    she    neither    discriminates    between    man,    woman    ,    nor    children. her    mark    on    history    to    those    she    had    brought    unhealable    harm    to    will    never    be    forgotten. her    cruelty    ended    at    no    length    and    from    what    johnny    had    explained    it    seemed    her    motive    was    no    greater    than    to    simply    bring    suffering. no    matter    what    anyone    tried    to    anticipate    of    her    actions    she    always    proved    hard    to    predict    since    her    motives    are    so    fickle.

      hanzo    had    wondered    why    johnny    never    made    a    big    deal    of    her    the    same    way    they    did    of    shinnok    -    she    was    nearly    as    bad    just    without    the    elder    god    power. moreover,    hanzo    wondered    why    he    seemed    like    the    only    one    so    concerned    of    her    fate.

it    had    been    a    somewhat    grueling    process    to    earn    the    scorpion’s    friendship    rather    than    his    sting. for    every    1    time    the    all    time    celebrity    bestowed    his    quirky    and    vexing    charisma    unto    the    scorpion    there    was    always    the    chance    it    devolved    into    some    sort    of    raucous    chaos. usually    with    an    inflamed    hanzo    and    a    more    than    entertained    johnny    cage. this    routine    became    merely    habitual    -    expected    even. even    the    like    of    takeda    would    simply    raise    his    shoulders    tensely    to    cage    and    his    father    brawling.

      but,    even    a    candle's    wick    eventually    burns    away. and    johnny    was    the    wax    within. even    if    the    wick    burned    the    wax    never    left,    now    did    it?    and    when    the    flame    went    out,    everything    solidified    again. hanzos    flame    dimmed    becoming    less    of    a    inferno    to    keep    johnny    away    and    more    of    a    camp    fire    -    still    something    to    be    careful    with    but    certainly    much    more    welcoming.

      hanzos    arms    fold    across    the    horizon. his    brown    eyes    shutting    momentarily    [...]    he    sucks    in    a    breath. exhale. eyes    reopen    once    more. ❝    i    am    simply    saying    you    are    less    irritating    then    i    presumed. and,    you    dont    fight    as    bad    as    i    imagined.❞    a+    compliment    skills,    scorpion.
