I think the thing that bugs me most about the Jason shouldn't keep stealing his brothers' friends attitude (besides the fact that people can be friends with multiple people, duh) is that it so completely glosses over how isolated Jason's Robin run was.

IIRC, we don't ever meet any of his Crime Alley friends. He wants to get involved in theatre at school but doesn't because of his Robin commitments. He joined the Titans on like two missions, but they were very much still Dick's friends and Dick's team. And then he died, and the next generation of teen heroes become friends with Tim either through YJ or the Teen Titans.

I just. If you automatically discount anyone Dick or Tim has worked with or been friendly with in their (significantly longer) superhero careers, that essentially eliminates anyone even remotely in Jason's age range.
