JANUARY’S COZY  NEW YEAR STARTER HOME

I finally finished this home and I’m so proud of it. I would have added more screenshots but that would have been unnecessarily long lol. 

This is a 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Its a mixture or cozy & modern. I made it from scratch so I hopes you likes it! Oh yea and its base game compatible. ALL OF IT! Only base game stuff :)  Please let me know if you have any issues downloading this house. I’m not that tech savvy when it comes to sharing stuff so 99 percent of the time I did something wrong. I created this girl called Terribly Thirsty (sorry!) after discoveries I made on the Sims 4 Gallery. Feeling very dejected so I made this pretty girl and put her in some pretty dresses. Enjoy!

After having actually played with the child life-stage for an extended period of time, I continued to realize and take note of the lacking hairstyle options. It’s been a while since I did something like this…

So I made some quick conversions of some of my recent hair releases for adults for kids as well :P

I made three precisely, and I’ll be releasing them over the next day or so :o

i may as well have called these ‘high waisted skinny jeans 2.0′ because that’s what they are - i grew tired of the textures of my old jeans to the point i didn’t use them in game anymore, so i started from scratch again! these jeans come in 10 plain swatches and 10 swatches with a belt. i’m very happy with them. i hope you are too!

Eveline Maxi Dress

I’ve always adored the bridesmaid dress from the base game, but hated the flowers as they seemed a bit too childish for me. I removed the flowers and edited the texture quite a bit - and here’s the result! I feel like they are a lot more versatile now and I like them a lot, so I hope you do too :’) ♥
